You have put my account in arrears of over R2000 and you keep attempting to to take money in the account that has nothing in it, what a shame zonefitness it is, I want to speak to a manager, am taking tis further, evey month you try debt my account 3 to 4 time, each transtion when it declines cost R110, do you pay me that money, your company is ashame, no wonder everyone complains about you, I want to be removed from your debit order, let a manager call me to sort this out [protected]

Are you willing this time to pay the revised cancellation fee of R2211.00 payable by the 20th of October 2020. Please be advised that no amount of complaint about the cancellation fee and the process of cancelling will change the process.
This is possibly the last month that you can cancel and or address the arrears on your membership as I cannot guarantee that your memberships active status will remain as it is now as opposed to being handed over to our collectors.

Please find attached below a copy of your signed contract. I have highlighted a section in yellow which speaks to the debit order authority and the permission you have given us to deduct the monthly installment and if said installment deduction was unsuccessful, the permission to try and deduct again on a date of our own discretion.
There is also information on the cancellation clause within the "Stop read this" section

They are scamming us my debt is increasing every week
