Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

Ordered the AcaiX3 product on a FREE trial basis in April and never received it. When I did not receive the product I did not think it neccessary to cancel nor was it possible to return what I never received. My CC was not charged until June 29, 2009 in the amount of $88.55. If there policy is that you have 30 days to cancel or you will be charged than not charging me until June (two months later) is clearly out of their policy and rather shady. I have cancled my credit card so that no further charges can be applied and will dispute the charges with my cc company. The Websit for this company is www.acaix3.com - be very carful if you choose to order this product.

I ordered one bottle of this and several more types of things started coming each month along with acai berry. I have called but they ask for my credit card number to be entered and since this is a scam I don't want to do this. the hold time is about 20 minutes and I have been cut off a number of times.

today they said that i can return one bottle of acai and that they had not heard of the other company that is sending natra pure and power flush. i have a pile of bottles I want to return...

I had the same experience with the colon cleanser company. It is faulty advertising and fraud. They give no 30 day money back it's a 14 day from the day you order money back deal. But what happens if their "computers mess up" and they place the order a week after. When are you to know what day to count 14 day since thier "computers messed up" I got the total charge of almost $90.00. I bet they always have a "computer problem" this way the consumer doesn't know when to start the 14 day count.
WHAT A SCAM!

This on-line scam is one of the worst. When the offer is presented, there are NO restrictions listed. Once your information is secured, you're charged for more of this crap . I called for a refund, even sent the product back, but to no avail. I did receive e-mails saying the fine print detailed refunding procedures. WHen the mial was received was the first time I'd ever seen the TERMS OF AGREEMENT that stated the time limits, etc.

Whatever can be done, I'm willing to do. Let's organize and mobilize against this notorious outfit.

Acai Berry is an online rip-off anyway. The fact that you even gave them your information... They just steal your money for a product that doesn't work.

In the beginning of June I called the [protected] number and cancelled my order. On June 26 I received another order and my credit card was charged. After spening over one hour wait time on the phone I finally spoke with a representative named Dania who insisted that my order was never cancelled. I received a return merchandise order and informed her to no longer send this product. I had to close the credit card used as they keep sending thier product eve though I cancelled last month. At my expense I will return the product. This has caused many hours trying to resolve this issue. Rhonda Black

This racket makes it very difficult to cancel the "subscription." More times than not, one is likely to get a busy signal. Simply, dispute the charges with your card company, payments will be refunded and refused, and AcaiBurn will continue to send the snake oil for 6 months at no charge.

I had purchased the .99 cent deal Acai Berry, and the next day I cancelled. Two days later my credit card was a charge from this company (Acai Berry) unauthorized to pull the money from my account. The phone numbers they give you are not in operation or you wait 20-30 minutes and still nobody answers. I had an online chat with an agent 011 a rep. and I did not get no where with them.
This is so much a scam and I fell for it. I would like to see the BBB step in and close the doors on them. Now I have to go thru a process of getting with my card company and hopefully get money back

I ordered free sample of Acai Berry for $4.95 for shipping and handling! I noticed on my Ck account that 89.95 was withdrawn
without my AUTHORIZATION! When I called they said I was supposed to return the product within 2 weeks, but since it was over 2 weeks they would NOT REIMBURSE MY ACCOUNT!

$89.95 for one 30 day supply of product is ridiculous. This is false advertisement!

I am overdrawn at my bank since I did not expect this UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL!

What can I do to make my account right and get the $89.95 posted to my checking account?

Please advise as soon as possible!

I was charged £75.40 for the supposedly free Acai Berry trial. I contacted them via email and aparently in the terms and conditions, if you don't cancel your subscription within 15days you will get charged the full amount for it. If it's 15day free trial, why send a months supply...I am arguing with Viv3 Labs over email, as from this information, I should've only been charged half for the 15days left that aparently aren't included in the free trial! When I signed up for this, it said 30day free trial, but, conveniently enough, I am unable to locate the website from which I ordered it. If anyone has a link, please add it!

Will somebody please stop Acai Berry. It is all over the place. It is the biggest rip off. There are numerous complaints on this site. (thank God for complaints board) I have not fallen for this but according to this site many people have. If you do not even open their mailings they might stop. I'm sick of seeing them on this site. I have seen them on my laptop but WILL NOT even touch them. Maybe if we ignore them long enough they will go away. Legal actionneeds to be taken. LIKE I SAID I AM FED-UP. Anyone agree?

I did some background checks on the "Barry Folgers Inc." company and it is not registered with the Florida Department of State. The address we have all been given of 314 East Dania Beach Blvd, Suite 117, Dania Beach Florida, [protected] belongs to the Gail Belenger Foundation, Inc. The address given for the refund belongs to BW Marketing Consultants, TopBody Cleanse, FMW Laboratories, and Biolabs Skin Care LLC. The registered agent for Biolabs Skin Care LLC is GROSS, BRADLEY J, 3111 STIRLING ROAD, FORT LAUDERDALE FL 33312 US. The BW Marketing consultants also lists the address of 4961 LEEWARD LANE, FORT LAUDERDALE FL 33312 US, and gives a registered agent of: WEISS, BRIAN, 4961 LEEWARD LANE
FORT LAUDERDALE FL 33312 US. The most important thing I found was a phone number for the BW Marketing Consultants: [protected].

I received the product and charges without placing an order. I am told by the credit card company that this product is tied to another company (Maxcolon) that I did ordered. I called complained, cancelled any further shipments and returned the product per their instructions. I have $183.42 if charges on my credit card statement. I have filed a complaint with my bank. It is impossible to get through to their phone and the email addresses do not work. Now the website is shut down.

My daughter called me and was telling me there was a charge of 83.41 on her debit card, which made her overdraft and indeed up overdraft her account 243.00 dollars..She did not order no free trial or nothing..So i immediately got on the internet to look up acai berry to see what it was and i saw this site...so we found a number and her dad called and he requested to talk to a manager but not for sure.. so when he was talking to so called mananger, he wanted the address and it took them 5 mins to come with a address and when we checked it on the internet and it was a cab company.so my husband ask what country the guy was in and he said he was in the Philippines..so its looking like my daughter will just be out alot of money because somehow this company got her account number and charged her account...i am going to get her to file a report with the bbb and get the bank to trace it...

if you do not know how the seller got your daughters card# dispute it w/your card company as an unrecognized charge, they will give you a credit for the money they took. basically they will give you your money back. If the merchant appeals the chargeback, or the credit as you know it, he will have to validate the charge and send docs on when the charge was made, the person who made it and so on. The card co will send that to you for your review, if you still maintain that you didn't make it, it turns into an unauthorized charge and you'll get a new card#. bottom line; dispute the charge w/your card co. as unrecognized. good luck.

I found two charges from a company called Rainforest Berry on my credit card for $2.00 and $1.95. I didn't even know who this comany was or what they sell. I wouldn't order this crap. I don't believe in diet supplements. I never gave this company my credit card information and they charged me for a product that I didn't even want. I tried calling their number and they put me on hold indefinately. Somebody take this company down. I know I ordered the Instyler a couple of days before this showed up on my transaction. I have a gut feeling that they illegally passed on my credit card info to this company. I called Capital One and all they will do is dispute the charge. Is there no busting this company. What's the purpose of having fraud protection on a credit card if it doesn't work.

I also clicked on the free trial of Acai berry tablets and the life cleanse tablets. how foolish am i now. But woman wouldnt want to have a go at a free trial of weight loss pills. FREE- Not. My bottles have cost me around $500.00 (australian) in under a month. I have just come back from the bank to change my credit card details to stop the mongrel frauds from taking anymore of my hard earned cash. My husband and I work very hard to raise and support our 4 children and there is no way i woould of signed upto to any pills for over 100.00 a bottle. Do not order the trial product! I tried to cancel it the moment I submitted, as soon as they made the T&C available. The CS number was not active and the emails came from gmail accounts, and never from the same person. They charged me $5.95 from Acaiberry and then charged me 79.95 USD under weightsecrets. They sent it to me from Toronto Canada, then they said I had to send the shipment back to China...luckily my bank has been very helpful and they are protecting me fully. After reading all of the complaints, I could see my 20+ emails to various email accounts were going to go nowhere, so to protect myself, I cancelled my card and hope to be rid of them. What a nightmare.

If you read my post 'Re something must be done about this' you might find that what I've written helpful. It's a long post but if you scroll down to the bottom, the information about Unfair Terms in Contracts may be useful to you. I have emailed viv3labs with this and I'm waiting for their reply. Lets hope they're ### themselves now because I'm sure that I may be right My credit card company have sent me a dispute claim form and if I don't get a refund from viv3labs I whave to send a copy of all my correspondence (and shipping receipt) to them to demonstrate the efforts I have made to get my money back. They will then take over the dispute and I feel quite confident that I will eventually be reimbursed.

I am so incensed at this scam that I am going to try and find out how we can get this Company investigated in the UK. Apparently this is already happening in the USA.

When I find out who to contact I will post it on this site and hope that everybody will join in to nail the ###!

Good luck
Christine

PS: I've just realised that I cancelled my account with them 0n 13th day of the trial by email and then again by telephone to their customer services on 14th day...for which I got a name and a cancellation code. So they haven't a leg to stand on and if they refuse to pay me back, I think my credit card company will have to and then they will have to chase viv3labs themselves. Hope it works out one way or the other

Anyone with experience with purchasing the "Trial" for .99 of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse from a company called Barry Folger's Inc., and then getting hit (after 14 days and NO SHIPMENT RECEIVED) with an UNAUTHORIZED charge of $87.13 on your credit card?! Called the company and was given a RMA # that I have to write on each bottle (if I ever receive them) and then turn around and mail back AT MY EXPENSE, and then wait for 5 days AFTER THEY RECEIVE THEM for an email saying that they will now beign to process my refund? Will my credit card company reverse these charges for me and go after them allowing me to NOT have to go through this tedious and probably good for nothing refund policy?
The website they point you to (www.myordersupport.com) doesn't exist as far as I can tell! How can we stop this from happening?

I was charged 87.14 and could have reached through the phone when I was told I would have to wait to receive a product I never got to trail to return it and them get my money back. I am contacting the better busness bureau and doing what ever is in my power to shut this company down!

There has been an unauthorised payment of £82.95 taken from my Barclaycard by these people for 1 pot of Acai Berry. I received originally one for free trial (p&p only charged but HAD to be by credit card).

It appears that neither phone numbers are genuine. the +[protected] got me through to my local hospital who's number is [protected] (Dorset UK) and the UK Toll Free number of [protected] is not in use.

It may be prudent for others to do the same.

We received an $88.00 charge for a $ .99 free trial, I have asked the bank to look into them (Life Berry) and they the have given me a phone # [protected] to try to resolve first. I have been on hold for 20 min with no luck. My bank said they will try to resolve for us but will not credit any monies until all means of resolving have been exhausted.

Well maybe we have an answer. I started writing this complaint when I called and after 30 mins of being on hold I actually spoke to a person. After complaining about how they are handling their free trial she directed me to their web site and the terms and conditions. (www.acaiberrydetox.com) It actually gives you the formula to calculate your free trial period (for shipping only) the free trial is not for the product. If you read it you will find that it will almost always be impossible to get your free trial shipping because they use USPS (no offense to anyone working at the post office I am only referring to the shipping time window Acai berry is using) to ship and their order fill rate is about 5 days after you order is taken, which means that your arrival date will be after the free trial has expired and they will automatically process your credit card on the 15th day.
But, if you are not satisfied with the product you can get a refund (full amount) as long as you get an RA # (return authorization #) and follow the directions completely, supposedly within 30 days.
Wish me luck.
Kevin

send a registered letter and return the products. call your CCR companies, they are very understanding. Let them know what company charge to look for. on mine it was viv3.com.

They will help you as long as you can prove you tried to cancel the product. Hence registered mail.

I am extremely appalled that a "free" bottle of Acai Berry can somehow end up costing more than the shipping only as advertised. I noted a charge was put on my account about two weeks ago and did not authorize the same! Just like Kimmie, they have stolen money from my account to the tune of $166 give or take some change! How can a business be allowed to operate like this? When you call in, you are put on hold endlessly so you are never able to reach a person to cancel and complain! IT IS A SCAM! SOme one should be policing this company!

Cancelled but still being charged monthly, charged twice this month on July 2nd & July 20th of $83.00 & change plus S&H, only received product once & returned it marked "Refused" by postmaster. Have tried calling but put on hold to wait for customer representative, only after 21 to 25 mins. to hear a message of "Thank you for calling" & getting hung up on, have called 4 times so far...this company is nothing but a SCAM! from the word go!

The same thing happened to me. It is complete, total fraud. I tried to call the number they gave me and it has a recording saying to wait until my card is charged and then call the number that is listed on the charge. The number listed on the charge has the same recording. I filed it as fraud with my credit card company and they credited back my account and filed a fraud claim against the company. That would be your best bet.
