servicing the ice and drink machines
Arrived at Zaxby's, 4385 Rangeline Rd, Mobile AL, 36619, at 2:02 pm, on May 8, 2018. We ordered two 4 finger meal plates. When we went to get our drinks, there was no ice in any machine and no Minute Maid products (sparkling water or lemonade.) The lack of servicing these machines is what made us stop patronizing this location last year. Our mistake for visiting.

One of the managers was rude and very disrespectful. I was trying to give the cashier my orders and the manager that was working the front yesterday was being very rude. The cashier's were trying to take orders and take care of the customers while the manager kept yelling at them. I let that manager know I was trying to order my food. Managers are there to help there employees, not just tell them what to do.

Today I came into Zaxbys to order The Night shift was very rude they did my order wrong and when I talked with the manager Mrs. Jan she was very loud and defiant with me when I just wanted the order redid the way I wanted it. Never again will I go to that Zaxbys on Morrow Road. I wish it was someone I can talk to because it's more to it they can't even talk to they employees the right way a person made one mistake and they was talking to the employee any type of way and that's not right at all.

My family and I went to the Zaxby's restaurant in Thomson, Ga for dine in and it was a horrible experience I heard the cooks scream for help several times there was at least 3 managers there I assume they were managers cause of the difference in uniform there was one manager up front white lady who was doing her best to help out up front and back there was a young lady in the back who was doing her best to get the orders filled and out I heard her scream for help several times and there was two young men on the other side yelling orders and for help while one manager sat out in the lobby and the other outside on her phone I have never seen nothing like that but I must say the cooks did an excellent job preparing and fulfilling the orders especially the young lady in back who was preparing the food and young man who had his hair braided but overall I think the managers should be properly trained especially the one that was sitting in the lobby on her phone

A white middle aged lady, I'm assuming the manager, was very rude to me while I was in the drive-through. I was waiting for some more napkins when she busted through the drive-through doors and in a rude tone told me to move my car because I was messing up her drive-through times. That is no way to speak to a customer. It doesn't take much to be the kind of people. All she had to do was say, "Hi sir, if there's nothing more we can do for you could you please move from the drive-through window because it messes up my drive-through times. And I'd really appreciate if you help me out." Is that so hard? I think not.

The manager, Megan S., at the Zaxby's here in Ogden, UT was horrible. We felt attacked when we asked for 1 zaxby's sauce per meal. We eat here all the time. We order 2 meals and get 2 zaxby's sauces, not ever a problem. Except for today, she immediately became angry and combative when we asked when we didn't get them with our meal. She pointed at the sign that stated any extra sauce is an extra cost. But ours wasn't extra she said we were allotted one per meal. So, here we are arguing back and forth about a .25 cent sauce. Zero customer service. She was literally yelling across the restaurant. Zero professionalism. I work across the street at a local business and refer customers here all the time. I will not be doing that anymore. I will tell them to avoid Zaxby's because of their lack of customer service and I myself, will never be back here again. With at least 10 other places to eat within walking distance of my work, I will not support a business who's manager is allowed to act this way. I see countless reviews of her acting this way on google, I don't know why she still continues to treat customers this way.

ON 03/21/2018 I went into Zaxbys at 21 McFarland Blvd Northport Alabama with my son! We ordered two (2) snack plates and Two (2) ice teas! I didn't look at my Ticket and keep it because I have always trusted the people there and eat there regularly! I was trying to Balance my bank account With my statement from the bank and run across that I was charged $101, 17 for this small meal and it wasn't charged to my account in that store but at the on at 1096 McFarland Blvd in Northport Alabama! I have never been in that store Ever! I am Not demanding my money back because I did not keep my receipt! How ever I am upset enough that I was thinking about making this public on all the Media networks! Maybe you should start giving Lie detector test to all your Employees Starting with the Managers, If they are stealing from your Customers, just what are they stealing from the Company? I'm a concerned parent and citizen. I want to start about a female who works at this location name Rachel not sure of her last name but she is a Assistant Manager. Myself and many others have witnessed her talking sexual to the Juvenile boys here and being very ugly with other employees she doesn't like or who ever will not flirt with her. Some employees have came forward about it to the owner Janet Farris who just ignores it with no consequences to her because she needs her due to being out of compliance. Janet does not have enough Managers like she is suppose to, so she keeps her with a smack on the hand and because this Assistant knows this she keeps on doing it. This is a huge lawsuit for Zaxbys in Winchester as well as Zaxbys Cooperate. This behavior should not be tolerated any where let alone swept under the table. Some of the kids come forward and others will not because they fear losing thier job. Many good employees are leaving and more are talking about leaving. This person abuses her authority in a bad manner. This problem should be addressed immediately for the sake of the employees and Zaxby's.

Came threw drive thru got to window had none of my food so I decided to go in and take care of the problem. Asked for a manager but all that was available was an asst manager her name was Alicia was letting her know that I didn't get what I ordered she asked am I sure really of course I'm sure what I want to eat and my receipt showed what I asked for. She took my food to the back and I can hear her saying remarks about my wife and Not thinking I can hear through a big opening in the wall. Came back up with the food rolled her eyes and we left. Wasn't even mad about not getting the right food having to go in to get it right but the fact that you have someone working there that is so miserable and rude. She wasn't happy looking anyway before she was even told about us being there. Hopefully she won't be there when I come back.

I sat down and waited for my food. 25 mins passed by, I saw a lady and her kids that ordered behind me and was getting ready to get her food. I was thinking why would she got the food before me. Her number was 78. I went to ask the girl at the register she said they might over look my ticket number. by the time i got the food it was 30 mins. i was not happy to get the food it was a little salty. I was thinking 30mins at the fast food to get food this is unheard. sorry guys. I would going to get food with another company. i can't wait 30 mins for a bowl of salad.

cobb salad/mild wings & fries and sprite
On APRIL 4 @9:30 I called in a takeout order. The order was for a Cobb Salad with Ranch, Order of fried mushrooms, and mild chicken wings with fries. Order came to $21.06 and I did not get anything I ordered. I made the Guy aware of it and he told me to get back in line and he would reimburse me but the line was full and it was getting Late and the Lobby was closed.
A customer should not be treated so cold blooded. I should be granted an order of fried mushrooms and a Cobb Zalad.

I have found hair in my food and drink twice now. This is disgusting and the employees should all have to wear hair nets. It's completely unacceptable that I have to throw out a meal I paid for because your employees hair falls out. Twice in the past month is crazy and they have been extremely rude when I go through the drive thru. This needs to be fixed!

I went thru the drive thru after school with my grandson and the kids working we're hanging out telling jokes, laughing and I believe they put a pin hole in my grandson's drink so that it leaked all over him and the car. We did not find this funny and I do know that it might have been an accident but it did not seem so with all the carrying on at the store

I went to Zaxbys at 7:00pm at 479 Davie Crockett Parkway Morristown TN 37814 I ordered my food set down and went to the counter got my food and was getting ready to start eating and I seen a hair. I didn't even get to eat one bite of the sandwich or fries. I get up take it to the counter they inform me they would make a new one. So I went and sat down thinking they would bring it out to me instead I had to walk back to the counter and get it. As I am walking to sit down there was a beard hair stuck on my cheese. I didn't sit down by this time I was heated. I told the employee from where I was standing there was another hair in my food I lost my appetite so I wanted a refund. It took them about 5 or 10 min to even let me know they was making another sandwich for me. I informed manager I wanted a refund I don't want anymore food. Well I sit and waited the manager Luis R done his refund and looked at me and held up the money. I had my husband with me who u also paid for and instead of saying here is a refund for the entire order he refunded one sandwich and had no empathy to say he was sorry here is a meal on us nothing I had to leave hungry and without eating with my husband since he was going out of town I didn't get to do anything but complain. I never seen this place so rude and not caring. I will never visit with Zaxbys again.
treatment of workers
I work for the Zaxbys on E Main St in Duncan SC. I am complaining about the Assisstant GM and a few of the managers. I have been a loyal worker for the past 2 and a half years and I am easily one of their best. I am the ONLY worker that achieves the drive time EVERY time I work. And despite doing all the requirements for my promotion, they have pushed it off repeatedly. They have even promoted workers that have their jobs because of me. They have promoted workers that have been complained about by customers, and that slack off. I also spoke to the Assistant GM about my religion and how I cannot work Sundays because of it and they ignored me and scheduled me for Sunday's. That is breaking the law and I WILL NOT be showing up for my shift tonight and if any repurcussions are placed against me because of this I will be filing a law suit.

When I asked to switch my dine in order to Togo I was rudely told I need to get my stuff together because they asked me before by the front cashier . I was right away yelled at from the kitchen from a Mexican cook who screamed at me asking "if I had a problem " . The arguing match continued until I just gave up . This visit made me HATE Zaxbys and never want to return

First time ever at a zaxby 's and definitely my last. I stopped at the store in fairburn, ga at senoia & oakley industrial. The snowflake who took my order was completely distracted and couldn't answer my questions. I had the tenders plate for carry-out. I was never asked if I wanted dipping sauce. I ended up with the zax sauce which by the way, tastes the way I imagine baby [censor] would taste. I requested onion rings instead of french fries, yep, got fries. All the little niggly bears working (?) there were more interested in playing grab [censor]. Didn't get any utensils to use for my slaw, and i'm not sure what the burnt slice of bread that was put in my container was for. Certainly not for sopping up any grease as the chicken was as dry as an arabs diaper. To add insult to injury, this trash can fodder set me back nearly $11.00. As I said before, never again!

Last night I went to Zaxby's in Collierville, Tn. Ordered food for the family. Got home with my Cobb salad, took one bite and then started mixing up the salad and dressing when I saw a sharpie. I was furious. I immediately took the salad back to Zaxbys ( it's about 1.5 miles from home). It made me sick to my stomach. The manager made a another salad which I had no appetite for a Zaxby's salad. What makes me more furious is I know in my heart the the guy making the salad purposely put the sharpie in there or at least had to known it was there
building nail in food
On Feb 9th 2018 my son and I decided to have Zaxby for dinner as we are both fans ( or least we were). My son picked and paid for up our meals using the drive through. Once home we began eating : myself a salad and my son a chicken tender meal. My son is not a big fan of cole slaw and asked if I would swap my bread for his coleslaw I said sure and we did. Approximetly 3/4 through eating the coleslaw I go to take a bite and I see something black ... there was a Building nail in the coleslaw container!
Naturally ate no more and shivered at the thought of what this could have done! We both were in shock truly... this is bad really really bad. I have attached pictures. I fully expect a refund for our meals as well as a settlement of compensation and I am sure you can well understand why. about 7:45 pm on 2/3/2018 i was driving down commonwealth ave in jax, fl when i noticed that my car was overheating. i politely ask the woman in the drive through if i could please have some water to put in my radiator. she asked the manager if she could put water in the container and he flat out said no. i explained to the worker that i have heart failure and could not walk all the way to the fire station. the young black girl's working the counter was very helpful and tried to give me a cup from the register to get water out the bathroom. i found that the bathroom water was automated and basically only gives a spurt of water into your hands by sensors. i asked to speak with the manager on duty . he/she basically refused to even address my concerns. me and my family spent a lot of money at zaxby's before this incident. We will never ever spend another dime with your company. the actions of the so-called manager was cowardly, rude & inconsiderate of fellow human beings ( not to mention petty) . I actually took it upon myself to take the water cup that i was given and take the water from the dispenser that the other customers get their drinks from not even caring about what the manager felt. furthermore him/her being a manager shouldn't have allowed someone to do that. we did spend money in there at the time of the incident.That is what made this the ultimate slap in the face. I personally would not dare have an employee working for my company that is that cowardly and inconsiderate. Once i made it home i called the restaraunt and found that the manager on duty's name was jill. I would really appreciate it if this concern was addressed.
