Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

Hi

I have just received my account Visa and see that 2 products are charged to me and that I have never ordered them for 79.95 U$ each and never receive these products and I do not want to receive them !
Other amounts are also charged in my next account. APU [protected]
I want that you cancel immediately these illegals retreats of my account and in any more I have never received and do not want to receive these products.
I have phoned this morning to the numéro [protected] for the support to cancel all currents and futures transactions and eliminate my name of your files. I left it my numberphone because it is a telephonique answering machine.
I am very scandalised of your processes and shall not stay there.
I wait in the2 nexts days your confirmation of the cancellation of all the past operations illegally on my account and the unsubscription of my registration on your site on reception of this message.

I just realized today that this same company has been billing me $58.76 every couple months since 2008 and I dont know what to do... I was going to call the company but after reading what you went through I might just contact my bank. I dont know if thats what I should do but I'm a broke college student and cant afford this. Any advice on the subject would be great!

I ordered a trial sample of Acai Berry tablets, for which I paid the post and packing. The parcel arrived while I was on holiday. I had the intention of using them as soon as I got back. Unfortunately, as soon as I read the label, I realised I would not be able to take them, as I had had a stroke. Also, alas, it was over the 15 days allowed for cancellation. I had thoroughly checked out the web and did extensive research before ordering these tablets, but nowhere does it state online that you cannot take these if you have had a stroke. If it had said that, I would not have ordered them in the first place!

I also was a victim of the Acai Berry scam. I lost $95.00 in the act of leagalized thievery. I was charged before I recieved the product for the "free trial " period. I was notify that the shipment would take 2-3 days, it took 14 days to arrive and the trial period started the day my request had been placed.Upon calling the fraudulent company, I was informed that it was my responsibility to have contacted them when my product was not recieved . I should have "read into the details" per non- English speaking Acai Berry scandalous representive . I demanded a refund and was hung up on. I attempted to return the product with no response. No product and no refund! It is amazing that the government does not get involved, I'm sure tax invasion comes into play!

I had the same issue! I originally ordered the Resveratrol Ultra and they talked me in to the Acai Berry and Life Cleanse combo. I ordered on July 20th, they called on the 21st to confirm my order. I didn't get the Acai product until July 31st, the Resveratrol Ultra on August 1st. I called on Augsut 1st to cancel and was left on hold, no rep. picked up. I finally used their website to LiveChat and got an attitude that I had a 14 day free trial. The website said 15 day trial in their fine print. Even if I went with the 14 day period, I was still within the 14 day time frame with a day to spare, but the rep said I placed the order on the 17th of July! What liars!

I am contacting Better Business Bureau Online, the regular Better Business Bureau Online, the Chamber of Commerce in Hollywood, FL where they ship the stuff from, as well as the one in Phoenix AZ, where the order confirmation call origionally came from.

I will post my experience on every complaint website I can find, I will blog about how they rip people off and I will not stop! Everyone needs to do the same. We work too darn hard for our money to have some scheming crooked corporation rip us off! Everyone needs to bombard these BBB and Chambers of Commerce until they launch an investigation and catch these theives.

If your credit card was through a bank, go to the bank and have them reverse the charges. It will take up to ten days but the devious-minded company doesn't deserve to keep your money. Don't just sit back and say you've learned your lesson and move on. Do something so no one else has to suffer too!

As other complaints I am a victim, they charged me $87.13 prior the expiration of the free trial, I also order the colon cleanser and did not receive on time, by the time I received it the trial was over and they charged me full price. Is hard to get someone to answer and the phone, they said they will credit the amount that was 3 weeks ago and nothing had happen. When I called they informed me they had shipped another bottle, I told them how that can be possible when I had cancel and did not want anything else. Something needs to be done it is obvious this is a company that accostumed to fraud and consumers are not been warned and their issues taken care of.

I ordered the $.99 ACAI Berry supplement for the free trial-and a company by the name of Cleanse Gold charged $39.95 to my account, when I had not submitted an order. Please give me feedback as to how to stop the payments and receive my money back. Thank you.

We have just examined our debit card account and found several 2.00 charges to cleansegold. These are not authorized charges and we are pursung refunds, and any legal avenues to stop them from further charges.

i did not give permission of any desription to having my bank debited $142 australian. I payed $8.95 for free trial and have gained 10 pounds in one week of using it. I want to return the product and want my money refuned. I find this to be fraud. I am disgusted, i have no written evidence of any desription in relation to this money being debited. Shona.

I just had four charges come through on my account $92.31, $82.31 (removed shipping), $39.95, and 21.45. I have reversed the charges with the bank but they can still put them through and charge them again. I have tried calling them and cancelling to no avail. Any ideas?

Oh, your story sounds just like my experience. On going experience with no 1 but 2 acai products, AcaiBurn is the other. The local sheriff's is trying to help and of course my bank. Definately changing bank accounts. And with all there debits I ended up with insuffiecent funds so I have charges from that too. I never ordered the free sample in the first place is what's weird. I'm not a member never was, and can't even access their website! I asked on the "live chat" where they got my debit card # and personal information. They ended by saying they are not a scam! Wrong, how about Identity Theift and Credit Card Fraud?!

I was not vigilant checking my bank account in July as I'm on Maternity leave and not using it much. I received the product but it was definitely not made clear about the monthly subscription and cost! of course it wasn't - no one would sign up to it if it was. I was charged in total £280- £140 per month in 4 payments of £70. This is similar to month payments for a car. They definitely know what they're doing.

I've contacted my bank and am starting a dispute. I will also send back the unused and un-ordered products. They say they won't take returns (to ensure the integrity of their product!) but as it is sealed and the seal isn't broken, obviously this is another 'scam'.

IF ANYONE HAS SUCCESSFULLY GOT THEIR MONEY BACK, I'D REALLY LIKE TO KNOW.

It was definitely not made clear about the monthly subscription and cost BECAUSE YOU WERE TO DAMN LAZY TO TAKE 5 MINUTES AND READ THE CONTRACT RIGHT?

You want to successfully get your money back? Don't spend it. Obviously your not responsible enough to enter into a contract with a vendor. Ask your parents to hold your hand next time you intend to buy something with your credit card.

I too was charged $82.31 on my debit account. This was an unauthorized charge. I had great difficulty with my bank in trying to remove the hold on my account in order for this charge not to go through. The bank said they could not remove the hold and the charge would go through unless they were able to speak with someone at cleanse gold to remove it. I was finallly able to reach someone at the acai/cleanse gold office, while being on hold for quite awhile. They did take the charge off and I was able to save my money. You must reach them before the charge goes through!. The number on my refund e-mail was [protected] and the billing e-mail- billing@fwmlabs.com. the e-mail was from;noreply@myordersupport.com. This is a "no reply back" e-mail address. Please be as tenacious as I was and get to them before they get to you!

I had the same thing happen to me. I called my bank and they said the only thing you can do is to cancel the card and get a new card number. That way the charges can't be fraudulently placed on your card anymore because they don't have the correct card number.

What a scam! They offer for free 30 day supply offer had nothing FREE. First of all the order form is very misleading and resulted in one text msg after another (I don't have free texting but had to text back to say STOP IT!) The shipping charge was acceptable but 10 days later there is a charge for $58.76 on my credit card. I did not authorize this and don't want this product (it keeps me from sleeping). Tried to cancel on line which was never happening..no answer..have to get RMA# to return but no one responds. Ended up calling credit card to cancel..dispute charge..and they will issue new card. Agent said there have been numerous complaints on this company. Rachel Ray, how could you do this!?

I was also charged for something I didn't want.
I noticed the charge on 8/10/09 and triedto contact the company using the number in my bank statement . NO LUCK !
Then I remembered a number that the operator gave me for cancellation, I tried it and so far they said charges will stop and a refund upon receipt of merchandise. I hope this helps, the number is below.

This happened to me, too! NONE of the numbers work, even the one the poster just put up an hour and a half ago! Sheesh! I called my bank, canceled my card, filled out a fraud form, etc. They're going to try to get my money back for me...

best of luck, guys. My charge was for 87.13 - but there were two of them.. $174.26.

Sucks :(

I can't understand how and why Cleanse Gold gets away with this. I now have to fill out 2 dispute forms and I'm not paying for something I didn't order. Actually I am sending everything back. The bank put a block on anymore charges from this company
and told me when my statement comes to ignore these charges. Not that they will go away, the charges, but the bank said it will take time. It makes work for everyone, and someone, somewhere, is making illegal money, and having a good laugh!

Got through with this number [protected]. I got charged 87.13. They are saying that by ordering the trial and not canceling in 14 days from the order (not from receiving it) you/we agreed to be fully charged for the trial product. You have to call to cancel- HA! Good luck getting through. Now I'm on indefinite hold- uggh!

I unfortunately order Acai Nutraburst & Colon Cleanse 3000 "trials" as well and got nailed by them as well- luckily my bank was low that day so those two only got me for an additional 39.95. At colon cleanse, i was put on hold for an hour and 15 minutes and they never came back!

Love to hear if anyone got their money back.

BTW- I just checked- the "on hold" music is the same at Colon Cleanse, Acai Nutraburst & Acai Berry Detox. Literally, the same beats & music at the same time. Anyone find out the parent company? I suggest we all make complaints to BBB and The Consumer at the very least. Anyone know a lawyer, I'm ready for a class action!

If you receive the product, I suggest you return it right away to senders, do not trust that kind of crap sold by scammers. It is useless to return it to address provided by them (China) and pay for postal service, because they will not refund you anyway. You'll have to contest charges with your bank and tell them you are victim of a fraud.

In order to unsubscribe from Acai Burn, go on the web site where the product has been ordered; clic on "contact us" or "customer service" at the very bottom of the page, and tell them you want to cancel your subscription. Enter your name, address, order #, telephone #. They will give you weird answers, but you should always respond back to them. Each time they respond to you, take note of e-mail address, and respond back, using all addresses noted. If they do not answer, re-send e-mail to each address. Do that until they finally stop sending you their crap and keep copy of everything you can.

Janiestar,

First of all, I suggest you ask for new bank card #, because they may sell your number to other related businesses. If you receive the product, return it right away to senders, do not trust that kind of crap sold by scammers. It is useless to return it to address provided by them (China) and pay for postal service, because they will not refund you anyway. You'll have to contest charges with your bank and tell them you are victim of a fraud.

How can you take that kind of crap without any fear ? Do you know that this stuff is sold by scammers and made in China or India or somewhere like that ?

zoloftn151

Looks like you're working with those guys admit it...
If Office de Protection du Consommateur (OPC), a Quebec government organism, is working on the problem, that is because there is a problem. They found out that Acai Berry products are sold on phone or on the Internet with false representation. First of all, Terms and conditions are not CLEARLY displayed on web sites or given by phone. They do not comply with Quebec laws for lots of reasons. If you people want to do business in Quebec, you'll have to follow the rules.

$165 was taken from my account without authorization for products that i have never heard of. It is called ultra acai berry slim. No offence to anyone out there in need of assistance in loosing weight. I say in fact, "good for you!" for recognizing that sometimes its too hard to do it alone. However, I weigh 105 lbs. and have never contacted this company before. My credit card number was attached to someone else's name. When I tried to access the web sight my computer stated that the sight could not be found. I then found a sight called natrascience just by typing in the words acai berry. I was brought to this complaint board and have noticed that this company has been scamming people out of their money for quite sometime. For those of you who want to try a product to aid in losing weight, please call your doctor before getting caught up in a scam like this. Good luck to you all and BUYER BEWARE!

Wow, thanks everyone for posting all this information. I was SO close to signing up today. I got to the screen where I was going to give my cc information. I decided to look for a coupon code to get an even better price on shipping (I'm cheap) but this site came up. Reading all your testimonials was verification to me that I DO NOT want to take part in this "free" sample. Thanks for getting the word out. It saved me a bunch of time and hassle it sounds like. Good luck to all of you who are trying to get your money back.

They advertise a free trial of this product. The website states that they will charge you $4.95 for shipping and handling. and you have 10 days to cancel this When I checked my bank I saw the upcoming charge for $89.97. I ordered this product on 8-5-09. They charged my account $89.97 on 8/15/09, and I have not received there product as of yet. I am in agreement with numerous others that this is a scam and something needs to be done about this. I tried to call them but they are only operational Mon-Fri. 9am to 6 pm Eastern time. I have e-mailed my bank of these unauthorized charges.
