I ordered two lipsticks from YesStyle on November 4, 2023 and it said it was immediately shipped the day I paid for it. However, I have still not received my order to this date January 9, 2024. I sent an email on December 9, 2023 to request for an investigation on my order status and they said they escalated it for investigation.
I sent multiple emails asking a solution from their customer department team, only to hear back the same message every time that it is placed in priority. I sincerely doubt the priority of this matter because it has been 2 months now. All I needed was an explanation for where my order is, if it has genuinely been shipped, if not they could reship my order because this is a mistake on their side. If not, it is reasonable to get a refund because I did not receive my product. It is not complicated, if you cannot give me the product I paid for, then give back my money! Or just tell me that you will resend it!
I really hope that this matter receives attention and resolved at the earliest date possible.
