Zumba instructor training course with sandra bayliss

On the 16th of July 2016 with Zumba Instructors Training Course run by Sandra Lizeth Bayliss in Birmingham, UK.
I booked the course on the 16th of June 2016 paying in full.
On the same day I had communication with the above mentioned instructor by email so she had my correct email.
On the16th of July me and my partner left London at about 6am to be in Birmingham in time. My partner took the day off work to drive me there (100miles) as there was no available public transport that would allow me to reach the venue in time. I arrived at the West Bromwich Leisure Center at 8.30am where there was no sign of any zumba class. The highest management got involved and after checking all the records they confirmed that there was neither booking nor cancellation of the booking for the above mentioned class.
There was another attendee for the class as well.
The above mentioned instructor was uncontactable on all the phone numbers I had, emails and Facebook. NO updated address on her website. No attempt from her to call me.
At 22.30 she called me to say that the venue went ahead but on different address.
My email bounced back as she used a different email (not the one we communicated). I asked why she didn't contact me by phone or Facebook or just updated the information on the website-her answer was there are too many people.
She also hung up the phone before I even finished the sentence.
I paid £203.90 for the course, £70.00 on travel expenses and my partner lost £500.00 being off work that day.
This course is very important for my professional development and job and I would still like to attend but with a different instructor and in London. I also would like all of my expenses to be compensated.

Hey, thanks for sharing this with us. Everyone loves to do zumba in my society, specially women. They enjoy a lot and we add some more supplements with zumba from [removed] for our health, fitness, and beauty. Can we have more instruction about it?

Zumba zin now - membership

Hi there, I cannot access my ZIN NOW downloads or choreography. it says I dont have access as I am not a Zin Member however I have paid up until January 2016. This has been going on for over a month. I have called and spoken with several people and have answered the same questions only to be told they would forward it to the technical team. Its been a week since i spoke to the last customer service person and still haven't heard back. Ive sent 5 or 6 emails also with screen shots to show the problem, and have had no reply. I have tried using different browsers and this does not change anything. Can someone please shine some light

Zumba charged me $600

Zumba-Fitness.Com took advantage of my debit card information and charged me $600 AFTER I had already given them 60 days’ notice to terminate my membership. I called headquarters repeatedly and was told that it was a mistake. They even told bank of America that the money would be replaced by Friday that same week. But who will return me money I paid for the overdraft they caused?

Zumba business practices

I just saw the Zumba offer on tv and called the phone number to order it, and I got an automated voice. I should have hung up when they asked for my credit card info immediately. But stupidly I keyed in my account number. That's when the nightmare began.

I got spiel after spiel for offers and upgrades, that you have to go through, and there is no customer service option, no summary of my order, just the the talk of "payments!" But never an amount mentioned... They just say if you want to find out more, go to zumbaorderstatus status.com.

So I went there and thy say it will take 24 hours before I can find out about my order. This feels like they stole my credit card. These people must be put out of business. The way they do their tv and online sales from their website and over the phone is frightening.

I'm reporting them to the FTC, Better Business Bureau and everywhere else I can think of. And putting a stop on my credit card! Beware folks. Get this product from a reputable outlet. Do NOT purchase by phone or online at zumbafitness.com!

Zumba horrible customer service

I placed my order for 2 Zumba Fitness video sets on December 2, 2012. I checked the status of my order after 10 days to se where is was and could not find any record of my order number given for 1 of the 2 and the 2nd stated it was cancelled. I called the customer service number and it seems my order was flagged as fraud because I ordered 2. Ok, here it is December 10th getting closer to Christmas no order in place I have spent 20 minutes on the phone and 10 minutes tracking down the info online... The Customer Service representative states when I ask her if she can help out with the shipping to make sure I receive before Christmas states the only thing she can do is give me 5.00 off both orders. I say "great!" and she stated "both will be shipped 7-10 business days for arrival". Here it is December 18th and I receive an email stating that my order has been cancelled via email! Once again I call and explain to the Customer Service Representative who explains she can see in the notes that I called and let them know I authorized the 2 orders and that it should not have been cancelled. She also explains that it will not arrive before Christmas. I let her know that is not acceptable since the order was placed on December 2nd, well in time for me to receive before Christmas and again I verified on the 10th, again in time for me to receive before Christmas. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes and told I would be charges for shipping but they would sent out priority shipping for me at no cost. I said "if you are charging me shipping there is a cost and that is not customer service" Jose the "Manager" employee #3000276 was on the phone and stated that is all they could do and they are not authorized to do anything else. They could either send it out regular shipping and *** the shipping charges and I would get after Christmas or I could pay for the Shipping and get the program before Christmas. Again, I asked "how is that customer service?" If I am paying for the service how are you paying for your mistakes? They did not offer any compensation. Every company has a customer shipping charge and a company shipping charge, every company gets a reduced rate for shipping any package - they just add "handling charges" for someone putting a shipping label on the package. I am outraged at the lack of customer service this company has. NO offer sending another disc as a thank you for putting up with our lack of sense to read notes on orders or as an apology! Really sad. Training for them is needed by someone who knows customer service - this company does not know anything about customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If you are interested in the workout DVDs then you should order them from another company. I canceled my order in early December because they kept saying that there was an issue with my credit card. I contacted my bank and was told that there was no issue. I told Zumba Fitness to cancel my order and I simply ordered it from another company about a few days later. A month later I received a Zumba Fitness collection and my credit card was charged. When I called the customer service number I was told that they have no record of me canceling my order and that I would have to ship it back at my own expense and would not be refunded the shipping and handeling.

Zumba no notification about balance expiring

I am extremely disappointed with the way Zumba has handled business with me. At Fall last year, I have registered to attend a Zumba instructor training but unfortunately could not, because i had a major surgery done. So, I called Zumba and notified them that I would not be able to attend the training and would have to put that balance on hold for future training. So, one year later I haven't heard from them...the only things that I would get would be advertisements to buy their things and so on. NEVER got a notification email saying my account balance would expire. Humm..I wonder why. Perhaps they would love to keep my money. Well, today, just got a notification saying that it has expired. Somehow this notification "made its way" to my inbox. I called their customer service and they LIED to me saying that they have send THREE notification emails alerting me about this matter. I told them I have not gotten anything from them, and they kept on telling me they did send so. Basically they were calling me a liar.
Please stay away from this company. They really careless about you and just want your money. It is sad that companies out there have absolutely no idea of what good business is all about.

Zumba did not order

Looked at website to think about ordering, but when they kept advertising to add things to the order, I opted out and didn't finish the transaction. They shipped out the order anyway, not even close to the way I originally going to order. They refuse to cancel the transaction, and are telling me there is a restocking charge if I refuse the order. Am turning them into the better business bureau and will be filing a complaint with the US postal service, for shipping something to me that I did not order.

Zumba quality & customer service

I have ordered Zumba DVDs from this company. It wasn't obvious at the beginning where the company was operating from. I just knew when the payment went through in Chinese Currency. The package arrived two weeks later but most of the DVDs are faulty. They are poor copies of 'Gutry Renker' Products and couple of them are so faulty that they are beyond use. I have emailed them over and over but they don't respond. Once again, Chinese products ... what did I expect? When the whole world is going down Chinese are getting richer and dodgier ... I am not a racist (I have multi-cultural background myself), but how chinese are misusing the world's trust is unforgiveable.

Zumba charging $59.85 without our agreement

My husband ordered me the Total Transformation System from www.zumbafitness.com and I received the first set about a week ago. The first set is two DVD-s and the toning sticks. He was under the impression that they were $19.95, as the infomercial states. But after the initial order they set you up for automatic shipments of more DVD's...the next shipment is in April and the charge is $59.85. Who knows how many they are going to send after that and now they have our credit card number! I do not want this system and am going to try to return all of it and stop this process...I just can't afford it right now and this whole company is sketchy...they aren't even affiliated with zumba.com. They are the same company that sells other TV products like Pillow Pets and the Finishing Touch Hair Trimmer. If you want Zumba products I recommend ordering directly from Zumba.com.

Zumba zumba dvd order

I order the zumba fitness dvd set on the internet site
On feb 14th for my daughter for her birthday, it is the 27th of feb she still has not received it yet! They deducted the monies out of my account though and I requested faster shipping as well! Although
I love the dvds myself and thats why I bought them for her thinking it would be a great gift she would enjoy she still has not received them yet. They give you a phone number to call however you cannot ever speak with a live person all automated! And when going to track order status site, it gives me no information.
I feel like im being ripped off and I would suggest to anyone if your going to order only order off the infomercial thats how I ordered my dvds for myself originally. This is very poor customer service, I have no idea where the dvds are I ordered and yet they were fast to deduct the money out of my account. Very dissappointing. I dont know how a company can advertise you can track your oder when it is virtually impossible to track on line, and there is no live customer service rep most of the time to speak with it seems only when the commericial is airing. Not fair!

I order the zumba workout it should be 3 payments of 19.95 and 12.95 shipping and the charged me the total of 146.11 and still not received my order.The zumba sticks is annouce to be free and they charge me for them too. Then i could only talk to a automated machine could not speak to anyone.

Yes, same here. I ordered the 3 payment of $19.00 and they took$54.00 out of my account. And that was only my initial payment. I called the same day they deducted the funds and I ask to have the funds replace and cancel the order but they said they could not do that and that i would have to send it back myself and pay my own return shipping!
They are very misleading stay away from them.

This is very true. I only ordered the 3 payments of $19.99 package and they added dvd's to my intial order and charged me $62.80. I have not even opened the package and they refuse to allow me to return it to them. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND IS DEFINITELY UNDERHANDED AND SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!

Zumba Fitness is a joke. I gave my credit card information for a one time payment of about $90.00 plus 15.95 for shipping my call was disconnected right after they obtained my credit card information, when I called back I could not get a real person. I called the customer service line and they said that they couldn't cancel the order or give me a total price charged to my card because they couldn't see my order in their system but I could call back around 2 am my time or else my card will be charged the final amount and shipping would be around 6:00am their time, then it would be too late to cancel. I was also charged up to 80.00 more than I agreed to. But she couldn't give me a total or cancel my order... I highly suggest folks stay clear of this ordering site it seems like a scam to me...

Zumba unauthorized charges

I visited the Zumba site on 08/10/2010 and ordered the Zumba combo cds. The price was 59.99 plus shipping and handling. I paid by credit cared 74.00 for this order and received it in about 9 days.

On August 18th, Zumba billed my credit card again for 32.90. I have not ordered anything else from Zumba and want my money back. I did not give them permission to bill my card for any additional items. This is fraud and I want my money back. I've spent 5 days on the phone trying to call and the never have spoken with a representive yet. They need to be stopped.

Zumba never recieved products

Ordered the cds and magazine-everything. My card was billed, i got an email saying products were sent and I STILL havent recieved them. Sent them THREE emails and NO ONE has gotten back to me. My card was already billed fifteen days ago! Im very upset, because they are quick to get your moner but when it comes to fulfilling their end, ? What happened? I wish I wouldve done my research first. Can someone please tell me what to do? I still want my products, but if i dont get them or get no reply-is there a way to get my money back? Who can help?

I ordered the products on the 14th of August & as of now I have not receive the products as informed during the telephone transaction. I answered your TV ad & called as indicated; I agreed to pay in full using my credit card; was informed that it will be delivered within 3 days & as of now NO products receive. I was not given any tracking # at the end of the transaction; I was just instructed to check the status thru website or call [protected]. I attemped to check the status but failed - RESPONSE NO RECORD of order under my name - yet you billed my credit card 2x. I called my credit card co. & I was informed ZUMBA charged me 2x for the amount of $105.80 on the 15th & 17th. WHY SO? Another frustration, I could not speak to any customer service . I need to speak to a live person, not an automated voice. You may call me at [protected] & have the operator page me. GILDA

I ordered the products thru telephone (answering the Tv ad); agreed to pay in whole w/ free shipping & handling & was informed that it will be delievered w/in 3 business day. @ the end of the transaction, I was not provided with a tracking or order #. I attempted to track it several times following the direction, but failed. I called my credit card & was informed that ZUMBA posted 2 bills - 1 was on the 15th & the otehr one was on the 17th of $105.80 (2x). WHY I was charge 2x? The other frustrations I could not get nobody (live person) to talk to - why? This is rediculous. I need some help & Iwanted answers to my questions? Zumba gave credit card info to other companies

Tried to order Zumba Fitness by phone. After they take your information for the order the automated system tells you about some vitimans that are $24.95 and $4.95 for shipping and the machine says say yes or press 1 to order... There is no way to say NO so they start charging your card for these every month... I had to cancel my card and file a claim with my credit card company. Love Zumba but this is a RIP OFF BIG TIME! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT AND GET STUCK WITH ALL THESE THINGS YOU DON'T WANT

I was scammed from the beginning. I called on Sunday and ordered this product. I thought I was getting a deal but I was wrong. People if you order this product DO NOT SELECT THE FREE SHOPPING FOR JUST 15.95 go the other route. Because all you are paying is them and you don't get the product right away. it comes a week and a day later. So I went to bed bath & beyond and I came across the same product for 1/2 of what i paid for online. So I canceled my order just for them to tell me that they can't stop the order and that it was my problem. So now I have to wait to the product( which i paid extra for) to come to my home just so I can refuse it just to lose the shipping and handling fee. I'm not saying Zumba is a bad product No I'm saying the company is a ripe off! Bed bath & beyond was 59.95 go buy it there and save yourself the headache! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

i was gonna order and put my info in but didnt hit the summit button but they still took it out so i returned it, they told me i had to pay the shippin and hadlin so they didnt give me back my full refund...THEY ARE RIP OFFS...

Made an order, the product never came. Was charged on my credit card. They said I would receive forms to list a refund. They never came. You can't talk to real people. They sent my order to an address I sure never gave them, or so they say. This has been going on now for almost 3 months. Still no product, no refund paperwork, no customer service. AVOID

I had similar problems! When you order online, they don't show you your shopping cart before you pay for the stuff so you can approve it before spending. They charged me for TWO kits instead of one. Then, it took me a long while to find their customer service phone number (which is nowhere on the receipt they give you - a BIG CLUE to their scamming mentality!), and when I found it, I couldn't get through for days! There were many other problems with them, but the bottom line is - THEY'RE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT IS ETHICAL IN ITS BUSINESS PRACTICES.

WATCH OUT is the best advice I can give!

I had the same problem. Not only did I continue to be charged, but I sent the supplements back and now they claim that they didn't receive them. Unfortunately, I didn't keep my postal receipt and cannot prove that they were sent back. Now I cannot seem to get them to stop billing my card. I have been billed over $120.00. I am not a FAN !

Zumba have not received - it has been two months.10-06-09 shipped on 10-30-09

ordered 4 zumba dvds on 10-06 09/said they where shipped on 10/ 30/ 09 havent heard a word from them.have written then two times.still havent heard from any one.would like to know if i am going to receive the dvds or my money back of 48.90.

they are now costing 3 easy payments of $49.95 (direct quote from their add) and many people never recieve their dvd's at all- be glad you didnt get stung worse than you already have for a bunch of badly copied 20 yr old cd's copied onto dvd
