5 October Zara Home confirms order no. [protected] and announces that there will be 2 partial deliveries.

October 6 Mail from Zara. Order has been processed and partial delivery 1 has been sent.
October 6 I receive part delivery 1
October 6 Zara Home indicates that part delivery 2 is prepared.
October 7 Zara Home informs that partial delivery 2 has been sent
October 10 SEUR informs that delivery, ID [protected], is on its way
October 10 SEUR later informs that the delivery address is incorrect and therefore cannot deliver.
October 12 I see that SEUR has misunderstood the address from Zara Home.
Notifies Zara Home of the inaccuracy in the address that SEUR has.
October 12 Zara Home informs that they have informed the relevant department about the error in the address at SEUR.
October 13 SEUR informs that delivery will take place in the afternoon at 18.15-19.15 Not coming! They still give the wrong address.
October 13 SEUR informs that they could not deliver as no one was at home. Lie of SEUR then me
was at home waiting for the delivery.
October 14 I complained to Zara Home Case ID [protected] about the incident.
October 15 I informed Zara Home by sending screenshots from SUER's messages.
October 16 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. They still give the wrong address.
October 17 I call SEUR customer support and point out the error in their address. Customer support promised to fix address directly and make sure we get the delivery.
October 17 Zara Home wants details of the case. Which I email directly to Zara Home.
October 18 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. Still wrong address.
October 19 Zara Home informs that delivery will take place today.
October 19 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. Still wrong address.
October 23 Zara Home informs that delivery this day
October 23 SEUR announces delivery on the same day at 17.30-18.30 Not coming!
October 24 I cancel the order via email to Zara Home and demand credit, as delivery does not take place despite all the work I put into this simple order. Asking for confirmation.
October 24 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. Still wrong address.
October 25 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. Still wrong address.
October 26 SEUR informs that delivery takes place in the afternoon at 18.45-19.45 Not coming!
October 26 SEUR informs that they could not deliver as no one was at home. Lie of SEUR then me
was at home waiting for the delivery.
October 27 SEUR informs that delivery takes place in the afternoon at 18.00-19.00 Not coming!
October 27 SEUR informs that they could not deliver as no one was at home. Lie of SEUR then me
was at home waiting for the delivery!
October 27 I inform Zara Home if SEUR is lying all the time and that Zara Home should credit the order immediately.
October 30 SEUR informs that delivery takes place in the afternoon at 18.15-19.15 Not coming!
October 30 SEUR informs that they could not deliver as no one was at home. Lie of SEUR then me
was at home waiting for the delivery.
November Zara Home has not confirmed the cancellation of the order or credited the amount!
I experience this handling as extremely nonchalant and unprofessional of me as a loyal customer of Zara Home, it borders on harassment. I shop a lot on the internet and never have problems with deliveries from other shipping companies except SEUR.
