I am using this account more than 5months. past 5 months I losed huge amounts that time they never blocked my account. now I am winning some small amount and gave widthraw request they blocked my gaming account immediately although I am playing genuinely. Today I gave widthraw request they declined my widthraw request and mentioned share documents to security department, as they requested I shared the details accordingly. Then, this 1xbet security department asked me to send photos of both sides of my national identity card, which was done, then they asked me lots of questions, I answered correctly. they confirmed to me that my request will be processed. So I waited. After a few minutes, I received the email telling me that my account will be blocked. Suddenly, I try to connect to my 1xbet account, no more access. 1xbet is really a scam business. Despite sending the national identity card to the 1xbet security department, my account has always been blocked. I am still waiting for my game account to be unlocked because this account has + 8308rs.
Please kindly help me. it's my hard work and spended more time in this. please Look into this matter and solve it soon.

What amount are you talking about? I have not received anything so far while before the blocking of my account, I was at 8308.05rs present on the said account. 1xbet please reimburse my 8308.05rs. You have no right to block an account without refunding the money in the account before it was blocked. 1XBET, This is a real scam. Am another victem of this compny (clone site of 1xbet ..they are the same if they have the same template ) they block account without refunding the money .. this is clearly a scam even if u violate the rule u cant take the money
they let me play and withdraw money for like a mounth but when i win more than 2000$ they asked for verfication .. than find out my brother has an account like how will i know if he had one, they send an email (this is the last one in the thread of contacting their security department ) telling me that I violeted the rules and that account is blocked with a sentence in the end "all request in the topic of blocking your account will be ignored" hahaha so what basically saying :" we are taking your 2000$ and what u gonna do about it huh? ..nothing! haha"
