I have been a member at zone fitness for about 2 years I have been behind on my fees which I gladly went in and paid in full clearing what was owing as well as debit charges. On the 16/12/2019 they refused to let me in saying that I'm owing them money only to find out that they credited me less than what I paid. A lady by the name of Noma insisted I pay the outstanding amount or I won't be allowed in I then showed proof of what I paid and she still claimed thus I cancelled my contract which she didn't even try to sort out or keep the customer happy took out her book and told her manager to sign as she is to busy this is the unprofessional staff working there so they do not care about customer satisfaction. Today the 2/01/2020 I received a msg stating that they have received my cancellation request after 20 days and that I should pay them for the month and and extra months fees this is very unprofessional as head office has not contacted me neither the manager of the club to try and resolve this problem.
