free sample scam
I have also been charged for things I did not consent to purchase for three months straight and am going to claims resolution through visa though they say it will complicate things to just cancel my card. They have charged my over 250.00$ for each month that has not been authorized. Visa needs to be able to put a block on these people and the purchases should not go through automatically.
face cream/eye cream
I so foolishly bought the sample product from them which they claimed to have sent me. I declined all the other pop -ups as well. I never received the sample products. The next month I was charged for products not received which was the face moisturizer and the eye cream they said I signed up for. I called this company 2 time to have these items cancelled and my money back on my credit card. To date my card has been charged again which now is in the hands of the authorities. Shame on you..If your product works that well you shouldn't have to scam people into buying it. Stay away from these offers that say just pay the shipping. You only have 14 days which you never get the product in 14 days this in the fine print which doesn't show up anywhere on their site. Clearly states my ###!Your scam artists the call center is a scam.. don't order this. My lawyer has since taken up my case and is going to get my money back. free sample has now resulted in three fraudulent charges
I foolishly signed up for a free sample and was very careful to decline all offers that popped up as I went through the process. I have now been charged three times but just captured it on my credit card. $400 to date.

Do not do any business with this organization
Fraudulent company in every way! I'm disgusted by these business practices. There was no email to verify terms and conditions after the purchase or contact information provided with the shipment. I was only able to contact them from the number on my credit card bill. I did finally reach the company by calling the number on my credit card and after several tries to get through, finally reached someone who told me that I was obliged to call within 15 days to cancel the account to avoid added charges. She was not able to explain what the added charges were for since I have not received anything else but claimed she was cancelling the account. I asked for a refund but they refused to refund me (I have received no new products in addition to the free trial so what they were charging for is still unclear). Not trusting that she was in fact cancelling the account, I cancelled my credit card and opened an investigation with my credit card company to dispute the charges. The second charge was from a different company name so if I accept the logic provided by my credit card company, that being, "you authorized the charge", I should not have to pay for the second charge from a different company name as I only authorized a charge from the first charge. 60-90 days given for the "investigation" but not holding my breath. Buyer beware!
abella mayfair free trial sample
Warning! Do not order from abella mayfair! They are a scam! They should have their merchant number revoked! Master card and all other credit card companies should step up and cancel this companies credit charging privileges. Ethically, they should act on an obligation to protect the card holder customers from fraudulent marketing scams like abella mayfair. The ordering site asks customers repeatedly if they want to sign up for automatic billing and shipping of future orders and even if you say, no, no, no, no, no, no, you will still be charged the full price of the product sample plus the shipping.in my case this was $136.90 plus $6.00 shipping (Cdn) after only a 30 day trail period. If you already requested the trail sample, it's not to late: call [protected] or [protected] immediately and get a "cancellation notice (#) number" asap. Then call your credit cards fraud services department and give them your cancellation notice #. That is the only way to stop them from automatically charging your credit card. They refused to credit me for the unauthorized charge to my credit card and have probably done the same think to thousands of customers.

The recent charges on the credit card # ...5291 are incorrect. This was a trial and there should not be any charges. These charges are not authorized. Please reimburse all these charges. I do not want to take this to a higher level but if reimbursement is not received then we will be forced to.
Charges have been appearing on the credit card. I recently had surgery and had not noticed these charges including Mar. 4, 2017

This is another one of those scams that they lure you in with a" free trial "stating nowhere that one can see that this is a subscription, that it is a free trial and I did not receive my product until way after the 14 day trail period was expired, I cancelled my subscription immediately and now they will not refund any monies, even after I sent all the product back to them, note, read all the fine print, if it sounds to good to be true then you are right it is not. Very disappointed in companies like this, just money grabbers. Have sent numerous emails and all they can come up with is $70, and I have no product to show for it as they said I should have kept it according to their policies. What kind of company does this kind of secret scam, sadly, way too many, I did not even use the product, returned it in unopened packages. Watch out for this com

free trial
Hello to everyone. My heart goes out to you if you, like myself have fallen prey to the free Trial offer of a sample of skin care and then discovered in shock that you have been charged not only for $ 5.95 of shipping and handling, but signed up for a out receivership. Same thing has happened to me at a time in my life when I was feeling really low emotionally and still recovering from surgery, so not 100 % up to par and had not had an income in 3 years. Ordered this sample to maybe find something to feel a bit better and then found myself with credit card charges nearing $ 500.00 Can. Dollars. Someone on this board described how they complained to the Better Business Bureau, that is exactly what I did. I just would not back down. The Company told me, that I did not read their Terms and Conditions and that I had two weeks to change the auto receivership and get product sent to me every few weeks. I phoned the police, complaint to the Fraud Reporting and the Better Business Bureau and I told them that I had complained with the RCMP.. Eventually the Company Abella Mayfair claimed on the Better Business Bureau website that they would make an exception and refund me in full. Please do not just let these scammers get away with this. I stayed adamant and said, that the only thing I signed up for was the free Trial and agreed to pay for shipping and receiving. Please don't let them get away with it.
abella mayfair healthy serum
I ordered 2 samples in January and was only supposed to only pay shipping and product was supposed to be free. On Feb 3rd my credit card was charged $133.89 which is $99.95 U.S. I did not receive any additional products. I did not notice the charge until March because I was away. I complained to the company, they told me they would only credit a courtesy $50 because I did not cancel my "account". They claim the $99.95 is for the samples as I did not receive any goods, which I told them is outrageous. After calling my credit card company they told me that they could not credit the charges. During this conversation I was told another charge had gone through in March for again $99.95 US$. I called the company back and demanded they reverse that charge and that I would be refusing/returning any shipments and to cancel my account. However I don't have any faith that this will be done because I am reading on this forum that charges continue every month. I have threatened a class action suit. This company practices misleading advertising and unscrupulous business practices. The product samples did not perform as promised and were small sizes yet they are claiming that the February payment is for the sample after I told them I have not received any products. I'm amazed that my credit card company will not credit these charges as I have not received any product. I would like to hear from other people who are experiencing this issue. I would send the company emails and contact Consumer protection Canada as well as the Better Business Bureau. The address and phone number is provided above. If we make our voices heard we will be successful. If they do not credit us we should post these complaints either to their Facebook page or our own Facebook pages and send them a copy so they cannot erase our posts. This is unacceptable and consumers should not allow this.
stop charging for something I don't want
I didn't ask for this product to come to me and the credit card charges
the product is a scam I was so mortified at what it did to my eyes and face you ppl have heard the last of this from a lot of us from what I have been reading

charging my credit card without my authorization - buyer beware
My 12 year old daughter bought a gift using my card on my phone just after Christmas this year and now I have Abella Mayfair charging my credit card. They claim to have delivered extra product and nothing was received other than the original order. Their order process on the mobile phone browsers is deceptive and they should be forced to take their site down. If they want to enforce negative optioning tactics they should be forced to verify everything by phone. I am demanding them to issue a credit for their products.
day and night cream
Scam. Contact information is in Canada and they charge USD.
Rest of my story is same as rest of customers.
I spoke to C.C Company and they cannot do anything even though it is totally fraud. Taking our hard earned money and the paperwork they sent to the Bank is calling me thief. Guess who is thief here.
Why no one taking an action on Complaints lime this?
These companies are making millions through fraudulent charges.
taking money from my credit card without my authorization.

skin balance advanced anti-wrinkle cream
I February I ordered the free trial of the above mentioned product for which i will pay a shipping cost of $3.95, no where on your web site was there anything about a mandatory 14 day trial, I never received any notification about future automatic shipments, it is less than 14 days since I received the free trial, to-day I received one of your products and checking my bank account I noticed that I was billed for $197.70, if this is a monthly delivery I will like to cancel this transaction and returned this skin balance cream that i just received and be reimbursed the sum of $197.70

They are scamming us all. If you want to get your money back tell them you are going to the police don’t settle for a partial refund tell them you want all of your money back. They have no choice but to give you your money back.
Emanuel St Martin & Cathy Emms: I have just been charged the C$191.40 for this "free sample". I had also ordered a "free sample" of another product and got charged C$183.03. One was SkinBalance Advanced Anti-Wrinkle Cream and the other was Advanced Skin Anti-Wrinkle Serum. I honestly thought I was ordering "free samples". After getting charged these ridiculous prices, I called the company and was told that they were not "free" samples and that after the 14-day trial period, I have to pay for them! I don't remember reading or accepting the terms & conditions, but I guess I must have in order to complete the order for "free samples". Boy was I stupid! There is no way I can get out of these charges now! The bottles are still sealed - I haven't even tried them. I now have a lot of "anti-wrinkle" stuff I don't need. If anyone has been able to get a refund, please, please let me know.
This is a scam. You are charged a small fee to have a " free sample" shipped to you, then you start to receive " automatic shipments" and the charge for the cream $197.90. Cannot even send it back as there is no return address on the box. Do not get a free sample from this company!

abella mayfair skin products
I have been caught in this scam after responding to an offer for a free sample of Abella Mayfair Rapid Wrinkle Control. I don't have the exact date of order, but it was likely late January. I received a 15mL sample and a 30mL sample of Maximum Moisture 24 Hour Day & Night Cream in the mail about a week later. I then received a second 15mL sample of the Wrinkle Control. Charges appeared on my Feb. Visa Statement as follows:
Feb06: HEALTHYSKIN7025773431 $134.72
Foreign Currency: 99.95 USD Rate: 1.347873
Feb08: HEALTHLOTION7029604345 $121.14
Foreign Currency: 89.95 USD Rate: 1.346748
After checking my March Visa transactions online, similar charges show up:

free trial scam
When ordering the free trial you will notice the site goes to extensive efforts to assure you that you are just signing up for the free trial. They provide several offers to purchase other products/offers. After selecting "no" to everything but the free trial, the following month I was still charged two charges of 120.50 CAN and 133.90 CAN. When you call them up to call them out on their unethical behaviour they claim its in the fine print...you are signing up for a monthly subscription. What's the point in the TRIAL if you're already signed up? The point is there is no fine print, its all BS. When you say you want your money back they say the best they can do is cancel your subscription so you are no longer charged. When you tell them that you want your money back again, they offer you $50 back and say thats the best they can do. They steal your money. A supervisor will not be available "because their are only 2 supervisors and they are busy". The email to contact is [protected]@abellamayfair.com. Good luck!

abella mayfair wrinkle remover and serum
I ordered your trial on December 04, 2016. I called in and cancelled shortly after, along with my account number and my cancellation request. I received a tiny tube in the mail and have been billed over $700.00 . I spoke to your agent and he assumed me that they would be refunding me my full amount of money deducted from my Credit Card, but till now I am unable to resolved this problem. When I call now the phone just hangs up can't get through to them.
abella moisturizer and 90 second wrinkle removal
I learned from this unethical marketing strategy that a trial means you have signed up for a mandatory subscription. They claim that I did not read the fine print but it appears that numerous other customers have had the same unconsenting charges. A ethical company would change their advertising so that they would not continue to mislead their customers. This company profits on unconsenting charges not by customer loyalty.
There was no fine print in the online ad because I scrutinized it very carefully and there was nothing in the package with the "free sample" to indicate that there was any kind of a commitment! They refused to refund my money but did cancel my "subscription". There is a FB page about this scam that talks about a class action law suit. My Credit Card bank, Tangerine, was not at all helpful though I know some banks are. They did, however, provide me with the name of the company and the phone number which is a Victoria, BC, area code despite the company location supposed to be in Ontario.
I got my free sample but I got a bill on my credit card for more whatcha I didn't sign up for a free Salem mean A Free sample not signing up for more to come I'm hopping they will cancel this
unauthorized credit card charges and unethical behaviour
I ordered your trial on Jan 14, 2017. I cancelled shortly after and returned everything in the original box along with my account number and my cancellation request. I now receive some in the mail and have been billed nearly $400 . I spoke to your office and they gave me a bunch of crap. I had called prior to returning it and left a message that it was being returned. today i received more of your product and checked my bank balance to find u have charged me nearly $400 for product that i returned. i expect that you scam this way the product was returned you must have a record of that i expect my money refunded asap i have contacted the post office for the tracking number i would like to return the product that you sent me today for a refund also. please notify me that i will be able to do that and yes I will make sure i have the tracking number this time. i expect a reply immediately. This is a scam. I will be notifying everyone on social media unless I receive a full refund immediately.
