AWFUL. That’s Hansons. If I could rate Hansons zero, I would. Do NOT sign a contract with them for anything — they’re corrupt — liars, horrible workmanship, and the worst customer service — from the top down. They contract lowest bidders for roofing. I had a fine roof, and they installed inappropriate, damaged materials. They caused leaks. They attempted to fix it ten times. They promised to repair the damage but quit communicating. They cost twice as much as the average. And they will force you to arbitration, so unless you’re wealthy, it’s cost-prohibitive. Don’t sign the contract. Don’t hire Hansons. Don Thompson was the salesman, and he lied to me and my wife. His boss, Scott Lamacchia, a regional sales manager, lied to us as well. At a certain point, we deferred the warranty because of their corruption and ineptitude. We had multiple roofers and inspectors on site after that, and their disgust was nearly as bad as ours. They even failed the county inspection, and that’s damn near impossible to do. It’s one of many pieces of evidence of how terrible they are. Do yourself and your family a favor: Stay away from Hansons. Hire a local, reputable company. Hansons cannot be trusted under any circumstance.
