Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

I TOO HAVE BEEN TAKEN. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. I DID GET THE SECOND CHARGE REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE TRIAL 3.99 AND TWO MORE FOR 87.00. THE SECOND I HAVE BACK. THE COLON MED 700 HOWEVER HAS NOT GIVEN ME BACK MY 88.00. STILL WORKING ON IT. I CLOSED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. THEY SOMEHOW ROUTED THE WITHDRAWL FROM MY PAYPAL TO MY CHECKING. MY PRIMARY FUNDING IS WITH PAYPAL CREDIT CARD NOT MY BANK. BEWARE. THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM. I HAVE ALSO DISPUTED THE CHARGES WITH PAYPAL SINCE THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED WHICH IS WHAT PAYPAL PROTECTS YOU FROM. SO I STILL NEED ABOUT 170.00 BACK. I WILL NOT GIVE IT UP. ALSO YOU SHOULD SHOULD NOTIFY THE BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND CONSUMER COMPLAINTS. I HAVE NOTIFYED MY LOCAL TV STATION AND THEY ARE GOING TO LOOK INTO IT ALSO. GOOD LUCK TO ALL

I am in an auto-order(that I wasn't even ware of)HELL with BOTH the Colon Cleanse & Acai-aSlim Products. This is the BIGGEST rip off I've ever come accrossed & getting it resolved is becoming a REAL nightmare! I trust that you KNOW that MOST consumers DON'T read the small print on these website order venues, not only do you KNOW it, you actually COUNT on it!

Instead of paying all of the customer service(what a JOKE)reps to field all of these complaints, why not just create an HONEST, FORTH- RIGHT website that doesn't trick unsuspecting people into signing up to receive MORE than the "Free Sample" they think they are ordering! I have already disputed these BOGUS charges on my credit card. I will move heaven & earth to see that I'm NOT taken advantage of, and encourage anyone reading this to do the same! If we as consumers take a stand, perhaps these unscropulos companies will think twice before attempting to rip people off.

You should be ashamed of yourselves! Deb

DO NOT ORDER ANY FREE TRAIL - Pay for shipping only product, until you have searched out all complaints boards.

Well, here's another Free Trial scam and it joins a bunch of others.

I earlier posted a complaint for ColonAid700 Colon Aid 700 after they illigally hit my charge card for $88.97 (see my complete posting of the details involved in this scam).

Yesterday, I was horified to see that something else was hitting my credit card. I suspected it was the Acai Berry Supreme AcaiBerry Supreme, because there was a currency exchange fee hitting also.

This product is sent from outside the US, so not only do you get charged for the product, you also have to pay the currency conversion fee. And, these Free Trail sites are all the same in their scam tactics and I suspect many of them are related to each other.

A new twiste and added educational item is that the Acai Berry scamers will hit your account for just the shipping in order to make sure you have not closed your account - after their first illegal charges came through. If, all goes smoothly, then they hit it with the full amount which is usually around $88.62!

Do not bother trying to call these companys. No one answers and my calls kept getting dropped. And, don't waste you time emailing them either. It is a scam. Just call you financial institution and file a dispute to get your money back. They be smarter next time!

Those are two different companes, "Advanced Wellness Research" is a legimate company, with a great CEO, and provide great Products. The company you are referring to with the number [protected] is a similar Acai Berry Company called "Acai Berry Boom". They have changed their name several times, and no do list contact information on their bottle, except for the manufacturing center, which happens to be the same at Advanced Wellness Research.

I got the two confused and the CEO of Advanced Wellness responded kindly and promptly to my emailexplaining that there has been some confusion around the different acai berry brands, and I had mistaken his for the other. After this lengthy (and probably frustating email I initally sent him mistaking him for the other company) he still reponded politely and took time to help me find that actual company that had been ripping me off! Just wanted to clarify. Two very different companies!

I put my information in for a free trial of Acai Berry. The add says that its a free trial you only pay shipping of 5.95. What they don't tell you up front is that it is a 15 day trial and if you don't call and cancel within that time they start charging your bank account monthly. You only find this out after you call and complain. Its at the bottom of the screen under terms and conditions which lets face it nobody reads. Its quite lengthy and at one point it also says you just pay shipping. You get a little further in and then it states that if you like the product after 15 days they will start billing you. I called and complained and they are refunded the 79.95 but because the add has this Terms and Conditions thing on it I can't get the insufficient funds that I now have on my bank account reversed. Its extremely misleading and they never inform you inless you go into the terms and conditions on the page. They don't tell you when you receive the product and they don't tell you in the confirmation e-mail. I will be checking with my bank on monday but think I am now out an extra 29.00 because of a miss leading advertisement.

Well I got my refund! I'm so glad. I have been emailing everyone with a complaint to cancel there card and I still stand by that. But be persistant and call them everyday. I did return trial in time alotted and they took money out of my account but I called them everyday and this morning I checked my bank account and low and behold the refund was there. The # I used is [protected]. I still think that they are deceiving people and should be stopped. So be persisitant and try kindness when talking to them on a daily basis. I never got the email confirming return so you may just need to keep checking your account. GOOD LUCK!

I received the free trial on 1/27/09 and saved mailer that indicated free trial product was sent on 1/21/09 by uspa first class mail. I tried to contact the company through the toll free number provided - [protected] - but received only a steady busy signal. I went on line at the site provicded - www.MyTrialSupport.com within the prescribed time frame to cancel future shipments 1/31/09 but found no area on the website in order to cancel future shipments as was indicated on the mailer.

Now I will have to complain to my credit card provider to cancel further charges from this company.

I was also duped by Acai Berry. I ordered the free trial and was to pay only S & H for $4.95. My bank was then charged $87.13. I contacted a rep at [protected] ( the wait on the phone was long, but I did get to speak with a rep.) and was told I agreed to this charge (hidden) under the terms and conditions . The rep. said my bank would be reimbursed and they would cancel my acct. with them. I also called my bank and cancelled my acct. # and was issued a new one so Acai Berry could not withdraw and more charges.

This is an unscrupulous way of doing business.

I ordered the trial free and then four days later i called and cancelled. The person i talked with said they couldnt cancel my account so i called back later and they said it was cancelled and then a month later they charge me 82. 50 and sent me this product again even though i cancelled my account. Then i call back i was nice at first then after i called back seven times and still no one could seem to help me and they left me on hold for over an hour then had the nerve to hang up on me. So i called back and waited another hour where still no mananger would come to the phone. This company is unprofessional and should be put out of business. I am going to purse this father because they will not get away with this from me. I'm not someone that is going to go away until i get my money back.

I have no other way off contacting them, now the have debited my account of £66.39 pounds. The only thing I can do now is contact my bank and have them cancel my card which is nothing but hassle.
I hope that something can be down to shut down this company as it is nothin but a big scam.

AcaiberryMaxx from Fx supplements is a rep off and scam. You can not cancel your order and no one answers the phones. There is no way to sent an E-mail. They just keep taking money from your credit card account.

I, like the other people on this website, ordered the free trial and paid 1.87 for shipping. I never ordered any more of the product, but was charged 74.87 on my credit card on 10-22-2008. I did not receive anything in the mail and was wondering what this charge was for and was told that it was for an Acai berry shipment. On 10-25-08 I did receive a package, and of course, it was the bottle of Acai berries. I tried to call, but never could get anyone to answer. Finally, I talked to someone who told me to e-mail a request to cancel my orders and I did. I got a confirmation number and I sent the entire package back to where it had come from in Phoenix, Az. I never did receive a credit so I called them and they said it was not received back within the correct authorized return date. I mailed it back prior to 30 days. I have contacted the legal department with all receipts from my mailing and the cancellation #, but still have not heard back, and that has been 3 weeks ago. My credit card co. also told me I would have to handle this myself because when I sent them a complaint they said they could not help me. What a rip-off from both my credit card co and the Acai Berry company. Like they say, nothing is ever free! The chg on my card was from J2 Nutra Products.

I decided to take the free trial of Acai Berry but opted not to buy the product. I have since been charged a prime member fee of £47.97, web access £3.37 and membership £6.76 . I did not authorise these charges and I demand that this company account for its actions ond reimburse me the total amount they have taken. This is a complete con!

Like everyone else, I ordered the "free trial" however when it arrived I wrote cancel on the invoice and immediately returned it. Now they have charged me again $89 and like the rest of you, I have no way to reach anyone. Mine is thru my bank card and reaching my bank takes an act of congress plus an interview with the Pope (Chase bought Wamu and now it's really a mess)! I'm disabled and on a fixed income. Between this company and Directv, they have tied up nearly $500 of my money which is half of my income. I'm so screwed. There has to be something that can be done. Just wish I knew what it was. If anyone figures this out, please notify me at judi6850@yahoo.com I would greatly appreciate. Don't know how I'm going to pay my bills.

I ordered a trial bottle of ACAI Berry for $5.95, received it on December 22, 2008 and thought that was the charge. They charged my Visa card for $78.84 on January 6, 2009. I was out of town the week of January 14th and also the week of January 25th. I called today [protected] spoke to a rude gentleman named Jeffery, when I asked for a supervisor he hung up on me. I then went on mytrialsupport.com with Live Chat on the Internet and was told that if I did not cancel in 15 days the $5.95 was for shipping and the $78.84 was for the first bottle of the product. My Chat # was LTK42 305 393109X when I told her I wanted a credit on my Visa she said no and when I asked for a supervisor, of course there were not any available. She also said the only information was this e-mail address SFLnutrition.com there was no mailing address that she could give me, and insisted that no there was no refunds to be given as it was company policy. I was not told or did it say anywhere on my receipt that I had 15 days to cancel or would be charged for the first bottle.

I ordered the trial size bottle for $3.95, called and cancelled my subscription, they said no problem, called back again to make sure it was cancelled. I noticed on my bank statement that I was being charged $8.51 monthly, then I was charged $29.95. So far they have scammed out of me $46.97, plus the $3.95.
I called the company, they were not helpful at all. They said they would cancel my account so no more charges would go through. They would not help me any more or refund my money.
I learned my lesson ordering things!

I ordered the colon cleanse and the berry on a free trial and paid $3.95 each for shipping and handling. I didn't receive the product and called to ask to be cancelled and the guy - John (right) - told me that he would EXTEND my trial until Jan 31st. I finally received the two bottles of pills and I called on Jan 31st to cancel. My first 5 calls I was on hold 20 minutes each and never got thru to anyone. When I finally did get thru somone processed my cancellation. I was still charged $87.13 on 2-2 and 2-4 and was shipped 2 new bottles. When I called to complain the woman said they don't give extensions on the trial period and they could not refund my money. I asked for a supervisor and was transfered to a voice mail that no one has ever called back from. I will be notifying my bank not to allow any more transactions without my approval for a while also.

trial received. Two weeks later, without asking or hearing from me, another bottle came.I returned it but company had moved.I had to find it in Boca Raton, talked to "Luis" who said my name would be removed and I would not get more.I mailed the package back, each time of course, incurring mailing charges.Even had e mail saying order cancelled. Then credit card bill came with two charges, one for $90.39 and other for$96.46 apparently from a foreign country .I have foreign fees as well in those charges. Telephone numbers for the two charges are NOT the SAME. Both are 888 numbers.

i also fell into this scam. i tried to call #[protected] and #[protected], nothing but dead air. they took out of my account 88.62. i was also charged 3 other times before this, but spoke to live bodies each time they went ahead and took my money out of my account. i guess i was lucky that they put the money back into my account. this issue with 88.62 i'm afraid i will not get my money back. i know one thing on monday morning i'm calling my bank and requesting a new debit card. one of the reasons i purchased acai berry was because this product was approved by Oprah, i wonder if she knows that this company is taking money out of our accounts or charging our credit cards with out our authorization.

This is the 2nd notice for order # 1205557 to be cancelled. I DO NOT want your product! It does not work and it it over charging me. Please do not make me further dispute to my credit card company.

STOP THIS ORDER. I cancelled while my order was still in "TRIAL", which is by the way not free, but a rip off. You cannot get a hold of a Rep via phone and no one seems responds to these email requests, except for all of us who have been dooped. You know, the customer service rep for my credit card company says that 80% of his calls are because of Acai Berry rip offs. Seriously, we are all being scammed!

i order the product today and called the company back to cancel 10 mimutes later and got hung up on. i called my bank and cancelled my card, inwhich they told me, that this fake company would try to draft this card again in about 24 hours, so ha ha to them. so, after that i called back and talkeed to steve and asked for someone in charge, but he said no one was avaliable, so i told him to cancel my order now, so he gave me some fake number to return my product, and i told him how i didn't appreciate being hung up on and he said, that we got disconnected. to end the conversation he told me to just send the product back. hope this helps.

I ordered the trial product and was charged before I received the product. When I called to let them know I never received it, they offered to send me another. A couple of days later I called to check the status and they said it was being shipped. During the same call, I decided to cancel the order. Then the system went down and the rep advised me to email services@advancedwellresearch.com. I did not place the order via email. I then called right back and said I wanted to place an order, coincidently the system was back up...I then said to the rep, I actually want to cancel an existing order. Guess what the system went down again! I ended up calling my bank having this stopped and my fee for the product refunded by the bank.

I too was sucked into this free trial for acai berry, I panicked today after reading all these complaints. and called right away to cancel and was shocked when someone answered the phone. i was told I could not cancel the order until I had the product in hand. I told her I did not want my credit card hit with all the charges. I also mentioned the free trial and was quickly told nothing is free you have to read the terms and conditions. Then I was also told I could call in and get a better price if I asked instead of being charged the 78.81 for the trial bottle. So this is just a big gimmick to suck you in. She also told me everyone justs sees free and clicks. Well I learned a big lesson on this deal. I was also lucky I did not use my bank card and used my regular credit card. I called them, and was told I could not stop any additional charges unless I canceled the card and got a new card issued. Well thats what I did. This was a hard lesson learned. I hope this helps someone else out there. PLEASE READ ALL THE FINE PRINT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I ordered a trial version of a product called "Acai Berry" it was for $5.95 shipping and handeling. Well since then I have been charged $5.95 four times along with other charges of two $.18, $ .15, $2.68 and then $78.81. I called numberouse times to no avail. I finally found thier website and bombarded them with emails. I was reimbursed my $78.81. I then went to my bank (Bank Of America) and was surprised that there have been numberouse people in for the same thing from the same company, I filed a complaint with the fraud department. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office and I'm not done yet. I hate to think of all the people this company is screwing. Promoted all over web that it was on Rachel Ray and the results were amazing. I lost nothing in a week and a half. I had no change in energy or appetite. After reviewing the product with my doctor he informed me it has no weight loss value, all it is is an anti-oxident. When I tried to call to cancel my "free trial" I sat on hold for just short of 2 hours and finally had to hang up. Called back and someone sat on the line but would not say anything no matter how many buttons I pushed in their ear. The third time I was told by Mike he would extend my trial time so I can see the results. I refused and then told I would have to send back the unused portion at my expense. That is NOT what the site said when I requested the item. This has taught me an important lesson. Never order anything for a free trial period ever again.

This company is most definitely a sophisticated scam. When you go out to their website, you are supposedly signup up for a 4 day trial of their Acai Berry. If everyone would bother to read the Terms and Conditions as you say, they will find that as soon as you hit the submit button, you are automatically signing up for their monthly paymemt and you only have 14 days to cancel. Let's see, it takes a day or two to ship, transit time by the USPS, and guess what, more than half your time is gone is gone before you even receive the product. Then, you have way way less than 10 days to finish the trial, before they are charging you $69.95 for the next month's 30 day supply. In the meanwhile, if you happen to catch on to their practice and try to call them, they don't answer the phone.

For everyone's edification, run a BBB report on Cheshunt Overseas LTD and Real Solutions Labs. You will find they both are the same company and have a BBB rating of F. You will also find if you check it out that the P.O. Box in Sparks, Nevada, is a P.O. Box at Mailboxes, etc. They also have a shipping place in Florida, and Real Solutions in Texas and one other place.

Also in their terms and conditions, they state ALL SALES FINAL, and there are no returns for any reason whatsoever.

If you have been victimized by these sneaky devils, dispute the charges with your credit card company as fraudulent. Make sure to return the product anyway. Don't let these people rip you off for $70 for no legitimate reason. There are plenty of other Acai Berry suppliers who charge similar monthly rates, but you can cancel with them if not satisfied and return the product for a refund.

You will also find on further research that Real Solutions Labs is running a website called myhoodiacut.com. They are being sued by Virksen Biotech for trademark infringement of their Hoodiacut. On the natural-acai-berry.com site, it says they are located in St. Kitts and Nevis. This is about as good as all the Nigerian ripoff scams people fall for.

So, Buyer Beware! I wouldn't touch these people with a 10 foot pole. People need to file complaints with their local attorney general's office and department of consumer affairs if you have been taken by them. I suspect their $69.95 for 3o days of pills probably doesn't cost them $10 to make.

Their terms and conditions are deliberatly written to nail you for $69.95 before you even have time to react and cancel regardless if you read them or not. It is true than most people don't take the time to bother to read the terms and conditions and they are getting nailed for it and taken to the cleaners by this company that knows how this works.

I also am trying to get a charge of 87.00 on my credit card credited back. With a 30day free trial you have 15 days from the date you order this product to cancle. Its a 30 trial! I got the product in my mail box 8 days after I ordered it that gives me 7days to try this ACAI BERRY.
I want my money back I dont think 7 days is enough to try any product. I was able to talk to customer service and they say they canceld my agreement for any further shipments but when I asked if they would get a credit me back the $87.00 I could not get an answer. I also sent 3 emails and no reply back ATT. Ill call the bank today and block any further charges from this comp.
I do think by Rachel Ray and Opera did us any favors by backing this Acai Berry I thought I could not go wrong if they indorsed this product but these two women led me into a nest of scams...

I recently sent for a trial supplement for Acai berry recommended by the Rachael Ray. I didn't even get to try the supplement before they charged my credit card for 78.81. I called a customer service number and spoke with someone from India who said they would not refund my money and did not want to cancel an order I did not place. I did not try the supplement because I had broken my arm and was on pain medication. I want my money refunded.

Hello,

I too like all, have been scammed and i did not even order this product. What i ordered was acai burn from a different website that these criminlas hacked into acai burn.com(proven by acaiburn and from my receipt that was tampered with) but you are right, what is the ingredient in these pills. If they can scam people like this relentlessly, why would they care to make a quality product, , scammers with a conscience ? I doubt it.

Received 'free' Pure Acai Berry from Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. I called to have this cancelled and not to send any more products. The number I reached 1800503well-was answered by someone who said they couldn't find my acct. who do I see about this? I will call my bank immediately and refuse it, but my bank is sending us new mastercards due to a scam. So these are supposed to last 30 days, but I hear they are sending a second order out immediately and charging the bank.

i sent off for a free trail of the acia. I paid for the shipping with my credit card. Then I received their product the next month. I then went to the post office and returned it with delivery conformation. I never received a refund so i called my card company. They in return contacted Acai and was told they would not give me credit. Acai apparently knew you can only trace a del. com. for 90 days, so they deliberated stalled for the 90 days. This is not a reputable company. They claimed they did not get the product back. I am still wondering how they knew to not send me their product if they never received it with cancel written on the box.

The same thing happened to me, My bank notified me that there were unusual charges occuring on my account and I checked and they had already charge me twise at $78.84 along with their other product Total Clean which alos had charge me twice, one at $79.00 and $84.00 I immediately cancelled that card and tried calling the number on the bank staement and couldn't get anyone for a while, than finally I got some one and they told me that I could get part of my charges back as soon as the bank reopen my card number so they could credit it. I call the bank and they said that they could refund money to my card without the bank needing to do any thing. The Total Cleanse people claimed that they didn't receive the second charge that they made to the bank, My statement clearly shows that they did.

I haven't received any results from either products, I am convienced that they both are totally scams.

Most of these Acai Berry sites that sell a "free trial, " of their product, do say that you have X amount of days to call and cancel from the date you gave them your card number. Whether you've recieved the product or not, by then, they WILL CHARGE YOU, since they do not show you called to cancel within the X amount of days. These sites/companies pretty much count on people NOT to read the "fine print." They hope you will just keep clicking submit, continue, and OK all the way to the end without reading much more, than those buttons. If you go to a site that says "FREE TRIAL, " and then a page or two later they're asking for a card number, checking acct number, and a routing number, DON'T TYPE A THING... THEY WILL MORE THAN LIKELY CHARGE YOU SOMEWHERE DOWN THE LINE. Read the fine print, print the fine print for your records BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM ANY FORM OF PAYMENT. If you cancel BEFORE the trial period ends, be sure to get a cancel confirmation number, take note of the date, and get the name of the person you spoke to, this will help your financial institution if they will try to dispute your charge. If the merchant has all of their terms posted out there and you the consumer are in too much of a rush to receive your "free trial" of the world's latest/greatest product and you DON'T READ THE FINE PRINT... YOU SHOULD BE CHARGED EVERY PENNY.

I received the bottle of tablets with no literature attached. To my surprize a $80.00 plus charge was on my card in two weeks, from a company named Total Cleanse. I called the phone number given by the bank. I was told by the customer service person that they would only help me if I gave them a credit card number to look up the account. I said no. I asked to look it up by my name. I was told they could not help me without a credit card number and actually hung up on me.
I called back and only got voice mail, so I left message. Four hours later without a return call, I had my husband call and he got the voice mail also, but now saying it was a holiday and they were closed.
My bank straightened it out and reversed the charges, but since my account was comprised, I had to close the account and open a new one. Stay away from free samples.

I ordered a free trial from the company listed above and they charged my credit card $3.95. I called several times to cancel the free trial membership and have been on the phone for thirty or more minutes listening to music each time and then sent to a bogus extension number where a recording states that the extension is not available and to leave a message. The trial size product that I received states that customer service is available 24/7. I have contacted my credit card company to alert them of possible fraud. The company is not answering calls nor responding to e-mails.
