Disappointing Experience with Zala Hair Extensions
As someone who values quality and reliability, I was truly disappointed with my experience with Zala Hair Extensions. Despite the initial excitement of trying a new brand, the reality fell short of expectations. The extensions I purchased were advertised as premium human hair, but the quality did not reflect this claim. Not only did the hair quickly become matted and tangled, but it also shed excessively, leaving me feeling self-conscious and dissatisfied. The customer service experience added to the frustration, with unmet promises and lackluster responses to my concerns. As a consumer who values transparency and integrity, I cannot recommend Zala Hair Extensions based on my personal experience.
Like their clip-ins!
The quality of the Zala clip-ins is far better than the other hair extension companies. The clip-ins are easy to wear, remove and dye. Totally worth the money!
Really crappy quality & customer service
I have spent almost $1000 with this company over the span of my history with them. Originally I bought 3 wefts for my wedding & those help up ok I only had those in for about 1 month.
So I decided to buy again in a lighter shade this time spent $300 for 2 bundles. I paid $200 for someone to install them too. Well I have had them less than a month and they are already so so dry and turn into a rats nest within one hour of my not brushing it. When I do brush it tons of split ends fly everywhere too.
I contacted customer support because I'm not happy with this quality and all they told me is to buy a brush for my purse and some revive spray. It's really bad, definitely go with higher quality hair. I expected this hair to at least last me 4 months. I use pureology and use minimal heat there's no reason my hair should look like this in such a short time span

AMAZING HAIR (CUSTOMER OF 6 YEARS)
Honestly I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews because I have been buying zala hair for over 6 years now and I love them! I have used the tapes and clip ins and have never had any issues, however I do use salon grade products and know how to take care of them, I think the bad reviews come from uneducated people who don't look after their extensions and don't use the right products. When I wash my extensions I always run a flat iron through them with a heat protection then I use a serum to seal the hydration in so they stay soft and silky. I also use a serum after wearing them to store them and sometimes even store my clip ins in a plated style so it locks in moisture. Extensions aren't attached to a scalp so they need extra care and to be looked after differently. If you aren't taking care of them or doing the correct methods to achieve the soft and silky appearance ofcorse they aren't going to last. All of my extensions last me about 9 months before I feel like I need to replace them. Zala hair is amazing and I have purchased other brands before that just don't last me as long. I am not paid by zala or sponsored, I am just a regular customer who knows how to look after extensions. If you do your research on how to take care of them they are amazing.
Nightmare Experience with ZALA Tape Ins Hair Extensions: A Warning and Review
As someone who has been getting hair extensions for over two decades, I feel qualified to say that my experience with ZALA Tape Ins was nothing short of a nightmare.
My stylist, who I have trusted for years, recommended this brand and I foolishly agreed to try them out. However, just a week and a half after they were installed, I started to notice sores on my scalp and bald spots where the extensions were yanking out my natural hair. The constant itching and headaches were unbearable.
Despite being well-versed in the proper care and installation of extensions, I found that these ZALA Tape Ins were impossible to manage. The adhesive leaked onto my hair, the hair itself was rough and poked my skin, and they had an overwhelming chemical smell - one that was eerily similar to my dog's bowel movements, of all things.
Furthermore, these extensions were unable to hold a curl, leaving me with limp, lifeless hair that would often mat up overnight. After paying an exorbitant price for both the hair itself and the installation, I was left extremely dissatisfied and thoroughly regretted my decision to try out ZALA.
I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone - in fact, I strongly advise against it. Not only are their products subpar and potentially dangerous, but they seem to be falsely advertising the quality of their hair. Save yourself the headache (literally) and go with a different brand for your hair extensions.
Zala Hair Extensions Review: Complete Disaster, Unacceptable Customer Service
I recently purchased hair extensions from Zala (zalahair.com), and to put it mildly, it was a complete disaster. I have been wearing extensions for years now, and I'm well-versed in caring for them. However, this particular purchase was by far the worst hair I have ever received. As someone who relies on their hair for modeling and promotion work, I was beyond disappointed in the quality of the product.
I purchased a set of tape-in extensions, and it's been less than four weeks since I had them put in. The hair is dry, tangly, and overall, a nappy mess. I immediately contacted customer care, and their suggestion was to purchase their shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and revive spray. Frankly, that's unacceptable. As a customer, I shouldn't be expected to spend more money on top of the $300 I already spent to fix a problem that shouldn't be there in the first place.
I explained to them that I already own their products and still have the same issue. I even requested a replacement since the hair seemed like old, low-quality hair that should have never been sold. They showed no interest in taking responsibility and refused to provide me with any solution.
If you are considering buying from Zala, please take my advice and don't fall for their "good" reviews. It seems like most of their positive feedback is solely for their ponies and don't reflect the real quality of their hair extensions. I'm currently contacting the Better Business Bureau and have even gotten a lawyer involved since I'm unsure if they even provided me with 100% human hair, like they claim they do.
To add insult to injury, after writing my review, they attempted to offer me a ridiculous $30 refund only if I deleted my review. It's honestly a joke. I paid $316, and they're offering just $30 for hair that isn't up to par? I plan to get the hair tested and pursue a class-action lawsuit if needed.
In conclusion, Zala's hair extensions were an absolute disaster, and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your hair extension needs. The customer service is far from helpful and it feels like a complete scam. Save your money and your hair, and avoid this company at all costs.
Review: Zala Hair Extensions - Disappointing Quality and Unsatisfactory Customer Service
My recent experience with Zala Hair was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. I was looking for high-quality extensions, and their website seemed promising, so I placed an order for the Champagne Blonde Weft extensions. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the hair, which felt like the ends had been burnt, and the smell of burning when I used my hair straightener on 100 degrees Celsius. As a hairdresser with fifteen years of experience, I had never come across extensions that behaved like synthetic hair before this incident.
I decided to reach out to Zala Hair to let them know about my concerns and see if it was a problem limited to my batch of hair. During the complaint process, I was asked several questions, including the batch date. Upon checking the batch tag, I realized that the hair was manufactured in 2017! The representative I was in contact with informed me that they do no stock or manufacture Champagne Blonde Weft extensions on the 6th of April 2020 (proof by screenshot).
However, I had initially ordered Champagne Blonde Weft extensions, which they advertised some months ago and made a purchase for it. Zala Hair ended up sending me any blonde tone from the 2017 batch, which was of poor quality, feeling synthetic hair, and looking burnt. Although Zala Hair offered me a 50% discount on another purchase, I didn't think it was an adequate solution, considering it was a faulty product, and they were trying to lie and pass off old extensions as new and the wrong color as indicated on their website.
It was especially frustrating as there is no way to directly contact Zala Hair through a phone number, and all communication is through email or their website. I was left wondering why they couldn't provide a refund for the faulty product, and why they couldn't send me the correct color and batch of hair that I had originally ordered. Overall, my experience with Zala Hair was a complete waste of money and time, and I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone.
Disappointed with Zala Hair Extensions: Poor Quality and Customer Service
As someone who has been using hair extensions for years, I always strive to find the best quality for myself. After digging through some research, I stumbled upon Zala's website and decided to order a few different sets of their extensions, including the "real" 16", 20", and the volumizer 20". I was beyond excited when my order arrived just in time for my son's upcoming wedding! The thickness of the extensions was exactly what I had been searching for, but I couldn't help but notice that they appeared quite shiny. Despite this observation, I decided to move forward with the dyeing process, as I've always found that I can easily match my color to the chestnut brown that I typically order from different brands. However, after dyeing them, I was extremely disappointed to notice that they hadn't picked up any hint of red and instead had turned much darker than intended. I've been coloring my own hair for years, so I know my way around the process.
As I was scrutinizing over this issue, I also noticed that the hair was melting when I tried to style it with my curling iron. I didn't have the iron set at a high temperature and yet the extensions were melting onto the barrel, which was quite alarming. I tried to redye them with a different shade, but that didn't prove to be any more effective. I decided to reach out to the company for some assistance, but they just replied with a generic message stating that they only use 100% remy hair and that I was voiding the warranty by altering the product. I completely understand their warranty policy, but something had gone very wrong with this batch of extensions. I have never had such a terrible experience with hair extensions before in all my years of using them.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with Zala's hair extensions. Not only did they not take dye well, but they melted when I tried to style them. Coupled with the company's lack of customer service support, I am at a loss for how to proceed. I believe that hair extensions are an investment and if I'm going to spend the money, I want to ensure that they are of exceptional quality. Unfortunately, in this case, that was not the result.
Zala Hair Extensions Review: Quality Concerns and Disappointing Customer Service
I have been a loyal customer of Zala for several years now, with thousands of dollars spent on their extensions. However, my recent experiences with the company have been less than satisfactory. Last year, I received a subpar set of extensions and had to request a partial refund. Thinking it was just a fluke, I recently placed another order, this time utilizing their Afterpay option and some Zala dollars. Unfortunately, I immediately regretted my decision upon receiving the package. Despite ordering the thickest set available, the extensions were incredibly thin and appeared to be made from synthetic fibers. As someone with extensive experience in hair extensions, I could easily tell the difference. The hair had an unnatural sheen and was thin from root to tip. Even the wefts had been made thinner. When I reported my disappointment to customer service, I was told that it was part of their "new design." I found this to be a ridiculous explanation and an embarrassment of a design. With no real solution to my dissatisfaction, the only option they offered me was a measly 10% discount on my next purchase. Needless to say, I won't be making one.
I am genuinely concerned that Zala may be a scam. It's possible that they purchase cheap hair from Amazon or other outlets, only to resell them at a 1000% markup. And while I have never attempted to dye their extensions, I have heard from other dissatisfied customers that the hair does not hold color well. It is disheartening when a company you once trusted and relied upon starts to falter. Unfortunately, it seems that Zala is succumbing to the temptation of cutting corners and sacrificing quality for profit.
I urge you to be wary of this company and their products. Take a closer look at the reviews and be skeptical when you see only positive ones. It's possible that some of them are fake or incentivized. As for me, I will be sharing my negative experience with others and seeking out a new hair extension company to patronize. Truly, the difference in quality between my old set of extensions (the wider ones) and the new ones is beyond frustrating. I hope others can learn from my mistake and avoid Zala. With so many other great options out there, there's no reason to settle for such a disappointing product.
Warning: Zala Hair Extensions Coated in Silicone and Poor Quality
I recently had a disappointing experience with Zala (zalahair.com) and feel it is important to share my experience with others. Initially, I purchased the Champagne Blonde set and was excited to try them out. However, upon opening the box, I immediately noticed that the extensions felt unlike any real human hair I have ever encountered. It was abundantly clear that they had been coated in silicone, which is rather unusual.
As per Zala's recommendation, I attempted to tone the extensions. I used Directions hair toner in Silver, which is a safe product that doesn't damage hair. After leaving it on for the suggested 10 minutes, I rinsed it out and conditioned the hair. Unfortunately, it was immediately clear that this decision had been a mistake. The hair quickly became weak and brittle, and I found that it was already starting to break off from the weft and clips. Even more alarming was the appearance of patchiness in the toner, leading me to believe that the hair simply wasn't the 100% human hair that Zala had advertised.
At this point, I reached out to Zala customer service for help. To my immense frustration, they were dismissive of my concerns and actually accused me of damaging the extensions with a chemical product. I explained that the toner I used was safe and gentle, but they remained unhelpful and unresponsive. I was disappointed to realize that they had clearly taken steps to silence negative reviews while paying for positive ones.
Ultimately, I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Zala. The hair is unmanageable and simply not up to snuff in terms of quality. For the amount that was paid, I expected far better quality than what I received. To anyone considering purchasing from Zala, I strongly recommend against it.
Zala Hair Review: High-Quality Extensions with a Few Shipping Hiccups
When it comes to Zala Hair, there are a few bad reviews about the shipping process, but it's important to note that this isn't entirely the fault of Zala. They use DHL and USPS couriers, which are known for their less than stellar shipping services. However, once you get past this issue, Zala Hair is simply incredible! The hair provided is real and the colors match perfectly, leaving customers satisfied with their purchase.
With that said, let's talk more about the actual quality of the hair. It's soft and doesn't have the give-away shine that synthetic hair tends to have. The packaging is also a testament to the quality of the product - it's clear that Zala goes the extra mile to ensure that their customers are receiving the best of the best.
For those who may be new to hair extensions, it's important to note that real hair behaves exactly like the hair that naturally grows out of our heads. It can be curled and straightened, but it's important to remember not to go too hot. For people with thicker hair, remember to section hair into thinner strips to avoid damaging the extensions.
When it comes to personal experience, one customer ordered the 16" Cinnamon Keratin Ponytail and the 16" Cinnamon 9 Piece Seamless Clip ins. Although her clip ins were packaged separately, they didn't arrive. After a bit of trouble with the postal couriers in her area, she reached out to Zala and was pleased with their customer service. Her fiance even went ahead and ordered her the same clip ins and they arrived a day early!
Overall, Zala Hair's products are worth it. They offer high-quality hair extensions that are easy to use and style. While there are a few shipping issues here and there, their customer service team helps make up for that inconvenience. Their products are definitely worth considering for anyone in the market for a high-quality hair extension!
Disappointing Quality and Inconsistency: A Review of Zala Hair Extensions
As someone who has been wearing hair extensions for over a decade, I was excited to try out Zala's products. Unfortunately, my experience with them was incredibly disappointing. While my first purchase was passable, my second order of the 24-inch extensions was a complete waste of money. Initially, they looked okay, but after my first wash, the hair became dry and matted in certain areas. I've had to brush my hair every day to avoid looking like I have a rat's nest on my head. Additionally, the shedding has been absolutely ridiculous, and the hair will not hold a curl, which has made styling a nightmare.
I was also disappointed in Zala's products, as I used their shampoo, conditioner, and revive spray with no improvement to the quality of the hair. As someone who is always looking for the best deals on hair extensions while also actively researching brands, I was surprised to find that the quality of Zala's extensions was on par with what I could find on Amazon for a much more affordable price.
It's unfortunate that Zala's hair extensions didn't live up to the hype, especially considering that they claim to be made of fully human Remy hair. However, as someone who has tried a variety of hair extension techniques over the years, I know that the quality of the hair is crucial. Zala's extensions are clearly made with a mixture of synthetic hair, creating an inconsistency in texture and quality.
Ultimately, I decided to spend an extra $150 on Glam Seamless hair extensions, and I'm thrilled with the results. I wish that my experience with Zala had been better, but unfortunately, I can't recommend their products to anyone looking to invest in high-quality hair extensions.
False Advertising: Zala Hair Extensions Don't Live Up to Claims of High Quality Remy Hair
As a hair stylist in Utah, I had high hopes when I purchased two packages of wefts from Zala. I waited almost a month before washing the hair, as I am well aware of the benefits of not washing extensions too frequently. When I finally washed the hair, I used my usual products - Redken, Olaplex, and It's A 10 - that have worked well with other brands of extensions in the past.
However, much to my dismay, the Zala hair began falling out in clumps and became dry and tangled. In contrast, I have 6-month-old extensions from another brand, which are 20 inches long and still soft, manageable, and tangle-free. I contacted Zala's customer service via email to inquire about this issue, but received absolutely no response at all.
It is deeply disappointing to realize that the hair I had purchased from Zala was certainly not the high-quality, AAAAA grade, human, remy hair that was advertised on their website. I paid nearly $500 for this subpar hair, and it is disheartening to think of all the other customers who may have also been deceived.
When I had inquired about possibly selling Zala's hair at my salon, their help desk had repeatedly assured me that it was indeed real human hair and that they guaranteed its quality. However, a strand test confirmed that the hair was not up to par, and I have since discovered many other customers who have had similar issues with Zala's hair.
It is unacceptable for any company to make false claims and fail to take responsibility for their products. As a hair stylist, if I were to do what Zala has done, I would lose my license and could even be sued. I urge Zala to sell their hair with transparency and allow buyers to make informed decisions rather than deceive them with false promises and advertisements.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Zala, and I plan on contacting both an attorney and the Better Business Bureau. I encourage potential buyers to do their research before investing in hair products.
Zala Hair Extension Company: Dishonest Business Practices & Poor Quality Wefts
Zala, the popular hair extension company, has received negative feedback from customers regarding the quality of their sew-in wefts. Some unhappy customers have claimed that the company is dishonest with their advertising and questionable in their business practices. It is reported that if a customer leaves a negative comment on Zala's Instagram posts, the comments may be deleted, and in some cases, entire posts may be removed.
One customer, who has worn extensions for over a decade, was initially drawn to Zala's website because the colors were a perfect match for her hair, and she liked the payment plan option. However, after receiving the hair and having it installed by her hairstylist, the hair started to shed excessively, and after just two months of wear, the hair looked old and ragged.
Upon reaching out to Zala's customer service about the poor quality of their product, the company requested photos and a detailed explanation of how the customer cared for the hair. The customer provided the requested information, but after answering additional questions, she never received a response from the company. In addition, any comments made by the customer on Zala's Instagram account were promptly deleted.
Despite using Dritz sealant to protect the hair, a second install of Zala hair resulted in similar issues. The hair started to shed excessively, decreasing the volume of each sewn-in weft by half. Although Zala has claimed that their hair goes through strict quality control, the customer's repeated experiences with their product suggest otherwise.
Zala's business practices have been called into question by multiple customers who claim that the company is dishonest with their advertising and silences unhappy customers. The overwhelming number of positive reviews on their social media and website may be due to the company deleting negative feedback. Customers who are considering purchasing from Zala are encouraged to reconsider before throwing their hard-earned money away.

Zala Hair Extensions Review: My Disappointing Experience and Damaged Natural Hair
As someone who has been using hair extensions for over 15 years, I've had my fair share of experiences and tried numerous brands. Despite being hesitant at first, I decided to give Zala hair extensions a try - unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge mistake. After only one wash, I noticed the texture of the hair had completely changed and after just three weeks, the hair started matting in a way that I had never experienced before. I tried everything to soften the hair and salvage them for even just a few months of use, but to no avail. It wasn't long before the hair was matting to the point of not even being able to brush it, and I was leaving trails of hair wherever I went - an extremely embarrassing situation that I just couldn't ignore.
Eventually, I had to have the extensions removed and it was then that I discovered that my natural hair had been damaged from the matting of the extensions around my roots. The constant tugging and brushing had caused breakages which further compounded the issue. When I reached out to Zala to request a refund, I was met with a disappointing response - they refused.
As someone who genuinely cares about the quality of hair extensions I use, I implore other girls to avoid the same mistake I made. While there are numerous brands to choose from, I would recommend Bellami, Donnabella or JZStyles. Trust me when I say that it's worth investing in a brand that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their products.
Not 100% Human Hair: A Disappointing Review of Zala's One Piece Volumizer
As a concerned consumer, I recently purchased the one piece volumizer from Zala (zalahair.com) expecting it to be 100% human hair as advertised. However, I was utterly disappointed with the quality of the product that I received. Firstly, I noticed that when I curled or straightened the piece on the lowest heat setting, it emitted a peculiar burning plastic smell, which was definitely unexpected. Moreover, despite my attempts at styling it in every possible way, the volumizer simply did not hold a curl. I even tried clipping the curls in place and leaving them for several days, but it still didn't work.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that this piece was certainly not 100% human hair, as promised. Instead, it appeared to be a synthetic blend, which was falsely sold as 100% human hair. I have had synthetic blend extensions in the past, and they had the same burning plastic odor as this product. Overall, this was a complete waste of my hard-earned money.
Even when I wore the extension straight, without any styling, the ends separated and looked stringy, giving away the fact that I was wearing an extension. The product only looked decent for the first 10 minutes of wearing it. In conclusion, the Zala one piece volumizer was an absolute garbage, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality hair extensions. Instead, I would advise customers to find alternative hair extension brands that offer genuine, high-quality human hair.
Zala Halo Hair Extensions Review: Unnatural Color and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased the halo hair extensions in "honey beach highlights" from Zala and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon receiving them, I was quite disappointed to find that they looked very fake and had an unnatural, orange shade of blonde. Naturally, I immediately reached out to Zala via email expressing my disappointment and asking for a return label. However, I found it quite frustrating that it took them six whole days to respond to me.
After following up with them and finally being able to attach a return label, I promptly sent the extensions back in their original packaging on April 16th. However, it was yet another six days before I received a reply from them, only to be told that they would not be issuing me an exchange due to the "warranty seal" being broken. I was absolutely certain that the seal had not been broken because I had taken one look at the extensions and put them right back in their packaging.
To put it mildly, I was beyond disappointed with Zala's unethical and dishonest behavior. It's disappointing to me that a company I had high hopes for would not only provide such poor quality products, but would also provide subpar customer service to boot. If I'm being completely honest, I wouldn't even be interested in exchanging the extensions, as the quality is so poor that I wouldn't trust them to give me a satisfactory experience. It's clear to me that the company feels the same way considering they didn't even want to take the extensions back.
Overall, my experience with Zala has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have since issued a chargeback against them with my bank and am hopeful to receive a full refund. Needless to say, I will never be buying hair extensions from them again. I would recommend anyone who is considering purchasing from Zala to give it some serious thought and consider other options before committing to a purchase with this company.

Fake Hair and Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Zala Hair Extensions
the hair was absolutely fake. From the look and feel of it to how it behaved under heat, it was nothing like real human hair. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off, not to mention disappointed that I had wasted so much money.
It's also worth mentioning that the customer service was awful. As mentioned, they delete negative comments on social media and ignore customer complaints. When I reached out to them about this fake hair, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It's clear that they prioritize making sales over actually providing a quality product and supporting their customers.
I would absolutely not recommend Zala to anyone looking for hair extensions. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more affordable and actually provide real human hair. Don't fall for their fake social media reviews – do your research and make sure you're getting what you pay for.
Zala Hair Extensions Review: Poor Quality Synthetic Hair, No Customer Service, and False Claims
As someone who has been receiving hair extensions professionally installed for over 6 years and has even purchased higher quality bundles of hair off of Amazon, I can confidently say that the Zala hair extensions from zalahair.com are a major disappointment. After only four washes, the extensions began to turn into dreadlocks daily and looked even worse when washed. I used an entire bottle of their conditioner and yet it still wouldn't allow me to my fingers through the hair.
What's even more frustrating is that the company has no customer service phone number and will stop replying to your emails. On top of that, they do not honor their guarantee. So, if you're looking for a dependable brand you can trust, I suggest you look elsewhere.
The Zala hair extensions are clearly made with synthetic hair, despite their claims of being 100% human hair. Not only are they melting when straightened or curled with heated styling tools, but the customer service team even advised me not to use such tools on it. This is strange, as any credible company selling genuine human hair should be able to withstand medium heat on a straightener with no problem.
Given the exorbitant price of $400, it's incredibly disappointing to receive such poor quality hair that is fake synthetic crap at best. I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my bank and would advise anyone else to steer clear of Zala hair extensions from zalahair.com. Don't waste your time and money on their overpriced products.
My Disappointing Experience with Zala Hair Extensions: Poor Quality, Shipping Delays, and Lack of Accountability
When it comes to hair extensions, we all hope for a luscious and flawless final result. I was excited to try out Zala Hair Extensions, as I had heard a lot of buzz about them. However, my experience with the company was less than satisfactory. Firstly, their shipping claims of 2-3 days to New Zealand from Australia are not accurate. My hair took well over two weeks to arrive, which was frustrating, especially since I had paid extra for express shipping.
Once my invisi-tape extensions were installed, I noticed that the hair became rough, frizzy, and matted within just twelve hours. At first, I put this down to the settling process and hoped it would improve after washing and conditioning. However, the hair remained unruly, fluffy, and completely unmanageable. I was very disappointed with my experience so far and decided to reach out to Zala with my concerns. As a solicitor, I was fully aware of my rights as a consumer when it came to product guarantees, but unfortunately, Zala refused to acknowledge these laws and refused to provide me with a refund or exchange, despite acknowledging the poor quality of the hair.
One of the most concerning aspects of my experience with Zala was their disregard for negative reviews and feedback. They have been known to selectively remove any negative comments or reviews from their website and social media pages, which is incredibly misleading for potential customers. I personally had some of my comments and reviews deleted, which only added to my frustration and disappointment with the company.
Overall, my experience with Zala Hair Extensions was far from ideal. From the difficult shipping process to the poor quality of the hair and their lack of accountability as a company, I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Zala to reconsider. It's always important to do your research and read reviews carefully before investing in any type of hair extension product to avoid wasting your money.
Zala Hair Extensions: A Nightmare Purchase
When it comes to shopping for hair extensions, there are a plethora of options available on the market. However, not all hair extensions are sourced equally, and it's important to do your homework before making a big purchase. Unfortunately, for those who have shopped with Zala Hair Extensions, the experience has been nothing but disappointing.
According to one frustrated customer, their hair extensions were truly the worst they've ever encountered. Not only did they feel cheap and disgusting, but they ended up shedding excessively from day one. The customer spent a whopping $340 on their purchase, and then another $800 getting them installed- only to regret it almost immediately.
After trying two bundles at a time, the customer couldn't believe that all four were garbage. As a result, they're counting down the days until they can replace them with real hair. Despite the frustration they've experienced with the product, it gets worse- when the customer attempted to wash their hair, they found that the color would bleed profusely. After four washes, the water was still grey, leaving all of the customer's clothes, towels, and tiles ruined.
To make matters worse, the hair started clogging up the customer's shower drain, and a plumber had to be called in to fix it. As it turns out, the cause of the issue was nothing but globes of the "nasty hair" from Zala. When it came time to request a refund or a replacement, the customer was denied on both accounts.
Overall, the customer's experience with Zala Hair Extensions was a complete nightmare. They're warning others to steer clear of this brand unless they want to waste a lot of money on a product that doesn't live up to its promises. If you're in the market for hair extensions, make sure to do your research and read reviews from real customers before making a purchase- it could save you a lot of hassle in the long run.
Disappointing Experience with Zala Hair Extensions: A Review
When I first heard about Zala, I was really excited to try out their hair extensions. After reading a ton of great reviews online, I decided to go all-in and ordered over $300 worth of hair extensions from them. Unfortunately, my experience with Zala didn't live up to my expectations at all.
The first time I washed my hair extensions, they looked completely synthetic. It was really disappointing to see my brand new extensions look so fake so quickly. I reached out to the company to explain my disappointment, but all they offered was a hair mask that didn't do anything to solve the problem.
To make matters worse, when I went to my hairdresser to get them removed, she discovered that they had caused a lot of damage to my natural hair. I was really shocked to see how badly my hair had broken and damaged in such a short amount of time. This was especially surprising to me because I had used tape-in extensions from other brands in the past without any damage.
Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Zala again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. As someone who places a lot of value on my hair, this experience was really disappointing for me. I take great care to keep my natural hair healthy and strong, so to see it suffer as a result of my Zala extensions was really upsetting.
I've attached a photo to show what my hair extensions looked like after just one wash with their shampoo and conditioner, as well as a photo of the damage they caused. I want others to know about my experience so they can make an informed decision before buying from Zala.
Zala Hair Extension Review: Poor Quality, Limited Returns, and Frustrating Customer Service
I recently purchased a clip-in ponytail extension from Zala, and I have to say, I was sorely disappointed. Admittedly, I didn't do my due diligence in researching the company before making my purchase, and it was a costly mistake. When the product arrived, I was immediately angry and frustrated with the quality of the hairpiece. It was clear to me that this was a product that someone else had returned, and the condition it arrived in was unacceptable. The box was damaged, there were pieces of random blonde hair in the package, and to make matters worse, there was lint stuck to the Velcro. These issues alone would have been enough to put me off the product, but the problems didn't end there. The stitching was shoddy, and the hair was super thin, so much so that it barely covered my thin, natural ponytail.
Given the poor quality of the product I received, I decided to reach out to the company, hoping that they would be understanding and offer a solution. I was offered the option to send the product back for credit or a replacement, but they refused to give me a refund, which was disappointing. It's clear that the company knows the product is subpar, and they're trying to protect themselves by limiting returns to exchanges or credit only.
Not wanting to deal with the hassle of mailing the product back and risking further disappointment or loss, I decided to cut my losses and move on. Upon speaking to others who have had similar experiences with Zala, it seems that the company has a history of denying refunds or exchanges, even when the product hasn't been used or is in poor condition. This is an incredibly frustrating experience for consumers, and it's a shame that Zala is not more proactive in responding to their customers' concerns.
In conclusion, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying hair extensions or other hair-related products from Zala proceed with caution and do their research first. There are reputable companies out there that offer high-quality products and stand behind their products with a money-back guarantee. Don't make the same mistake I did - be informed, and be careful with your hard-earned money.
Zala Hair Review: Appalling Customer Service and Subpar Quality Extensions
Zala (zalahair.com) has unfortunately received some very negative reviews from their customers, and I too, have had a similar experience. In fact, I have ordered from them thrice, and two out of the three times have been nothing short of terrible. Firstly, their customer service is simply appalling. They seem to have no understanding of the importance of good customer service, and their communication skills are subpar.
For instance, I recently paid for expedited delivery, which promised delivery within 2-3 days. However, it has now been a week and there is still no sign of my order. When I reached out to them to try and resolve the issue, I received a rude response that I should work with the post office. I was appalled! Any reputable company would try to understand their customer's frustrations and offer a more helpful response.
When I asked that I be reimbursed for the expedited shipping, they flat-out refused. They asked me to reach out to them only after I receive my order, but how can I do that when I haven't even received it yet? At a time when good customer service is more important than ever, it seems that Zala simply does not care about maintaining their customers.
To add insult to injury, the hair extensions themselves are not of great quality either. The strands get knotty far too easily, even with minimal use. It's not worth the trouble to deal with their terrible service for subpar quality extensions.
In conclusion, I would definitely never use Zala again and would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. Even if it costs a bit more, it's worth using a company that offers good customer service and quality products. It's a shame that Zala doesn't seem to understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
