On March 20th, I topped up my money on the 1xbet.com platform for sports betting. As of March 22, I have won a total of 4000USDT on 1xbet. When I applied for the withdrawal, they asked me to upload my personal ID card, which I did as they asked. On March 25, I was asked to upload a utility receipt for my address, which I did. On March 28, I was asked to upload my driver's license photo, which I did. To this day, they still won't let me withdraw my money. That I had seriously violated their rules, and now that my account has been closed by them, I have no way to access my account. I was hoping you could help me. thank you

I have two deposits which did not reflect onto my gaming account. One deposit was on April 4, 2023 at 7:02 Pm and other one on April 6,2023 at 3:05 Pm.
