I ordered an Aduro Mangetic PRO Phone Holder Mount on 6/5 and received an email confirmation that my order was on the way. I tried tracking using the *** eCommerce tracking number without success. On 6/24 I called and left a message and also sent an email. So far I have not received a response from either.

I purchased Aduro Amplify Pro SBN45 wireless headphones on Amazon (sold by Entronik) . I have a registered warranty for this product. The right headphone has stopped working. I have made three email attempts (dating back to the beginning of June) and called and left a message with customer service. No one will respond to me regarding my warranty. I have a VP10 projector that we got last year. Literally have used it twice for less than 4-5 hours. It will not work and we can not find anywhere to get help. I have tried emailing and calling and get no response. The phone system never allows you to speak to a person so makes me wonder if this is a scam. Im very upset because this product was barely used and very well taken care of and is a lemon.

I purchased one of their bluetooth headsets. It quickly stopped working. I was able to get ahold of their customer service. They sent me a replacement headset, but it didnt ever work. I have tried for a good 4 months to both call and email them with absolutely no luck whatsoever. Ive left tons of emails and voice mails and no response back at all. My warranty on the product runs out in a week. I am not optimistic that i will hear back from anyone there within that short period of time.

I bought 3 Aduro Case And Holster for my Iphone 11. I always buy Aduro because of it's unique design for holstered users. I sent two emails about a manufacture's defect whereas the little plastic piece sitting over the volume controls would first break on one side then ultimately break off. I never received a response. I called multiple times without being able to get to a human being. These were bought through Amazon which I believe is the only online retailer that has a relationship with.

The screen protectors cracked and I emailed the company on 1/2 and registered for the warranty, but no response to either. I have again registered the warranty and no response. When searching to see if the warranty is actually a scam, I came across other ComplaintsBoard.com complaints, and some got action, so i am trying this avenue to get replacements sent to me like they promise with their warranty.
