I've been ordering from Yours Truly Clothing for a long time now, but I have to say that I've been really disappointed in the quality of their products lately. It takes forever to get an order, and sometimes they even send the wrong thing. And to make matters worse, they don't accept returns or exchanges, so you're stuck with whatever they send you.
The quality of the clothes is just not up to par. Everything looks really nice when you first get it, but after just one wash, it's all downhill from there. I've gotten a couple of jackets from them, including the Love Yourself one, and they're just terrible. The material gets all bumpy and lumpy, and one of the hoods doesn't even fit over my head properly. It's really disappointing considering how much the clothes cost.
If you're looking for a good quality jacket or hoodie, I would definitely suggest shopping elsewhere. The You Matter hoodie is a much better option and is worth the investment. Don't waste your time or money on Yours Truly Clothing. And to top it all off, the shipping is overpriced.
Overall, I would definitely not recommend Yours Truly Clothing to anyone. The quality is terrible, and the shipping and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

I recently had an experience with Yours Truly Clothing (yourstrulyclothing.co) and it was not a good one. I must say that I do not recommend this company at all. They were supposed to ship me an order worth $404 and for almost 3 months, I have not received anything. Some of my orders were out of stock and I only found out when I received a reply from them which was late and full of errors. They did not even offer a refund nor sent me some of the available items in my order.
Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with them through email, they never responded to most of my messages. It was quite frustrating as I had to write 7-10 emails to get any response from them. They do not have a working phone number, which makes communication a lot harder. I felt completely ripped off because I was not getting any response from them and had not received my orders.
Since they sent me nothing and did not bother to refund me or respond to me, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my credit card company. Fortunately, my credit card company was able to issue me a refund, but Yours Truly Clothing has 90 days to respond and so far, they have not. I feel like they will never respond because they have not yet done so.
All in all, Yours Truly Clothing is a waste of time and money. With the way they run their business, I cannot see how they would ever stay in business. I advise you to avoid this company at all costs so that you do not have to go through the same experience as me.

I made an order during the black friday sale, hoping to snag some sweet deals from Yours Truly Clothing. Unfortunately, the package still hasn't arrived, and to make matters worse, the customer service has been unhelpful to say the least. Despite my multiple and persistent emails, the representatives have yet to address the issue. As someone who works in shipping, I know that this kind of behavior would never fly in a professional workspace.
After reaching out to them for an update, all they could tell me was to check with USPS, as the package hadn't moved since December 21st. The delivery was expected on December 19th, but apparently the address was changed? This was definitely not on my end, as the address was correct from the beginning. As I became more frustrated, the customer service team promised to look into it, but never followed up with me.
I was so fed up that I asked for a refund, but they said it wasn't possible since the package had already shipped. I tried to compromise and suggested they send me another order since it seemed that the original package was lost. Regrettably, they did not comply with my request. It's just plain wrong, what Marco Anthony Archer and his company are doing. They should be ashamed of themselves, running a brand like this. I done ordered on Black Friday, got an email saying it was all good and whatnot, but then for WEEKS I ain't hear nothin' 'bout my order. Started to think I got scammed or somethin'. I waited for 6 months and did a lot of emailing to ask for a refund because I wasn't getting any response from them whatsoever. When the 9 piece Mystery Box finally arrived, I was furious because it cost me a whopping $150 with an extra $30 for delivery right to my door.
To put it nicely, the clothes were a huge disappointment. The Mystery Box contained a bunch of plain tees with one word printed on them. The only things that I could use more than once were the 1 (semi) decent hoodie and 2 shirts from 2017 overstock. But of course, these shirts didn't come with any designs that I really liked. The cheap designs looked nothing like the shirts I saw on their website.
All in all, I felt like I wasted $180 on clothes that were cheaply made and I wouldn't even spend $50 to buy them. I was highly disappointed and I don't think I'll ever buy from them again. Their customer service was awful and it's clear that they don't care about the quality of the clothes they're sending out to their customers. I hope that no one else wastes their money and goes through the same stress of dealing with this company.

Yours Truly Clothing: Great Gear, But Online Store Needs Work
I gotta put it out there, Yours Truly Clothing is a great brand and all the stuff they got is legit, but there's some things I gotta get off my chest. Their online store is straight up whack. I mean, c'mon, how long does it take to ship out some clothes? I ordered like a hundred and twenty-five bucks worth of gear over a month ago and still haven't seen hide nor hair of it, yet I just ordered something less than seven days ago and already got it. Like, what gives? And if you got a question or an issue, good luck trying to get in touch with someone who actually gives a damn. They take their sweet time responding and when they finally do, it's just some weak answer that don't even help you out.
Now I ain't trying to be all negative like, but this is the kind of stuff that gets me tight. I put a lot of money into this brand and spread the word to my peoples, but we all end up feeling disappointed. And don't even get me started on the different types of hoodies they got. I bought one and it was dope, but it was too big for me. So I go and order one size smaller, thinking it's gonna be the same one, just smaller, right? Wrong. It's a completely different hoodie! Different sizing, different strings, different fit, everything! It didn't even look like the pictures they had up on the site! I mean, what kind of false advertising is that?

We got warehouse issues." So I resigned myself to being patient, but then another week passed, and still, no news.
I hit 'em up again and was told I'd get a tracking number the day after. Well, yesterday, on the eighth of July, I got on with a different agent, asking if they about to track my loot down. All they could tell me is that I haven't been assigned a tracking number yet because delays still be doggin their operations.
Now, they telling me my two options be either taking a store credit or sending them my order and waiting for a re-up. I'm not even being offered some sort of refund for the gross inconvenience, in my opinion. I done paid these folks over $300 for a handful of items I was hyped to rock, but now I feel like they done pulled some BS. I'm not pleased, and I truly don't think I'll shop here again. This experience was pretty $#*!ty. And I'm not about it, man. Next time, I might just go to some tee shirt spot where they'll whip up whatever custom design I want on the spot, bruh.
