I have deposited INR 2300 on 2nd Feb and while creating request got error hence couldn't create request for the same.
I have contacted customer service via chat and email for resolution.
Got below response today as stated below:

On 3 Feb I tried creating request but got rejected by the operator for the same payment mode - BHIM PAY.
I have again contacted customer service via email stating below:
Deposit got rejected by the operator.
As I told you earlier that service provider details changed but still you told me to create request.
Now operator has rejected the request.
Kindly reply ASAP.

I deposited 4800 INR 11/03/2022 at 9:34 am through upi fast but after 10hrs I haven't received the amount into my Gaming account. When I contacted them they told it can take upto 14days. My account balance has been debited but 1xbet saying its processesing. I have a doubt to being fraud. Can you suggest me what should do now?

On 27 May I tried creating request but got rejected by the operator for the same payment mode - Paytm upi.
