I recently had an experience with YUP BRANDS (yupbrands.com) that left me feeling disappointed. I placed an order for a classic cheesesteak, which according to their menu, should have included onions, mushrooms, and white American cheese, as well as the option for hot or sweet peppers. However, when my order arrived, it was missing some of these ingredients.
When I contacted customer service to inquire about the mistake, they were not very helpful. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they argued with me about what was listed on the menu and how it was supposed to be read. This left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel like they didn't value my business.

I gotta say, we've tried a few of the protein bars from Yup Brands and we're pretty into 'em. They're tasty and they give us the boost we need to power through our day. But here's the thing - they're always out of the two flavors we like the most. And when they say they're gonna restock, it's like they're just messin' with us. It's like they're runnin' this whole operation out of a dingy old bakery or somethin'.
Overall, we're pretty disappointed with Yup Brands. They've got some good stuff, but their lack of customer service and unreliable restocking is a real bummer. We'll probably keep lookin' for a better protein bar option.
