I accept that from now on I should read the “terms & conditions” a lot more closely, but I just couldn’t conceive of a company offering a trial that starts the day you place the order. Well that’s exactly what this fraudulent crook of a company decided to do and I get some third world inept operator taking my call that tried her hardest to up-sell me on another month of a product I didn’t even want one month of.

So I tell her that I received the acai product on Monday it was now Wednesday and I’m wondering why they charged me $89 after 3 days, she replies no it is charged 10 days from the time you place the order, you failed to call us back in time. I exploded! What sense does that make to start my trial of something before I receive it? I didn’t get to TRY it! She say’s oh well since you’ve already paid for it now why don’t you try it for the rest of the month. This crap went on for way too long and finally when I was frustrated to the verge of tears did she give me the cancellation instructions.

Can you believe after the 10 times I said I didn’t want it had I hung up too soon I would have still been in the system to get hit again next month! Scam artists! I am pissed and still out of money. And the cancellation process is so detailed and ridiculous, and they cover their criminal butts by putting this stupid info in the terms they know people rarely read through completely. Uuuggghh!

My story is the same as others - they offered a free sample for shipping charges only, now this other charge has appeared and they will not acknowledge me by email.

I ordered two free bottles of Acai to try. I gave my credit card # for shipment. I was going to try it and see if I liked it. Then, I received in the mail two bottles for $69.90 which was being taken off my credit card. I did not authorize this. I called and they said they auto shipped if I didn't cancel within 21 days. I never saw that warning and hadn't even finished one bottle.

I ordered a free sample paying $2.75 shipping with my VISA. There was no information or box about monthly deliveries. I received a bottle of 60 pills and my VISA was charged $88.96. They are closed on Friday night. I want a full refund to my VISA account.

This company made me a discount of $79.95 to my credit card without a permit, especially not knowing who they are or where they are. This situation caused me many problems, I can not sleep, my husband gave me a beating because of them. All this led me to think about suicide. Help please. Urgently.

I enrolled for the FREE trial of Acaiburn tablets last month. The only payment they said I had to make was for the postage which was £10.06. Then this mohth on the 2/6 they have deducted £38.28 which I didn't give them authorisation to do. I have received nothing else from them so I want the additional deduction they took BACK.

I to have been a mug and ordered a free sample of acai berry detox and life clense
on checking my bank statement today have discovered the have charged me for my free
samples of £75.00 each item and then charged me the same amount again the following
month. I tried to phone the address from where they were sent from and did speak to a
lady who was quite rude and after a lot of fuss gave me 2 refund numbers for the last
items that were charged and then put the phone down on me.
I have phoned the fair trading standards office who have advised me what to do if not to get back to them
I am also going to see my bank manager tomorrow and cancel my bank account so as they cannot take anymore money from my account I am an old age pensioner and cannot afford to have money taken out like this. a free sample is free how dare they
charge me for it and you didn't even know by how much until you look at the statement
How can people be so cruel. Janet

You can dispute the charges through your bank or credit card issuer. But in order to prevent repeat billing you will have to block the old card and get issued a new one. If you use it to pay other legit businesses, make other arrangements with them.

I thought I was getting a $.99 trial of acai berry to try and see if it would work for me. Not only did I not lose weight I gained and then when my credit card came I had been charged $86.42 plus a foreign transaction fee of $2.59. Talk about false advertising. Not I can't even get ahold of them to cancel. I have been on the phone waiting for an hour.
Gee, I wonder why? Could it be that they have pulled this on everyone?

THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Watch your bank account for unauthorized payments to Acai Berry. I ordered one bottle, plus they gave me a free sample. Acai Berry kept charging my bank account every week for 3 months. I called on several occasions to cancel. They gave me a cancellation number and still sent more orders of pills. I ended up with 8 bottles of Acai berry. According to them I had 3 different acounts with them. I hit the roof. I only ordered one bottle. My bank informed me that I would have to close my account. After contacting Acai Berry for the 4th time, they have stopped sending pills and has not touched my account thus far. Keep calling the Acai Berry #[protected]. Make sure they give you a cancellation number and continue to monitor your bank account. They also informed me that I can return the rest of the pills and get my money back. Haven't done it yet because of the damage to my account. But will let you know if they EVERY credited my account. VICTUM OF ACAI BERRY BANK FRAUD!

I ordered 2 sets of tablets from this company that claimed they could assist you in losing weight, the two were advertised as a free trial paying only the postage costs and that was it. I now find that they have debited my account on the 19 August by £148.42! I am totally disgusted, how can they do this.

I orded the FREE 30 day diet bills. All I was suppose to pay was $1.99 for s/h they have taken it upon themselves to withdraw at will any amount they choose even up to twice a day. As of today they have stolen $162.77 out of my account for a $1.99 shipping/handling. When I called they gave me a hard time in the beginning they had NO record of my initial transaction, but after several calls of giving them my information they magically found me in the system. I informed the idiot ladylast that was talking to me while her upervisor was coaching her whom I coud hear that the ad I responded to said NOTHING about this so call 15day trial. I even saved a copy of the ad to my computer & once I told her I would be more than willing to send her a copy along with my attorney they offered to refund my money & place me on a fradulent list to prohibit me from ordering ANYTHING else online from any other company. They stole from me & I'm the fradulent one. Right! As of today my funds have not been returned & the amount has increased by another $3.66. I have blocked that company from making charges to my account. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Hi Everybody:
I just realised that this company charged me twice the amount of £73.90, on Total £145.80 on 7th of DECEMBER.
I just checked my bank statement.
I've been shocked. they are taking money without your authorisation.
I will go to my solicitor to write a letter to them to get my money back.
I was so disappointed with what they had done to me . I just realised they want to take another money by 15th of DECEMBER by creating a FAKE INVOICE. No Product, but shipping charges & product fees.
I will flight with them to get my money and definitely 100, 000 people same as me.
NOTICE FOR EVERYBODY: Please, make sure before taking any product through internet & online, DOUBLE check their FEED back & their Policy. that's how they were & will rip you off.

Having ordered Acai Berry at the advertised cost of shipping only, I have subsequently been charged for further unauthorised services via the smallprint, Helpyourhealth, Vibrantbeauty, Herbalbiz, Health Focus to name but a few.
I have placed the matter into dispute with the bank but it would appear that the primary culprit is unobtainable on the internet. Please would you kindly advise the best course of action.

I to was scammed from this company. With the endorcement of Oprah and they had
a local Minnesotan as a testimonial saying how this product worked. I called numerous times to try to get this cancelled as was told someone would call me back which never happened. -- I did get ahold of the Minnesota State Attorney's Office which
was helpful -- I did get one refund back - but never got the 2nd one back - unsuccessfuly the State Attorney's office could not get any response back from them. I to was talking
to someone from outside the country as the Customer Service. I asked where I was calling and was told the Phillipines. -- I got the whole runaround. While being put on
hold - my phonecall was meshed with another customer complaint. So we started talking about our complaints. This customer told me to go to the bank immediatly and cancel the account so they would not be able to scam any more money from me. --
By the time I reached the bank, a payment to this company had been taken from my
account charged to my credit card. -- So please beware and if you have been scammed -
contact your State Attorney's Office and cancel the credit card that you gave this company. - It looks as thought Ophrah Winfrey has sued this company for unauthorized use or endorement of her name. Some of us everyday people do not haave the resorces or money to hire an attorney - GOOD LUCK TO MY FELLOW PERSON'S
SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY. - Mary in Minnesota

I am an ex Local Billing Limited employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites like www. Vitality-clean.com with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol), and fake cosmetics products (dazzle white, face factor, etc.) . They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle. This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to find them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com.
Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US, Moniker OnLine Services
