I've been using 1xbet a year now never had a problem, some days ago they blocked my account cab't access to many betting matchs and can't withdraw any money but of course for deposit wirks perfectly, i've told to contact the security team but it's like talking to a robot all files sent were rejected and if it's not rejected they keep sending the same mail that they need files and can't even specify what kind if files if those sent before aren't accepted, this is really humiliating and not acceptable for a platform like that. Deposit not credited to my account
Up On the 17th of December I made a deposit via a bank transfer and as I’m writing this I still haven’t received my money. The worst part is their customer service. After countless emails with proof of transfer and everything and live chat attempts, all you get is silence or some generic response. I did contact my bank and they confirmed that 1xBet did receive my money, also my very first deposit was credited to my account almost instantly which leads me to think that 1xBet is deliberately keeping my money. If this isn’t the behavior of a fraudulent company I don’t know what is.
Ps: I lost several betting opportunities because of this, and now all I want is to get my money back so I can delete mu account. Worst experience with a “business” ever!
