Hanson installed six windows and has had to come back over 10 times to fix or replace at least three of them. The initial installers left a huge mess they were very rude. To correct the initial issue, they sent the exact same installers who again left a mess and still had issues with the windows/screens/installation.
The issues were: windows sashes falling to the side, locks not working at all or working in a way that pushed the window sashes out, and very loud and hard to move sashes, also some of the screens are very loose. Each time they've come out, which again is over 10 times, we've had to take time off work which has caused a lot of stress for both of us and money and time. We still have at least two windows that are not working properly, and one doesn't even close correctly. We fear that rain will come in or snow when winter starts. We would ask that they fix this once and for all and we would like a discount for the upcoming payment for the time and the money and resources it's taken to accommodate them for what should have been put in correctly the first time. This has been a horrible experience there are many complaints about Hanson's and now I see why.
Window installation Oct 2023. It's now Sept 30,2024 ONE year later and still dealing the the issues!
Desired outcome: Repair of all faulty windows, locks and screens. Discount on upcoming final bill for the loss on our end. That's the least they can do and for what the charge, I'm sure can afford that.
