I have now lodged my complaint on Facebook, Twitter, by calling Customer service, email and now Instagram.
I purchased a rug at Zara home SA in September. I returned this rug using online instructions on 2 October. Zara home took 1 month to trace this product receipt and issued a refund on 30 October - already 1 month later! I followed up on my refund and they claimed that it was rejected and it’s a technical error. To this date, Zara home claims that it is on high priority, but I receive no progress updates on the case and nothing has been done since! It’s now 1 month since the failed refund and 2 months since I returned the product! This is completely against Zara home policy on returns as I have followed the process in full. Please can I get my money back urgently before I take further steps to share my experience. I am totally disappointed with the level of service in resolving a customer related matter.
