ZooShoo Terrible service!

Two months ago I ordered lace up knee high boots from them. Still not here.
Even though I got all needed information from them including a confirmation email. Contacting their customer service is a useless thing, they never reply.
You know, I think they see all of those emails, but some of them are ignored for reasons: they just have nothing to tell you. Or they're ashamed to say that they forgot about your order and had never shipped it.

ZooShoo Stay away

I rarely order online but I know that they have to send me a shipping notification along with its confirmation. I didn't get anything like this from them. I already paid for the order and don't understand what exactly takes them so long. Their customer service didn't help at all. Wanted them to provide me a tracking number, but with no results.
Staw away. This place is a scam.

ZooShoo Return process

Bought a pair of heels from this site and received the wrong size. Shoes were way too big so I contacted ZooShoo and asked for a replacement. They said they did not have my size in stock and said they can refund me if I want. I agreed and sent the shoes back at my own expense. They said they don't give return labels so I had to pay for that.
Two weeks later I contacted them and asked about the money but they claimed the did not receive the heels. I called the shipping service and they said that package was delivered. These people scammed me and stole my money and I will never forget that!

ZooShoo Wrong order

Ordered a pair of shoes from ZooShoo and the next day received a notification that my order was shipped. Three days later I actually received the package. I was really impressed with how quick the shipping was. Opened the package and was really disappointed because they've sent me the wrong pair! Well, shoes looked similar to what I have ordered, but material and color was wrong. I emailed customer service hoping to get a replacement, but they never replied. I'm very disappointed with and will never order anything from them again.

ZooShoo They refused to take shoes back, but the seller told me that they took order back

The website www.zooshoo.com is the worst place, where you should buy shoes. When I placed the order, I asked the rep if they would take orders back and provide refunds, the rep told me “yes” and also he told he that there wouldn’t be any problems. When I got the package, it turned out that the shoes didn’t fit me at all and look awfully. I tried to return it, but the seller refused and stopped to communicate with me. It was inappropriate for me.

ZooShoo Both pairs were torn and used already

I ordered two pairs of shoes from www.zooshoo.com. It was horrible, because they delivered bad-quality and torn shoes. Both pairs were torn and looked like someone already wore them. I returned it and after that I heard only fake promises and excuses. I was furious and asked to return money ASAP. I started to threaten the seller, but this idiot only promised something. ZooShoo Damaged merchandise and inappropriate services

I bought pair of shoes and bracelet from the website www.zooshoo.com, but the seller turned out to be total scam. He provided torn bracelet and shoes was also in bad condition as if someone already wore them. So I sent the email and asked to provide the refund, but the seller refused and asked to provide the proof. I sent them several pictures, but the response was rude and impolite. I just want to warn that the company is rubbish and inappropriate services are provided. Please leave comments about your experience with this seller.
