Abella Mayfair products being returned/ payments not.

I ordered a free sample, agreeing to pay the postage, they have been sending me monthly products since, I am currently returning them but they are still charging my credit card for the products. I have returned 3 different shipments but they are not returning the products.

The only one i kept was the initial sample that was sent to me. I am owed money for the payments of the returned items.

Abella Mayfair free trial samples of skincare products

Surfing the Internet 30/10/17 I came across this advertisement for Abella Mayfair for a free trial sample of Rapid Wrinkle control cream only paying for shipping at $3.95 Decided to give it a try and put it in nay shopping cart, I proceeded to the checkout, but before I could finish the transaction I had to go through a dozen pages of similar products on offer, I did buy a second product as a free trial only paying for shipping $4.95. I was charged two separate charges for shipping as well as a two separate card transactions fee's. The products turned up on the 16/11/17 a full 17 days after purchase. By the 13/11/17 Abella Mayfair had already charged me the full price of the first product. I rang them the next day 17/11/17 after the products arrived and cancelled my so called subscription. How can you trial the sample within the 14 day free trial if you don't get the product until day 14. The very next day 18/11/17 Abella Mayfair charged me the full price for the second product. So all in all this FREE trial cost me $300.62. THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL AND DECEPTIVE IN ITS BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Abella Mayfair beauty products

I ordered two free samples( cost me shipping) and two other products at a discounted price. I then saw that this company was scamming people and instantly cancelled my orders. They had instantly debited the payments from my account. I sent an email informing them that I was cancelling my order and that considering my order could not have yet been filled or shipped (it was 4.30am in Canada) I expected a full refund to be made within 3-4 working days. They sent me an email stating my order had been fully cancelled and I would receive a full refund within 2-4 working days. Well that was in the 7th November and despite sending another five emails the money has not been refunded. Tonight I gave sent another 2 emails stating that due to their less than honourable business practices I would be starting litigation. I then received an email stating they had already made the refund and to contact my credit card provider. Thing is I paid via debit card and have checked my account every day. ( no refund to he seen). I then sent another email about half an hour ago telling them that and that I had found through research that there is a scam alert about them and many people in my position due to their business practices. I told them that I would be reporting them to the better business bureau and starting litigation against them as of today.
I have always been a very alert person when it comes to potentially being scammed. I am more than peeved off that this has been going on for so long and with so many victims. Why has this company not been charged with defrauding people and legally held accountable?

Abella Mayfair "final skin" another abella mayfair product (?)

My wife signed up for her free sample, about the middle of September, 2017. Then was called to Spain for a family illness.

While she was away, her "free sample" arrived. I returned the package unopened. Then the VISA bill came...$185. for a returned free sample.

My wife is still in Spain with her family, and I am trying to get our money back from "Final Skin" (evidently the company name keeps changing, but the procedure remains the same).

Visa advised me to call "Final Skin" and ask for a money return on my visa. After been hung up on three times, I finally got ahold of a supervisor
"Jason" who in less than a minute insulted me to the point I nearly exploded.

Basically he said I had no legal recourse in this matter, and I was out of luck.

I sure prey there is a way to get justice here. I have since heard many have been stung in this deception. These people prey upon those who trust.

Abella Mayfair nouvelle beaute instant wrinkle remover

I placed an order for a sample size of the above (Order #1700635 Ref. No. 5376121) and paid for it. Two weeks later, I received a charge on my credit card of $128.28 Cdn. Funds ($99.95 US Funds converted). I did not receive and information with the shipment stating that I had to return it if it didn't work in so many days or that I would be charged in full for the product if I didn't return it.

I have alerted my credit card company of this fraudulent behaviour on the part of Abella Mayfair company and am now requesting that the full amount charged to my card be refunded in full.

Apparently, I am not the only one being charged in this way and there is a scam report been filed to this extent.

I am an old age pensioner on a limited income and really would appreciate this $128.28 being credited back to my credit card.

Abella Mayfair unauthorized credit card charges

I ordered my free sample on line and had to provide my credit card to cover the shipping. 3 weeks later my card is billed $128.73 and when I called to cancel my card they told me another charge had went thru for $103.00. I cancelled my card and I emailed the customer service number . after some back and forth emails, they agreed to credit me $70.00 but it had to go back on the same credit card. I had just cancelled it that was impossible. This is a pure rip off. email James Frederick Gan at [protected]@hydroluxebeauty.com .. He the "client manager" I've been dealing with.

Abella Mayfair smooth looking face cream.

Offered free sample. Since been charging me $ 84.91. I never asked for a supply after free sample. Please stop them from ripping me off. I have made calls asking then now demanding stop sending me this product and refund monies you had no right to take. This has happened several times. my name is Laura Lowery.[protected] call me. but get this resolved.

I am getting this one product I don't want. Stop sending it. Refund my money to my credit card. I have called and asked/ then call demanded stop sending stop charging I am fen livid return my money to my credit card. $ 84 plus every-time sent I never asked for you scam pl. bus free sample garbage. Abella Mayfair unauthorized credit card charges - unethical company

One of the most insidious and fraudulent scam operators of late. Everybody that got scammed, please contact your local rcmp as well as better business bureau and report these scam artists - this outfit needs to be stopped from defrauding thousands of shoppers every day! They are an utter disgrace!
They steal your money under the pretense of an agreement one needs a large magnifying glass to be able to read - it at all it can be found, that is!

I also got scammed by this company... they fraudulently used the image of arlene dickinson, as I learned too late from her website. they also fraudulently said she was investing in them. their facebook ad was a small form to fill out, without terms on it. I am a single mother of 3 children and would never spend approx. 300. per month on face cream. I did not authorize them to make these charges. I have notified facebook of their scam, I have notified the better business bureau, I have notified the rcmp. and notified the credit card company to this scam. do not get scammed by this company.

Abella Mayfair scamming practice of advertisement

I should have known better than to order this product that was advertised as free samples, cost of shipping only. First off, the product is a scam...it doesn't work which again, it shouldn't surprise me. Then to find they have gone and charged my credit card with the cost ( 139.95 for Naturalskinnow and 126.05 for Bioeyesserum). I realized what had happened but before I could do anything about it, I get another charge for the next months shipment, which I did not authorize. This is a warning to all of you. Never never get sucked into these so called feee samples! I have contacted Abelle Mayfair and have cancelled any further shipments and will be returning the June shipment. Make sure when you return it that you have a tracking number. They will not credit your account automatically upon receiving the returned item. This is also how they steal your money. You have to phone them with the tracking number. I now will wait for the shipment, return it and see if I get the refund. BE WARNED!

Abella Mayfair advance skin and skin balance

Believing in Arlene Dickinson's signature in these products, I went and asked for the free trial. To my surprise when I was checking my credit card I noticed some charges. I found out that these were the price for the products that I received and I only have 14 days to try them. The prices are redicuoles and over inflated for products that are not better that the ones you find a regular drugstore and only cost between $14 to $50.

I try to get reimbursed and I only was able to cancel the order, so no more products can be shipped in the future. In the meantime the Company is making millions and millions of dollars. I guess this is the way Ms Dickinson has made her fortune. Although Ms Dickinson is claiming that she is not connected in any way to this company.

I'm not only disappointed, angry but feel scam by this company.

This is the first time in my life that I complaint about a product because I don't want more people to be scam. I don't know the name of the company or where is located. I only found complains similar to mine through Abella Mayfair.

Abella Mayfair product didn't deliver, skin reaction, and I did not agree to the order and charges

As per everyone else, I agreed to a sample trial and later noticed charges on my credit card for product I did not authorize or order. This is fraudulent. I have about $250 I would like some or all of my money back. The product isn't good, my face broke out in a rash, plus it only makes your skin feel tight and uncomfortable. Please refund some or all of my money.

Abella Mayfair skin balance

I went purchased this product through Arlene Dickenson Web site I trusted and respected her so I thought I would try this product. I Paid the shipping but was then charged an additional 200.89 I did not authorize any kind of additional product and I do not have this kind of money to loose. I live from cheque to cheque so 200 dollars is an extreme amount of money to me. I have put in complaints and they say they will not give my money back I am so mad and sick to My somach how I am going to make up this money.

Abella Mayfair misleading advertising of "free trials" and extra unwanted samples

As many other unsuspecting "buyers" have claimed, I saw an advertisement one night as I was surfing the internet for a free sample of an miracle anti-wrinkle cream. I must have been quite tired because I don't really have many wrinkles (Yet) and don't really need treatment for them. However, I was curious and agreed to order the sample thinking that there was nothing to lose. Nowhere on the order pages did it mention that this would lead to a product subscription. I did not even see a link to their fine print agreement prior to ordering. To make matters worse, they sent me a second product which I did not intend to order, and also charged me $100 per jar they sent me. All in all, I lost about $800. I didn't notice the charges because they were coming from a credit card that I rarely use and which is directly linked to my bank account. I assumed they must have made a mistake in sending me extra product. I am very upset - I realize I should have read the fine print and found the charges much sooner, however as an unhappy customer with several bottles of unopened product, I should be able to return the excess products for a refund. These are criminals operating under very misleading pretenses. I phoned the company and was guided through a scripted conversation. Obviously, they get these phone calls all the time.in the end I was able to recover $130 between the two products and they asked me not to send back the product.

Abella Mayfair maximum moisture 24 hour day and night cream and 90 second rapid wrinkle cream

I have returned every product that you have sent since the trial set. I am allergic to the products and have asked that you take me off the list and not send anymore and yet today I received two more. They will be in the next mail and I would appreciate my account reimbursed, see attached sheet.

billed to my mastercard

May 3 billed - webskincarenow.com [protected] nv [protected] in the amount of 140.73 which i did not order & have not received & will refuse if it come.

This is very distressing to an 88 yr. old widow.

I will have to cancel my credit card & start all over again...very bad business people to run scams like this & get away with it!

Abella Mayfair free sample

Warning, these people never stop their scam and they will not make any reimbursements to credit cards even if a product was not received I was lucky to get them stopped from sending more. They had no authorization to use my Master Card and bill in my wife's name. They still will not refund illegally charged amounts of 137.72 and 137.02. Master Card is investigating but they lie to the card companies, they have no evidence of any order being entered but they still claim a person ordered. Good luck, and what is needed is a class action against this company, I would consider joining any action.

The photo shows the free sample and exactly the same product will be shipped from a Toronto warehouse on a regular basis if one is unable to get it stopped. My card was billed for 137.72 then a couple weeks later the same process and my card billed 137.02 but I was traveling and unable to discover this until January 2017. The products were returned by our CONDO manager as instructed since we do not receive any parcels while on winter vacation travels. They will not refund for returned merchandise either quoting some other unknown agreement.

Abella Mayfair moisturizer, wrinkle control cream

It was a trial sample that I said 'yes' through a year end Christmas promotion (attached to a news article featuring Angelina Jolie). It said all I need to pay was a shipping fee that is about $10 USD. Happily, I received in a bundle both a Moisturizer and a Wrinkle Control Cream before Christmas.
It caught me off guard when I realized I was charged full prize on my credit card bill in Jan 2017 a total of $250 CAD. And the Feb bill showed a charge of $121.25 CAD for a 3rd piece (moisturizer) received in January. Thanks to their customer service they arranged for a 50% refund, and then paid the balance 50% upon receipt of the returned goods provided they're fully intact.
The goods (3-piece items) were sent back on Mar 29, and the refund was completed for all except the 3rd piece. I sent reminders and waited until May 3. I wanted to call the hotline but decided to do it the next day. I did a google search to check out details about the company. I realize I'm not alone. There are other similar victims as well. I wonder if the Laws (consumer protection) of Canada can do something about it. Thank you.

Abella Mayfair abella maximum moisturizer one ounce and abella healthy gel

I ordered the trial sample... Paid the postage...in january/17, never saw anything about the 14 day or you pay the full price and are on the regular shipment thing.

Used the trial product, liked it and was considering buying it, but then realized I already had one cream come in the mail... Was charged $134.22 on february 7/17 and then a charge of $121.55 on feb 8/11... I was out of town when this happened so by the time I realized I was already on the customer list. Luckily I was checking my banking info.

I called immediately and had my name removed and asked to have the order stopped. This was done but I never did receive the second product, the gel, the price of which was taken off my credit card automatically - the $121.55.

Big illegal scan. Would never ever ever buy again, based solely on the criminal way the orders are handled.

Abella Mayfair wrinkle control and 24 hr cream

Please cancel all future shipments of this product.
I have not authorized any purchases. I ordered a sample which was received and since then, have received 2 shipments and excessive charges on my VISA. This is poor business practice, and frankly the product is not what I expected, or is cracked up to be. The wrinkle control makes your face feel stiff and uncomfortable - it doesn't get rid of wrinkles. Plus you need to reapply later in the day for best results, but again, skin feels crappy.
I will pay nothing further after today's date of April 12.
