I ordered $200+ worth of lingerie from yandy.com and it all (but one piece) fit perfectly! The shipping was amazingly quick (3 business days) for someone living in Alaska. Usually shipping takes 7-10 business days. The way the items were packaged was horrible though. Everything was crammed into a big plastic envelope and when it arrived, every thing was wrinkled and the bow on one piece was crushed. I am 5 foot and weigh 115 pounds so I was nervous about buying the "one size fits all" but they fit like a glove. Warning to anyone who does not wear a small "one size fits all" is a size small. I have B34 breasts and if they were any bigger, they would not have fit into the piece. I received a free thong with my order. I thought the panties would be cheap from the other reviews I read but they are actually of very good quality and very cute (pink and purple with a bow).

As a first time user, my experience with Yandy.com was nothing but smooth. My boyfriend had been urging me to purchase a corset and so I first turned to this website after reading mostly positive reviews on this and other websites. However, I was concerned about discretion as I live on a college campus and I receive my packages from a public pick-up window. I included this in my order details under the 'comment' option and I promptly received an e-mail assuring me that there would be no issues. I received my package in a speedy TWO DAYS time and am very pleased with my order. The corset is a bit snug but that has nothing to do with the phenomenal time it was delivered in and the reassuring customer service. I also got very lucky with an adorable, turquoise pantie which came free with the order. I will be ordering from them again and encourage others to do so as well!

Beyond pleased with Yandy
First, my package came on Wednesday afternoon after placing my order Sunday evening. Only being 3 days, it was some of the fastest shipping I've seen from a company. Second, in the comments of my order, I asked to have the free panties that came with my purchase to be white. I recieved an email almost immediately with a response, saying the panty colors were chosen at random. Having recieved a reply, I was fine with not getting my choice. When I looked at the panties though, they did end up being the white pair I wanted, even though the packing list said black! If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. Third, my order came with two $100 wine vouchers! I was not expecting that wonderful surprise. Finally, the quality of the items are great, and look just as amazing on as they do online. I am so so so pleased with this company and I intend to do much more business with them in the future!

I firstly ordered from spicy lingerie. Their selection was good. But they sent me no update until 5 days in I had to call myself and emajl them. They ordered two extra items for me and told me i ordered them when clearly my cart didnt show any of it. And pretty much forced me to buy what i didny order. So after having a horrible experience with spicy lingerie I ordered from yandy. And for some reason I was hoping something similar but I was wrong. The transaction was protected by Google on checkout. I got my shipment in 2 days. Some of the products were good quality and maybe 1 or 2 werent those were the ones made in Taiwan and china. But I was really happy with the fast shipping and some of the other things I got.
So for people who are looking for extra good quality they should do some more research on the product they want to buy and the company to which the product belongs to. That should help set your standard for what you are buying.

I was very iffy about purchasing from online, let alone from a website I had not heard of before. I also researched it and based off of other reviews I was still iffy. However, I decided to purchase from them anyways, because they had items there that were cheaper than the same items found on other sites. I am so glad I trusted my gut. I just received my package today (right on time) and I am so pleased with each thing that I ordered. Everything fits and the material is not cheap looking. I even got a free pair of undies which are cute. If I ever need to purchase costumes or lingerie in the future online, I WILL be buying from Yandy.
Great Experience - Very Happy!
I ordered the White Ruffle Panty with Bow, I had been searching for something like everywhere but couldn't find anything under $30, that shipped to Canada, and looked like decent quality. I finally found these on Yandy for $15.95 and was sold.
The reviews here are either amazing or awful so I figured they would be ok.
I ordered a size L (39-41 inch hip) because I have a 42 inch hip. They are stretchy so you can go down a size and they show a little under butt like the photo. They look exactly like the picture and are surprisingly good quality.
I got standard international shipping for 7.95, the order was supposed to arrive oct 3 to 12 (10-17 business days) but I received them today after only 6 business days!
I got the free panty with purchase which are pretty nice. I also got a voucher for $100 of a case of wine but the website doesn't deliver to Canada, so that was an oversight by Yandy to send it to someone in Canada... but that would have just taken my satisfaction to 150% versus like 110% so whatever.

I have ordered 3 Halloween costumes; Deluxe Dark Angel Costume, Classic Duff Muscle Man Costume and Doctor Scrubs Costume. I placed my order 30/09 with tracked post to AUSTRALIA. Usually I am reluctant to order of international websites especially when they have mixed reviews. But I have to say they have great customer service! For some reason I was not receiving the tracking number for my package and I started to worry ($400 Down the drain). I contacted their customer service centre (***@yandy.com) with the help of Brooklyn, Linda and Ashley, the matter was quickly fixed. The items are now in Melbourne and I except they should be here in the next 3-5 business days. 10 days for international shipping is fine with me!

My recent experience with Yandy lingerie
I've been contemplating buying something from this company. They have the sexiest lingerie, but was a little weary. I've had bad experience before with Chinese companies, baiting and switching the product. I also checked the site out and they have been in business for 22 years, that counts for something... So I ordered $100 worth of stuff and it arrived to Canada under 2 weeks via USPS, so it's not coming from China. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, I expected much worse. I'm happy to report that I'm happy with the quality and the purchases, they looked exactly like the picture. One problem I had is I ordered 3 pairs of panties in M/L, I wear a size S in US sizing. I followed the chart and according to the chart I measured a M/L, but the chart is wrong and all the panties are too big. So their panties are a true US size (small is a small US). So keep that in mind. I contacted customer service thinking they will give me a run around, because it wasn't my fault and the size chart is incorrect they are sending me a replacement free of charge. :) I'm super happy. They have excellent customer service and actually stand behind their product, a surprise! Will definitely shop with them again!

I ordered 5 for $20 underwear in small, 2 bras one a 34B and one 'small' and a one size fits all faux leather teddy. I received all of my items and the free panties that come with the order within the middle of the time frame Yandy estimated for shipping. This was my first time ordering online and I was nervous but I can't seem to find lingerie I like in person and if I do find it it's super expensive. Yandy' selection was impressive, I wish I could have got more. I'll definitely order from them again. Yandy' s pricing was cheap - reasonable on every item and their sales are great. I received everything in separate babies within a lined plastic bag. This did much better than a box would have when it was out in the snow. I'm super happy with everything I got, it was in perfect condition and exactly as shown on the website.
The only recommendations I would make for service is showing the Canadian pricing instead of American for users in Canada. The one size fits all item I ordered is a little loose when adjusted to the smallest setting but definitely wearable. I'm 5'8 and 125lbs if that helps anyone. I've also left a note about sizing in tips.
Overall, if you're nervous about ordering off of Yandy; don't be. You're getting exactly what you see and the whole credit card breach was years ago from what I can see and is definitely over now.

Writing this for those that had black Friday sales issues. I ordered and got my order this time fine!
Like everyone else I waited a month after the black Friday deal to get my order canceled 3 days before Christmas etc.
I only decided to order again from them because I've ordered at least 6 other times in 2020 with no problems and they gave me the 40% off coupon because of the error to make up for it.
Also because they had these pajamas that i really wanted nobody else had lol.
Yes wasn't as big of sale but with 40% off got like 50 things and only 2 ended up being accidentally out of stock.
Items arrived in the date specified so within couple weeks.
Yandy has some quality oufits soen cheaper, sizing i have started to figure out my many orders.
Anything lace get many times larger than your size like 3x up panties etc.
One size doesnt fit all of curvy. Unless stretchy or tube dresses work for me fine or the stretchy 2 set top bottom type oufits.
I know not super helpful but they are sokid many orders havent had issues except for the 1 black fri sale.
Returns are so easy i did the fed ex happy returns thing apparently stores can have so u return all items right at fed ex office versus having to wait for it to ship back to company. So you get return immediately (well takes 3 days be back card etc)

I ordered some items from Yandy to have before my anniversary. After tracking my package it stated it was delivered but did not have it in my mailbox. I contacted Yandy and spoke with customer service rep (forgot her name) that informed that I need to go into my email to complete some steps so I can get my order sent to me again. I was so worried that I would not have the items before my anniversary gateway but everything worked out and my order was shipped the same day I contacted customer services. Yandy Black Friday Sale Disaster: Order Cancelled After a Month
So, I wanted to share my experience with Yandy. I was super excited to take advantage of their Black Friday sale and ordered over 25 items. The website said I would get my items by December 6th, but that date came and went with no sign of my order. I tried calling them, but couldn't get through to anyone, so I sent two emails. Finally, they responded and apologized, saying that if anything was out of stock, they would refund me for those items and send the rest. I checked their website and saw that 5 items were out of stock, so I let them know in my second email.
They assured me that I would still get all of my in-stock items before Christmas, but I never received any tracking information. On December 21st, I called multiple times, but the call kept hanging up on me after 15 minutes. I tried four times in a row, choosing different options twice. Finally, on the 22nd, I spoke to a representative and expressed my frustration. She said she would prioritize my order so I would get it before Christmas, but I was already annoyed that I wasn't a priority to begin with.
Later that evening, I checked my order status and saw that they had cancelled my order! I couldn't believe it. They said they wouldn't give me the price I paid for the in-stock items, they wouldn't place the order again, but they would refund me and let me buy an ecard since they couldn't get me my items by Christmas. I've bought from Yandy before, but after this experience, I won't be buying from them again. It took almost a full month for them to cancel my order after assuring me that I would get it. What the heck is going on over there?
Yandy's Black Friday Sale: Delayed Shipping and Frustrating Customer Service
I made an order on the first day of Yandy's Black Friday sale, which was on Thanksgiving, Nov 25th. The original date to receive my order was supposed to be on Dec 6th. A few days after placing the order, I received an email apologizing and stating that orders would take an extra 5-6 business days due to a ton of orders. I thought it was no big deal, but that time has come and gone, and yesterday was 3 weeks since placing the order. I've sent multiple emails at various times trying to get someone to actually look into it, but all I get is the same scripted message. I tried calling, but after waiting on hold forever, it comes up apologizing they don't have an agent. I tried messaging on Facebook, and still, I just get the same scripted message.
Some of these items are little Christmas gifts, and their scripted message promises it will be here by Dec 24th, but after ordering from this company several times before, I know that it has always taken over a week for orders to get here once shipped. I can't get any actual real help at all. I've asked specifically if they are shipping in the order in which they were placed, but I get no answer. The extra 5-6 business days time frame was 3 days ago, but apparently, nobody there thinks that's an issue that it hasn't even been packed in a box yet. I am at a loss as to what else to do since any contact with them yields zero results but an extremely angering scripted message, and nobody will even look into the order and do anything.
In case someone there actually sees this and feels like actually helping a customer in some way instead of just saying "oops sorry shipping is delayed, blah blah blah," my order number is ***. I hope they can do something about it because I'm starting to get frustrated. I understand that they have a lot of orders, but they should at least be transparent about the situation and give us updates. I hope they can improve their customer service because it's not fair to us customers who are waiting for our orders.
Unboxed and Damaged Dancewear Dress Received from Yandy - Hygiene Concerns and Poor Quality Control
I've been a loyal customer of Yandy for quite some time now, and I've always been satisfied with my purchases. From shoes to dance wear and costumes, I've ordered it all from Yandy and have never had any issues until my most recent order.
Out of the eight dance wear dresses that I ordered, which were from Dream Girls, LapDance, and Music Legs, one of them was delivered to me out of its box in a clear plastic cellophane bag. Now, dancewear dresses are usually worn without a bra and with minimal undergarments, such as t-back panties. So, you can imagine my surprise when I received an unboxed dress.
I want to caution anyone who receives dance wear without a box - it means that the item has been opened! The original vendors never accept opened packages back due to hygiene reasons, and Yandy shouldn't accept returns on these items either. They're like nylon stockings or panties - you wouldn't return something so personal, especially if one try causes runs and damage like the dress I was sent.
The unboxed dress I received was a Music Legs item, and as I inspected it, I noticed huge runs up the back end of the dress that snagged toward the front. It was disgusting that Yandy sent such a loyal customer like me an opened and damaged item! The material of the dress was a thicker nylon, but the person who opened it and tried it on clearly damaged it, returned it, and Yandy sold it to me without the box.
I am calling Yandy directly to inform them of this distasteful and hygienically ill incident. Hopefully, they can rectify this situation the right way this time. I refuse to pay the return shipping on an opened and damaged item that they had the responsibility of remedying before shipping it out to me.
Overall, I still love Yandy and will continue to shop with them, but I hope they take this incident seriously and make sure it doesn't happen again.
Yandy's Black Friday Sale: A Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and Order Cancellations
So, I recently made a purchase on Yandy during their Black Friday sale. I was excited to get some great deals, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. When I placed my order early in the morning, I thought everything was fine. However, Yandy later claimed that their site had glitched and they didn't have all the items in stock. They sent me two separate emails with the missing items listed, which was okay, but then I found out that there was no shipping available for a month.
I was worried that I wouldn't receive my items in time for Christmas, so I called customer service to ask about it. The woman I spoke to assured me that my order would arrive before Christmas, but when I asked her why the items were still showing in stock on the website, she didn't seem to care and didn't offer any solutions. I politely told her that I would call back about it, and she made sure to note that on my account.
The next day, I received an email from Yandy canceling my entire order, just two days before Christmas and an entire month after I had placed my order. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially since other people had received their orders even though they had placed them later than I did. To make matters worse, Yandy is still selling the "out of stock items" on their site for full price or barely on sale.
Yandy is offering a coupon as compensation, but it doesn't even come close to the sale prices and my original order. It's clear that they are trying to rip off their customers and make us pay more for the same items. If they had properly addressed the orders as they came in and fulfilled them in order, they wouldn't have so many upset customers right now.
I'm disappointed in Yandy's customer service and their refusal to fix their mistake. They promised a lot of customers that their orders would be in by December 24th, but then they mass canceled all of them. It's very sad to see a company treat their customers this way. This was my first time dealing with Yandy, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.
Yandy Review: Terrible Customer Service and Out of Stock Issues
So, I gotta tell ya, if you're looking for a place with top-notch customer service, Yandy ain't it. I mean, I placed three orders on Black Friday, each with a ton of stuff - we're talking 15-20 items per order, except for one that only had one item. And everything was 90% off, so I was feeling pretty good about myself. I got an email the next day saying that one of the items was already shipped, but I didn't hear anything about the other two orders.
After a few days, I got a notice that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and I was getting a refund. So, I messaged Yandy to ask about the refund and the status of the rest of my orders. They told me that the orders had been combined and would ship soon.
But then a few more days went by and I still hadn't heard anything. So, I contacted them again and they said there were warehouse issues and that the orders would be sent out soon. I even confirmed with a representative on the phone that all of my items were good and there were no out of stock issues.
But then a few hours later, I got an email saying that 11 of the items I ordered were out of stock. And their solution? They gave me a code for 15% off my next order. Are you kidding me? I mean, I was supposed to get 90% off and now they want me to re-order the items at 15% off? And when I asked if they could honor the original pricing if the items came back in stock, they refused to even consider it.
Honestly, I'm pretty fed up with this whole thing. It's now December 7th and I still haven't received any shipping information or a refund or anything. And it's not like the items are even that great - I mean, they're okay, but you can definitely find better quality and fit somewhere else. I'm starting to think that maybe the better price comes from a service with better customer support.
So, if you're thinking about shopping at Yandy, I'd say save your money and your time. They clearly don't care about their customers, only their money.
Yandy Black Friday Sale: Order Canceled, Refund Denied, and Poor Customer Support
So, I was one of the many people who took advantage of Yandy's Black Friday sale. My girlfriend and I spent over $160USD on various items that were on sale. We were excited to receive our order, but unfortunately, we got an email from Yandy saying that they were unable to fulfill our order. They then started the refund process, but to our surprise, they canceled the refund within just 3 days! It was frustrating to see that Yandy could take our money and not fulfill our order. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this site.
***Update: We found out that Yandy's support team is not very helpful. They tend to stall by saying that they have already refunded the money, even though they have canceled the refund. Here's how we filed a dispute.
We tried to file disputes using PayPal's online system and attached screenshots, but because of PayPal's system glitch and Yandy's tactics, the claim was immediately denied in favor of Yandy. To get around this, we did the following:
1. We contacted PayPal or Credit Card and opened a dispute with an Agent. We did not use PayPal's online system as it did not work.
2. We had our screenshots of:
A) Yandy product order confirmation
B) Order cancellation from Yandy
C) Refund history (for any partial refunds)
D) Refund cancellation by Yandy
We were ready to attach this information or send it to the agent or have them pull this information from our previous failed online dispute within PayPal dispute center.
The PayPal agent changed the dispute on their end and filed it against Yandy. Yandy had 10 days to respond, which they did for my girlfriend, saying that they were sorry for canceling the refund but provided no information regarding the re-processing of the refund and avoided all of our concerns/questions.
Regardless, PayPal sent us a notification that the case would be closed in our favor, and our funds would be returned via PayPal customer coverage. Yandy still got away with the money, but PayPal covered the loss/fraud? If enough disputes are filed, Yandy will be reviewed by PayPal compliance, and their PayPal vendor credentials will be challenged. So, please file your disputes and hold this company accountable.

However ordered was reviewed by them on 12/1 during first refund On 12/8, I contacted Yandy since order had not shipped, They assured me order was delivering soon; however, delayed.On 12/15, after not receiving an update, I email again this time asking if order would be received by xmas, as this was a gift. I was assure by ***, in writing via email, product will be arriving before xmas On 12/21, I email Yandy again, asking if product would be arriving before xmas. On 12/22 at 8:01 am, *** replied assuring me that product would arrive on or before 12/24 On 12/22 at 9:45am, Yandy cancelled the order and sent an email stating due ti "unforeseen circumstances" the order was cancelled; however, offering a 40% to place a new order up to $150 for a limited time only.Looking at their website and after calling their customer service the products I ordered are in-stock and confirmed no "out-of-the-ordinary-circumstances" impacting their warehouse or shipping operations.It is clear Yandy is engaging in deceiving business practices, taking customer's monies for a month and without care for interest added to credit cards in that month. How many customers experiencing same while Yandy operates with customer's *** is using bait and switch practices offering extreme promotions to allure customers to buy; however, not willing to deliver product.
I spent hours on Yandy.com during black Friday. Ordering sale and other lingerie. I received confirmation of my orders and my credit card was charged. Over the next few weeks, I was told by Yandy over and over the order was delayed. They then began sending me emails claiming certain items I had ordered were out of stock. I went online and looked up the items and the sizes I had ordered. Some were out of stock but many were still in stock, just at a higher price. Yandy began refunding some of the sale and black Friday items. One of my orders that contained higher priced items did actually ship to me. The other orders were eventually allegedly cancelled by Yandy, yet I received no notice and they held my funds for the purchase. The customer service reps claim it was because they could not fulfill the orders. I had emailed and asked someone from Yandy to call me way before this. I feel that Yandy is engaging in unethical and fraudulent sales pitches to lure customers and then not honoring the sales prices. This is not only illegal, it is wasting my valuable time and should not be allowed. I would like Yandy to have to honor the sales prices and ship me the items I ordered that are in stock. I also never received cancellation notices and my card was charged and funds held for my orders. I have emails with order numbers and items and I want this escalated within Yandy.
I placed an or on 8/28/2020. I have sent several emails to get a status of the order however they keep saying it hasnt ship and that they are running behind.
I placed an order on September 10th, with shipping estimated at that time for 8 business days. This was for an event on September 28th, which would have allowed 13 business days. On September 19th, I emailed for an order update which could not be provided, only that it would be "soon" and that I could cancel my order as long as it had not shipped or processed. I have been tracking the order since then, to which it still says "Order Received". Today, September 26th, I email to cancel my order as it is still "received", not processed or shipped and will obviously not arrive in time.Today, they respond to my email saying that they cannot cancel the order as it is being processed. This confuses me as there was no note of this in my tracking that a status has changed. Now, my options include waiting for it to arrive and returning to sender, which could take up to a month, and waiting for a refund all that time. I also have an issue with their live customer chat directing me to email which was already used rather than allowing me to actually chat live. It is mislabeled if that is the case.
I ordered seven items on 9/20/22. I needed them for 10/7/22 and was given an ETA of around 9/30/22. By 9/30/22, they still had not even bothered to ship my items or even update me about a delay. I reasonably requested either a refund or expedited shipping. They decided to ignore multiple requests and instead, shipped the items economy, so I will not get them on time. I clearly stated that I needed a refund if they could not ship the items to me expedited. Dozens of daily requests for the same have been ignored completely by the seller. Any legitimate business would have shipped the items out on time, or informed the costumer of a delay and honored either one of my very reasonable requests. I plan to refuse the shipment since, as stated, it is useless to me now, and I would like a full refund. This is beyond bad customer service, it is dishonest and fraudulent!

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Yandy. I ordered from them twice this summer, once in May and once in August. But then, in late August, I got a letter in the mail saying that my credit card info might have been compromised. I called my bank and they said everything looked okay, but to keep an eye on it. Well, wouldn't you know it, a few days later I saw a charge for $3.06 from PalazzoHotel and then a flight booked with Southwest for $379. I've been on the phone all morning trying to figure out what happened. Finally, someone at Southwest told me that a woman named Ivana Valencia had taken a bunch of flights using my card. I reported it to the police, Southwest, and my bank, but it's still a big mess. I'm just glad it wasn't worse.

So, I recently bought a gift card for my ex-girlfriend on Yandy.com. I spent a whopping $110 on it, thinking she would love to order something from there. But, as fate would have it, we broke up before she could use it. And now, I'm stuck with this gift card that I can't use.
I went on the website to start the return process, but I was a bit hesitant since it was right after the holiday season. But, to my surprise, I received an email stating that the return had been "authorized". I was thrilled! However, when I contacted Yandy.com's customer service, I was told that they have a policy that prevents them from giving refunds for gift cards.
I was a bit taken aback by this, especially since I had already received an email stating that the return was authorized and that the amount for the card was $110. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was forwarded to "Kiki". She informed me of the same policy, but I pointed out to her that at the time I purchased the card, the website didn't state that gift cards were non-refundable.
After some back and forth, Kiki had them change the website to reflect this policy. But, I'm still seeking to get my money refunded from Yandy.com. And, I urge anyone who is on the fence about shopping on this website for any merchandise to look elsewhere. Yandy sells merchandise when its out of stock. Lies about shipped orders
I made an order for two items. One came and one didn't. When I called about the item that wasn't shipped one of the reps let it slip that it wasn't in stock, then tried to backpeddle and say there was delays. She said the order would be sent out by the 14th. It never came .They are liars. They are selling merchandse they don't have hoping they can get stock in time. People are not receiving what they ordered .It's disgusting and shameful, they are greedy pigs. I called again to see what was going on and Yandy did not even have a tracking number for my otder. The lying representitive made a million excuses as to why my order wasn't honored, never taking responsibility for their poor business practices . Two months ago I ordered several beautiful items from them and was very excited. needless to say, that I ordered 5 items and nothing else, however, a little bit later I noticed that they charged me again for something else (even though I am pretty sure the amount I paid for those 5 items was full, it's easy to count). I opened a dispute. What they did was absolutely illegal and I am not going to let it go. By the way, those 5 items arrived one month ago they were nice, but I will send all of them back as a matter of principle and ask for a refund including the money that was charged for something I never ordered.

Very poor quality lingerie
Ordered two sets of lingerie from Yandy for my girlfriend and must say that delivery was pretty fast. I never expected to get my order so quickly.
First of all I would like to mention poor quality. On the pictures these sets looked better, but in reality workmanship was quite poor and fabric did not look nice. And the second disappointing thing was that one set was too small and did not fit.
I think I was the most disappointed one. I wanted to make a surprise and was very excited about that purchase, but everything went down the hill.
Yandy is not the worst, but definitely is not the best and I would not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing experience, I expected better quality from Yandy.
