my order
We ordered three orders of fries. We paid 7$ for them. When they gave us the order, not only was the amount small but it seems like they literally threw 10 fries in each box. When we asked for some sauce, they seemed to have an attitude about it. When I order a regular combo, there's an abundance of fries so I do not know why we were shorthanded today. My children were still hungry after eating and so was I. I'm highly disappointed and if I lived closer I'd go back.

Went in. Cashier was very rude and was rushing me and my husband. So i went to go sit down and all of the tables were dirty. When i got my salad there were finger prints on my plate i told my husband i didn't want it. Then a big crawled ome and theu were on the side. I packed our food up and said lets go. My husband decide to take the salad backand get a refund. He was notinh into his chicken and it tasted funny, he called the mamager and. Talked to him. While we were tjere we could hear the employees in the back they were loud and cursing. The zaxby im talking about is the one on riverside in Gainesville Georgia. They need immediate help. I am telling everyone k ow not to go thete.

Went thru drice thru ordered food
When receiving receipt realized it was not correct ask the lady at the window she said it will be right and handed me my food. I pulled up since there was a long line. Well like my thinking it was wrong so i had to go inside. Which the reason i was using the drive thru was for convenience it is difficult getting out my car since i am on iv fluids and having to take my son in and out.. well we go inside and my son falls in a puddle of water when i mentioned this to the boy at the register he says thea the ice maxhine is leaking... up no crap the floor was covered about a inch.. not only was my son soaking wet thank god he wasnt hurt or i didnt fall and pull out my iv. No one cared to say sorry or anything the whole time and i had to actually wait about 5 minutes for my correct food
cooking of fried spicy mushrooms
Hi we order frequently to go from the Zaxby’s in Crestview FL, 32536. Everything is real good except for the fried spicy mushrooms. They always are dripping the grease they were cooked in. I do mean dripping allot of grease. I have eaten fried foods from many places all my life, I am 63 years old. However, I have never experienced the amount of grease that drips off of the fried spicy mushrooms. I have went as far as placing napkins in both sides of the container they are provided in and shake them up. The napkins are drenched in no time. Then before eating each one I gently squeeze between 2 napkins and the grease pours out and soaks those napkins. Anyway I think you get the picture. Have one of your representatives place an order to go for your fried spicy mushrooms and you will see that I have not truly covered the gross amount of grease that drains out of them. Other vendors fried food don’t come anywhere close to dripping that much grease from there food. . I know this can be fixed, maybe they aren’t cooking hot enough, maybe the type of grease could be changed, maybe they could do a couple of things like drain immediately after frying at a hot enough temperature. In either case I’m sure this problem could be fixed if they wanted to. Please try an order you will find it is worse than what I have described. Please encourage a fix for this problem. As I mentioned the other non-fried food is great.

Zaxbys in lavonia ga has employees in the kitchen making the food without gloves on. I have returned my order twice at this location because of this. I come here twice a month for work and they usually have gloves on but there is always at least one that does not where gloves and it is very nasty. I eat at many different zaxbys and this is the only location I've noticed where they don't all wear gloves when handling the food. Is it not a rule for all of your employees handling food to wear gloves? I will not eat at this location again because of this and service is very slow too. Two times in a row I have waited almost 45 min for my order.
4 piece finger meal
I purchased a meal today of chicken fingers and fries. I've never had a problem until today. My fries were covered in blue cheese which I am highly allergic to. I had a major reaction and my mouth and throats swelled nearly closed. I've never had to check my food there bc I've always just gotten the food how I order it but I can say now that I will not eat at another zaxbys again. My reaction was a close call to not being able to breathe. I almost had to be rushed to a hospital. I can't trust that this won't happen again.

On june 9 I went to Zaxbys on Heckle Blvd in Rock Hill SC.I had to wait over 15 minutes on chicken wings. When I got home the chicken wings were tough and had blood in them. I contacted Kendell manager that same day and took pics of bleeding raw chicken.I was told by Kendell that she would only replace the 15 wings not meals. Then when I went to that Zaxbys June 14 I was told that she would replace my food but not my drinks. I thought the drinks came with the meal. This clearly is not good business practices.

The manager Pamela Moore at the 3830 East North Street location in Greenville SC berated a 16 year old employee to tears, the young lady went home and apparently discussed her treatment that day with her parents, whom in turn returned to the restaurant to see if they could reason with Pamela Moore our manager. Only to meet her yelling, and chastising other employees in front of a restaurant filled with patrons per her usual. The mother thought it best to approach Pamela Moore alone, however due to Pam's loud speaking everyone could easily hear the conversation. I watched as they had what appeared to begin as a reasonable conversation, however it abruptly went wrong when Pamela explained to the woman "You do not work here, I do not have to discuss this with you". the woman replied "I understand that but this is her first job and I'm only trying to support her and figure out what she is even doing wrong"... (this is not an exaggeration)Pamela Moore responded to her with "Quite frankly, your daughter just irritates me"... I couldn't believe what I'd just heard. The young lady later called to ask when she was next scheduled to work; she was told by a male employee that "Pam took you off the schedule and gave me your shifts"; I heard Pam telling (who I assumed was the young lady) "Your mama told me you weren't coming back", the young lady must've said that this was not true and she still desired her job, and Pam said "I'm not arguing with you, talk to your mama"...this is just one example of how Pamela routinely mistreats us, and will often tell us we are easily replaceable. Some of us rely on this job as a means to support ourselves, but it's really unfair that we have to work in such a hostile environment.
If anyone in corporate receives this, you should check into our store; and the treatment of your employees; our manager is really abusive.

On June 1st my wife and I went to zaxbys by our house at 4661 Bauer farm dr. Lawrence Kansas 66049, [protected]. Chk#3146 time 7:25PM. We had gotten a 10 Fingers and 1 Cole slaw to go. The young lady ask us what flavor sauce we'd like, the sign above her head stated that we would receive spicy ranch for free, I said I would like to have that. Then she said we don't have any, so after a brief bit of silence and her just staring out in space we had to raise our voice and ask for the honey mustard, fine. When I received the order I checked, no sauce, so I had to go back inside and ask again for the sauce. That's when she tossed them at me! Not slide them to me, listen you have a great product but the chicken fingers were dry 6 pieces out of 10. I didn't catch the girls name either of them. But the ticket has the name of Hunter R, and the number 17 on it. I'm having a hard time deciding whether or not I'll go back. This was the 2nd time we went in and we're rudely treated by Miss Blonde, my wife thinks her Daddy must own the place. We pay good monew for good food. I'd like to be treated with respect from these teenagers. Please look into this.

I went to have lunch at the location off of Ponce in Atlanta GA as soon as I walked in the store I almost feel to the floor there was a wet floor sign out the Zaxby rugs in front of the soda machine was soaked. The floor was sticky and the entire store looked as if it had not be cleaned all day. I ordered my food because I was on lunch and had not time to go to another place. I ordered a four piece chicken finger plate and I only had 3 chicken fingers on my plate. I got a coke out of the soda fountain which taste horrible. go there at least 3 days a week Bc it's a nice friendly place and the food is great. I happen to eat In .as I was getting out of my car I seen two employees male female all over each other outside of a white jeep. I thought it was not very professional to be in uniform and on the property doing those things. The male had a hat on and the girl blonde hair I think.

9:30 at zaxby in Anniston, Al. I was served very soggy fries that looked very old and I also had very horrible customer service which I have never experienced before. I don't believe that was right to receive all this when I spent my hard earn money on fresh food I deserve... I work at zaxbys in Athens Alabama and there is this manager that comes into zaxbys because he helps around at different stores and ive worked with him before but this is the first time he has lashed out at me and he had been at my throat all day for no reason and he only treated me like this and I was working drinks for a while and then he said "oh we've got it here go do tables" *because he thought that I couldn't do the drinks and then I did that and then I went back in the kitchen and told my other manager Scott "they won't let me do drinks" and he said "ok lets get you on toast" and I said ok and I did toast for a while and then that manager guy that works at different stores told my manager Scott "tell her that I said to do the trash" and then Scott said "hey princess can you go do the trash please" I said yeah sure and I was going to get the bags to go and do the trash and this manager guy that works at the different store comes up to me and says "this is no excuse I told you to do the trash" and I said im getting the trash bags and he said "ok well hurry up about it" and I said ok and then as I was going to do the trash one of my co workers said that they needed me on toast so I had to drop what I was doing and do that and this manager guy comes up to me and says "go do the trash ive already asked you" and I said they told me to do the toast and he said "I dont care you cant do the trash or you can leave" and I said ok and I went and did the trash and when I came back he said "and if you roll your eyes again you are going home" (and btw I never rolled my eyes not once I would never roll my eyes at anyone im very respectful to everyone at work) (this manager guy thought he could just walk all over me and get away with it)

On Friday May 12 around 12:17. Placed order through zaxby app for a 5pc chicken fingers and a separate order for a 42oz sweet tea. I was traveling through town at this point and time. Co-worker picked up order on my behalf and also order for her as well. Co worker received all of her but i did not receive my drink. Called store spoke to GM named Roxanne. She was very rude and belittled me on the phone and also stated that i did not place order. Once gave store number and order number she went and found order but stated that drink was given after she told me she did not see order and advise me she would not give me refund. She told me that i would have to bring in a printed email. Advise i could not do this cause did i didn't have printer nor did i live in town. After asking for a refund several times and being told no. I asked for the district manager number. Roxanne stated that she did not have one. GM hangs phone up on me after telling me she would not refund money for drink. I love zaxbys but after this horrible experice i will not be going to another one.duebto horrible customer service provided by your GM.

Everyone is rude. Kitchen crew is always messing up orders. I was actually a employee there and I ended up leaving the company. They were rude towards me. The people there have no respect. They are not organized. I got hired as full time was only making 2r hrs a week. Then they cut me to 3 days a week after telling me my schedule i gave them was fine, now telling me they have to many people. You should not be able to hearing kitchen crew cussing and yelling in the lobby of the store. Something needs to be done to this company.
chicken salad sandwich
Chicken Salad sandwich was supposed to be served on "Texas" toast.
It was not. The bread was soggy and very thin. The meat inside look like they scraped the bottom of the container barley enough to call a "sandwich. I was never so disappointed and I have had this sandwich before many times at this location and others.

My mom has already complained on your website, but I just want to make it known that I do agree that this was an extremely upsetting experience. I understand that my appearance can come of some surprise to people, but working in the customer service industry you should know how to handle all types of customers ranging in appearance and attitude, I should know, I work in customer service as well. My mother's complaint went as follows, as I had her forward it to me: "My daughter is an individual with many body mods, she's used to getting treated differently, to say the least. However this particular experience was unlike any other she's received from a stranger. You see, my daughter has many facial piercings, she even has her tongue split. While she was in the zaxby's drive thru she was facetiming me and I could hear the employees asking "didn't all that ### hurt" so on and so forth. My daughter is polite so she laughs it off and answers the girl's questions. Then the girl begins to make a spectacle of my daughter, inviting what seemed like the entirety of Zaxby's to the drive thru window to look at my daughter because she chooses to express herself in a different manner than other people. I was going to brush off this tragic experience until I heard the original employee who started the show say to the rest "I know she's a good ### eater, she's got two tongues". This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. My family will never visit another Zaxby's again." I don't disagree that this was far from satisfactory behavior, even my closest friends have more respect than to make jokes like this, and for a complete stranger that is supposed to be providing me a satisfying experience to do it? I was more upset than angry, because it was very embarrassing to have so many people staring at me and hearing me be talked about in such a manner. I don't think I'll ever be able to show my face another Zaxby's again, especially not this particular location, for fear of similar treatment. I was going to shrug it off until I realized how angry my mother was, and I just felt this issue needed to be brought to light. Thank you, have a wonderful day.
UPDATE: The general manager called me today, very upset by her employees' behavior. I do feel bad that the behavior of these adults who know better reflects on her, but she's been utterly amazing and so compassionate and understanding, and genuinely distraught by this behavior that I received. Kudos to her. 😊

drive through service
on 4/24/17 at approx 6:31 pm. 6190 Bradley Park Drive, Columbus, GA 31904. My order was a grilled Cobb salad, 5-wing meal. My order was $16.61. When I got to the window, I paid for my meal. They handed me my order but a truck drove up beside my car at the window and said she think she got my meal. The cashier ask me if I wanted the meal the other customer have or do I want another meal. She also stated she don't think the other customer touch the food. I immediately said absolutely not. I asked for the manager to make sure she knew what was going on. She assured me they prepared my salad and wings fresh but I can't be a 100% sure. I explain to the manager that once the food leave the restaurant it is not safe to give it to another customer. As an healthcare provider, I know what some consequences that could occur from food contamination.

My name is Jacob Kahn and i have been working at the zaxbys in Dallas, Ga on Thomas B Murphy Drive for over a year now and am a hard dedicated worker. When i first started working there i was promised a raise every 6 months and yet to have gotten one, but new workers who don't work as hard as the others start off with higher pay. I also know some of my co-workers are frustrated with the same issue and have started to look for new jobs because of it.Whenever i ask my manager or the district manager bout the topic she said its out of her hands. I am currently helping pay my parents house bills and am trying to pay to get into college and I really like working at Zaxby's but i am now being forced to consider a new job because i am still getting paid minimum wage after a year and a half of working there. Can you please look into my issue and hopefully give me raises i was promised it would really mean a lot.

I went to Zaxby's last night (04/05/2017) as I walked to the bathroom I seen and heard a Manger arguing with an employee inside the bathroom. While the manager was arguing another manager came and pulled her away as if the manager was about to cause conduct with her employee. When they walked away I kindly asked the girl (the employee) was she the manager here (at Zaxby's in Dilon, SC). The girl answered YES. I asked her who was over her so I could report her because she had no business going off on an employee in that such manner. Not only that my family and many more people was in the store at the time. The business was hectic full of people. I called numbers and I still can't get in touch with the man that's over them. I left voicemails. Who do I get in touch with about this manager because this not the only time that manager caused dispute while my family visited Zaxby's in Dillon, SC.

Went in a few times an all I could see was a manager playing on her phone while the rest of the people ran around trying to get stuff done. She literally just stood there on her phone instead of helping the poor cooks in the kitchen. It was ridiculous someone should literally look into this managers lack of ability to do her job. She also seems to be more interested in some guy that comes in also when the store seems busy and if her attention is needed somewhere besides this guy or her phone she seems lost and stressed.
