I placed an order on January 20. My order was over $100 Which meant I could get the express shipping (5-8 bus days shipping).Checked on the status of my order 5 days later.. still no progress. I sent an email to customer service, it took them 3 days to respond to me. They said my order didn't ship because 2 of my items were on back order. They gave me 3 options.. hold the entire order until all items were in stock, ship the items that are in stock (& the other two when they become avail, or cancel my entire order. I told them to ship what they can bc i am going on vacation & ordered items specifically for that reason. 2 days later they emailed me back & said my order would ship out in 24 to 48 hours with no tracking. I spend enough money for express shipping.. you call 12+ days express shipping? Highly disappointed so far!

I ordered 2 dresses 12 days ago and haven't even been shipped yet. There's no email, message form or phone in their website which is 100% suspicious. I shouldn't have placed the order before check if the company is true.
The many was debted immediately and I have no garantee that I'll receive the product and when it would be. I tried messaging them on Facebook and didn't receive any answer. I need to know dates! So disrespectful.

One of my orders was wrong and it doesn't even fit me good. I ordered two bra v-neck lace with choker and I only got the $7.95 one, the $11.95 one was missing. I need it already and it's been inconvenient. I was already waiting long enough for my orders. Can I just get my $11.95 back? I even took a picture of the items. Thanks!

I am very disappointed. I placed an order since December 29th and I received nothing since then. On January 12th I received an e-mail telling me that I was going to receive my parcel very soon. We're now the 20th of january and there's nothing. I should've receive my order since the beginning of the month.
Plus, the tracking number they provided for my order does not match to any shipping company and i can not get any information on where my package is. I've send an e-mail and still wait for any other response, since I've spent over $84 on this.

Stay AWAY from this company!
items received have a horrible fit, as if put together by a 5 year old. No way to return the items. Customer service claims they need all sorts of information (pictures, all sorts of measurements etc.) before they accept a return that also refunds the shipping costs to Hong Kong. Clearly this is done to encourage the customer to give up on returning the items. Very unwise, and commercial suicide for this company, as you can read in all te reviews here.
Stay away from this terrible company!

The highlighted text in the green box is obviously added by Yoin in an attempt to say not correct but this customer is right. Read all reviews about this company and steer clear. You will either lose money or have poor quality stuff. The fact they point out how hard it is to return items - photos etc gives a clear picture. You wont get a return address though. Lots of good online companies but NOT YOINS.

I ordered over three months ago was suppose to get expedited shipping and nothing as of yet. The tracking number they provided for my order does not match to any shipping compaany and i can not get any information on where my package is! When i try to get customer service i can not get ahold of anyone and i am not getting any responses back as well. I was mid sold this product I was expecting to receive a size 4 or a size 6 not an x small. Also the items were all completely different sizes, seems like you have just given me whatever was left in stock. I am shocked to see the standard of service, time for delivery and also the lack of information and contact details regarding the returns policy and information. Something has to be done about this and I want a full refund.

So I ordered my item. I waited for about 6 weeks and then called them. They said that my order was canceled 3 days after it was placed. UNBELIEVABLE! They didn't even inform me about it and decided they shouldn't refund because I had no idea about this situation. WONDERFUL!

I wish I had read everyone else's complaints before buying because I keep seeing the same issue...they never ship your order! I ordered two items about three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten them. Yet, they wasted no time charging my account for $25.00. I am very disappointed and I hate feeling cheated. I order two items reference number [protected] I recieved an email stating the said items were getting ready to be sent at the beginning of November.
I'm left with no tracking number and on your site there is no evidence of me ordering the said items but yet you have taken over £41 from my account. 5 message I have left and had no reply. missing item from my order
I ordered 2 jumpers costing 43.19 Gb. Only one has arrived and the quality is not great. But my main concern is where is my second jumper. I have tried emailing the customer care but had no response. I paid using PayPal so it was a secure payment.

I ordered and paid for 4 tops which looked lovely in the pictures and i dont consider the prices low do expected quality goods. I ordered an item from your company two weeks ago. I received it in the time you suggested which was 7-10 working days. The item looked nothing like the description online and was too small and nothing matched the description at all. I have to return the item within 14 days for a refund but your not responding to my emails or chat online... I can't send the parcel without knowing the correct address and without informing you first so how on hell am I going to get my money back! I'm very angry about the way you're wasting my time and ignoring me! I ordered five sweaters from Yoins back on September 14th, and it still says that they're "Processing" when I go into my account on the website. I was charged right away, and it said it would ship in 3-5 days. I sent an email inquiring what was going on with my items yesterday, and I have yet to hear back. I wish I had read the reviews about this site before ordering from them. Do not waste your time or money. I am afraid I won't ever see the items, and if they do arrive they will most likely be so cheaply made, or some items will be missing or wrong. Not sure where I need to go from here to get to the bottom of this, it is very frustrating.
