I would like to inform you that I had a previous account with a user ID drtmassoud@yahoo.com .this account has been hacked on wdenesday 13th August 2008 and the hacker are sending to all people on my contact list telling them that I am stuck in Nigeria and that I need 3000 $ to solve some official problem there. (I am sound and safe in Alexandria Egypt)
The Hackers also changed the password and some data on my profile so that I could not gain access to the account.I am afraid that they might use this ID in any illegal action.I am asking for your help PLEASE.

I have been a victim of a scam, i followed a link from the yahoo website therefor bypassing all the warning messages on the internet, thanx yahoo! I stupidly signed up for a free trial of aciapure and life cleanse. The information was not plain to see about the 15 day trial period let alone any mention of the £69. 95 / £75. 08 if not cancelled within 15 days. I foolishly signed up thinking that there was no harm in trying out a product before commiting, i read all the information looked at all the attached clips, then due to the timer i signed up unaware that i had been duped. My orders arrived without any attached information nothing to give me any warning of the finacial loss that was about to happen. Upon getting stung i called [protected] the number for logandissoulutions (Acaipure) who had taken the money from my account. I became aware of the scam, they have cancelled future orders but have still kept the money they scammed from my account, life cleanse had a company by the name of age health debt my account i called them on [protected] only to be told that there would be no refund he did cancell future orders but i am not sure after reading the other articles on these scams if this means the end of the thefts from my account, so i have cancelled my card and informed the bank. Brad from age health was unable to pass me on to anyone else in his company, there wasn't even a manager " i hope you are happy in your job" is all i could say to him. I am planning to dipute the amounts debeted from my account through my bank the co - opertive wish me luck.

Agree, same thing happened to me and I lost tons of important information. Yahoo says they restored; however; nothing has changed and I lost all of my mailboxes and the emails in them as well.

Hello. I also used them to make my documents. They offered me so many things for a low price – documents for insurance, registration number, work permit and other things. They made my documents all right, so I was very glad.

I recently reactivated a deleted yahoo account after almost three years. I did not intend to and yahoo states that this is not possible.

I simply selected my old username when opening a ‘new’ account. The first mail I received was ‘welcome to yahoo’ immediately I began receiving mail from my old subscriptions. The mail I received included links to my social media accounts and made available information I had used to subscribe to mailing lists.

The account was deleted because it had been compromised and customer support did not help then. It is still sending spam to itself, but deleting it again is clearly very unsafe, as obviously any ‘new’ customer can reactivate it.

Customer support steadfastly refuses to respond to this

I used the services of yahoo-messenger: docservice1 for documents, which they prepared me for two days. these documents were very important and the price included all documents, for a working visa for employment authorization and national insurance number. I am pleased with them and recommend them!

I cannot see my photos at all. I never asked to have my inbox updated either...especially to something as useless as this new "great new look". Yahoo you do suck.

Ever since Yahoo! Mail has updated their mail viewing, I can't download any pictures off of an email that I receive. If I try to right click and save image as, it saves as this download that comes out in a separate tab and all code. This is getting very annoying, seeing as I used to be able to just click the link of the picture, click OK, and I could save the picture to my computer no problem. The worst part is, is that it is virtually impossible to switch over to Yahoo! Classic. This is all changed and more inconvenient than the past updates. I'm switching over to HotMail to see if anything is better. Sorry Yahoo!, but you seriously suck.

I had booked a hotel through Yahoo Travel and needed to cancel so I called the customer service number from my Yahoo travel confirmation. After being on hold for 1 hour and 2 minutes listening to the recording telling me an agent will be with me shortly, I hung up. The next day I called again, was only on hold for 7 minutes, but then was told by the agent that the computer system was being upgraded and I would need to call back in 2 or 3 hours. This was 10:30 a.m. CST on a Tuesday - what are you doing "upgrading" your system at that time? Anyway, I called back after 3 hours, was on hold for 6 minutes and then was hung up on. Finally, on the fourth try, I actually was helped by someone. This is the last time I'm using Yahoo Travel for anything.

I was having so many problems with Yahoo that I decided to go with another provider. But for a month now, I have been trying to cancel my account so that all the crappy SPAM that is spilling into my Yahoo account isn't clogging my computer. I try to sign in and I can see loads of SPAM mail for about five seconds and then the screen changes to a message that says there is a screen resolution problem. I am aware of this problem. There is no fix for it because it's an old old computer. I have had it with these people. They have made me change my password three times in one year and they automatically switched me to their "new" Yahoo when I specifically asked to stay with the old version. You cannot reach them by phone and they do not respond to snail mail. I would have to drive sixty miles and visit the company in person. I just want to cancel the account, PERIOD! They are a joke.

People using yahoo to lure people and them being beaten and raped. Wanting yahoo to research the IP addresses of these people and criminally charge them. My ex-husband has alot to do with the people who are being harrased out of my account over our insane custody battle. please locate the IP addresses of units logging into my accounts. They are using my email accounts and myspace accounts to locate family and friends and to harrase them, lure them, beat, rape, steal and kidnap them. I know they are logging in to harrase them. They have even sent email Threats to another country (mexico) and I want it stopped.
