I bought the 7' spiral tree. The #8 stake section is bent and unusable. Can I get a replacement stake? Is there a website that I can order from?

Desired outcome: Replacement stake

Toyo LED Electronics Holiday time christmas lights

I purchased two packages of the "Holiday Time 25 LED Blue Twinkling Icicle Lights" (SKU: 029944514022) last year after Christmas was over. I never removed them from the box. When I went to install them this year I plugged them in and they do not come on. I tested them in multiple places on multiple outlets. This has happened to BOTH sets I have purchased so clearly there is something wrong with the products. Tried contacting their "customer support" listed on the insert in the box (jeffrod. [protected]@gmail.com) but no answer. Typical Chinese crap product and absent customer service and most likely using fake or unmonitored e-mails. Bought at Walmart, which, shame on me, sells consistent garbage products often.

Toyo LED Electronics Customer service proves this company to be a scam providing BOGUS phone number for customers & no way to replace or repair the faulty products

This company provides product instructions and customer service contact info inside the box of the LED Holiday indoor/outdoor lights I purchased December 2014. I need 1 of the 3 lighting strands replaced. I was unable to return the lights to Walgreens where they were purchased & now I cannot get through to the company via their BOGUS/FAKE customer service phone number. This company & its affiliates have scammed consumers who purchased their products & legal action needs to be taken toward this company regarding their bad/illegal business practices before any other consumers are also scammed by them.

Toyo LED Electronics LED icicle lights

I purchased 6 strings of LED icicle lights from Lowes. These lights are rated indoor/outdoor, but after the first rain with these up, they portions of each string started to go out. I've tried replacing the bulbs, but that doesn't seem to work. The company doesn't appear to have a website that I can register a problem or warranty issue with. I wish I would have just spent the extra $15 and bought the GE lights.

We bought 3 sets of the Blue Icy Icicle lights, from Big Lots last year. We put the lights back in there boxes at the end last Christmas, they were up for a Max of three weeks. When I brought them out to put up this year, I didn't see them lit. Checked the fuse, and even replaced them with new ones. With them plugged in I looked really close and I could see the blubs were lite but, very lightly. What gets me is all three strings of Icicles were the same way. I would like to get my money back or the lights replaced, the address I have for them is P.O. Box 2164, Hawaiian Gardens, CA. 90716. We would appreciate any help or if anyone knows where I contact these people that I can get my money back or replacement.

it could be the little fuse in the plug end of the strand, they blow out all the time on mine - i just replace them and they work again; hint: wrap a zip lock bag over the exposed ends and connections and use a little electricians tape to make it waterproof.

Toyo LED Electronics led lights are dim and they rust in the sockets, they are marked indoor/outdoor

We put up the lights and two weeks later there were Sections of their led icicle strings that are half lit and you need to find out which led is bad.! the problem is the metal leads of the led's rust and then make a bad connection, Some times you can clean them and sometimes you have to replace the led. but they only give you 2 leds We bought the Blue led icicles marked 70 ice lights. So much for being green. If you could tell me where I could get replacement led's I would appreciate it. We have since moved back to new york state in Pittsford ny 14534, 38 deer Creek rd

I purchased LED icicle lights to replace my mini light icicles that decorate my house as the mini lights were going out and getting old. I purchased 30 packages to decorate the house and this is the second year with the LED lights and I noticed that the reason the lights are out is the sockets are rusted . I have the packaging and it states there is a three year warranty. I tried to call the phone number and it has been disconnected and there is no other phone number listed. Now I an reading about all these complaints with the address for Toyo International Group P.O. Box 2164 Hawaiian Gardens, CA 90716 and that's the same place I got my lights from too. I would just like to know if I can get replacement lights from this company, and from where? please get back to my email address csavmail@gmail.com or mail it to 92 Daniels Farm Road Trumbull Ct [protected]

Toyo LED Electronics christmas lights

Lights purchased from Home Depot in November of 2009. Over 10 sets of 100 LED;s.
Stopped working midway through Christmas last year. We just got back from Home Depot, they replaced all the lights, said they were from a new supplier, But Guess What
Toyo again, this time, they r located in California, toll free number [protected].
Thought anyone trying to get replacements and were not as successful as we were at Home Depot, could call the toll free number.
New lights cost more than double the old ones, but Home Depot ate the cost.

We just spent over 1000 dollars on new lights after the fiasco last year. Only to find out that it is still Toyo who has relocateed (from a residential home in PA) to CA. When I called about the dead lights I have from last year the first question was "how did you get our number" ., Then I was given an email address to deal with my last year's lights that dont' work. A hotmail address, how profesional is that/?
I just can't understnad that my trusted Home Depot deals with such a shady company. BTW I was told that they would not re=imburse me for the 6 chains that are dead from last year but I would have to send them in for repair...That will costs me more (from Canada) than these things are worth...

I also purchased several strings (boxes) of their led lights from Meijers over past couple of years. The product is listed intended for (3) seasonal (years). I called the customer service number [protected] and I was told to send the bad strings in (8 of them) and they would fix and return within 10 to 12 weeks. I completely forgot about them, however looking at my receipt from shipment sent by USPS, they were sent 2/12/13 and still not back, nor any response, etc. The address shown with notice in the box is: Toyo International Group, Attn: Customer Service Center, P.O. Box 2164, Hawaiian Gardens, CA 90716. HOWEVER, the customer service rep who answered the phone when I called told me to send directly to: Toyo International, (sorry can not locate po box #), however was in South El Monte, CA 91733...Delivery was confirmed to them on 2/19/13 and now nothing, no response, etc...

I bought 24 sets of outdoor LED lighting from Home Depot under the brand name "Home Accents" thinking they would be brighter and last longer than regular lighting. After one season, more thatn 75% of my strands do not work at all, and the ones that do, have more than 50% failure. the bulbs are coroded due to not sealing well. Home Depot sent us back to TOYO international, which appears to to be a company that is unreachable. However the Boxes are preprinted with Home Depot name and address, hence they were packed expressly for Home depot. Youwould think that Home dpot would honor the warranty, but the did not!

Toyo LED Electronics outdoor Xmas lights

I purchased over 20 strains of Multi Function Xmas Lights from Lowe's and K-Mart to put up outside. The lights state that they can be used
indoors or out doors. After being in the weather one season, the inside of the control switch corrodes up and the lights don't work,
The Problem: They are not sealed properly to work out in the weather as they advertise.

I agree these lights are poor quality keep burning out and the inside contacts rust.spent $30 per spool. Can only find replacement bulbs online. Going to trash them and buy diff. Brand. To Mr. Snowflake if the lights r rated fore outside use you should not have to seal them with glue besides “aint knowbody got time for that”

Purchased C-9 LED lights for outside use. The lights were up less than 2 weeks when half of the strand went out on several different strands. I called the company, Toyo International, but only got excuses. They blamed the handlers and called me a liar. I would recommend you NEVER purchase anything by the company. It is very poor quality and the customer service is non existent. Nothing but headaches!

I have had my sets for 2 seasons. They are not good for use outside. The plastic bulbs fall off. They fill up with water, not a good mix with electricity. I have sent pictures and complaint letter to the address included with the strands in Youk, PA, returned "Not deliverable as addressed. Unable to forward". Has anyone been able to track this company down & get reimbursement? Obviously they are not reputable and need to be held accountable for their misrepresentations of indoor/outdoor use.

I purchased 7 boxes of led blue icicle lights in December 2008. We did not get to use them till this year and 2 days after they were up 2 strands went out. These were $15.99 per box and I think I should be compensated some how for $30 of lights that don't work.

We have over 50, 000 lights in our display. No matter what it says on the box about inside/outside, you still have to weatherproof them. We use a hot melt glue gun to seal the controllers (most of our lights are controlled). We store them in tubs with about 50 2 inch holes drilled in them. This aids airflow and evaporation. Water will ruin any electronic item that is left in a wet environment.
Good luck

I have 8 sets of icicle lights- 2 sets have half out. Upon examination, rust seems to be the culprit. These say they are guaranteed for 3 years. If they wont honor their guarantee, I will use something like CLR to remove the rust, and let dry- then spray the sockets and bulbs with a clear polyurethane, or hair spray to keep the moisture out.

I just went through my 8 sets of these snowflake lights last night. I purchased them last year and they looked great on the front of my house on the upper gutters. Our first big wet snow they all went out. Were not even on for X-Mas! I went through them and 1 of the sets has corrosion that puts out half of the string as well. I did, however, have luck in replacing the fuses on the rest of them. Hopefully that will be okay until the first wet snow. I was so upset with this purchase as they were about $12.00/set and I sure do not want to pay to replace all of these this year!

I have the same issue as Time from Michigan. I have a dozen strands of the LED cool white snowflake twinkle icicle lights. On two sets I have corrosion on several socket which puts half the strand out. Very frustating. Home Depot does not have it any more. I would like to buy more if I can. The house looks silly with half a strand out.

I bought 16 sets of the C-5 LED lights, the cold weather and snow didn`t harm them but when it rained they started to dim and go out. In some sets the green would be burning bright and the rest would be dim. After 4 weeks outside I had only 4 sets still lit. For a light that is supposed to be good outdoors they are junk. I`ll never buy any of their stuff again. Jack in Plainfield, IL

Toyo LED Electronics Different colors

I am very upset that I bought 10 boxes of LED BLUE C6 Christmas lights and come home and put them up on the house only to find that they are two different colors. 5 boxes are blue and the other 5 boxes are a different color. I can not find a way other than mail a letter to complain about this issue and I also can not find any more in my area stores. I am very disappointed that I now have to use half of what I bought this is sad and makes no sense.

I purchased a series of Ultrabright 'SnoBlind' Blue LEDs. After a few weeks of use, my liver and colon gave out entirely. I thought it was just me being paranoid but I went and saw my GP and she said I should go and see a specialist who knew about cancer damage and the associated problems inherent with high-powered electrical devices.

Unfortunately, she said I would need an ultrasonic scan, to determine if the LED-damage was permanent, or fatal. She put me onto Dr. Phillip Watkins at the New York Epidermiology Institute, who said that it would be inconclusive either way.

But I was scared. I got a second opinion, from Prof. Sharon Wang, at nearby Boston's teaching hospital for skin-related optical nerve damage. She said that it was similar to previous blue led cases she had seen previously. I thought I was alone.

I didn't realise the blue-led skin related cancers were so common. It's really good to get support from the local medical community, but I wish they would accept this as a wider spread problem, so we could get some government and/or state support to deal with this mouting community health issue.

Thanks,

Suzanne Hallister,

I have bought about 18 sets of the led ice lights which were fine when i put them up now there is 5 sets that are half lite bright and the other half of the set is barely lit. I had them up two weeks and then they started to act up. When I took them down I find that some of the sockets are full of rust. This is some more of the cheap stuff from china

Toyo LED Electronics breaking

Every year I buy K-Mart Christmas decorations. But every year the outdoor, clear plastic, electric candy canes have to be bought because the peg you put in the ground always breaks. Usually I at least get them in the ground and they break getting them out, but this year they broke before I even got them in the ground. If these pegs are going to be made so very brittle, then they should come with more than one set of pegs. Now, with that said, is there any way get get more of these pegs from the company, as I am tired of throwing away my sets of candy canes because I have no pegs to hold them in the ground with. The company that makes the candy canes is Toyo International Group, PO Box 3148, York, PA 17402. My email address is [protected]@zitomedia.net. Thank you, Sharleen Close

I have the same problem with my candy cane ligts. I have had my candy canes for 3 years. This is the first time I even opened the boxes. I had three sets of them. Now I only have 2 sets because the stakes broke as soon as I tried to put them in the ground. I tried calling the number on the insert. Of course it is a different company. I then went on line to locate another number, and of course that number is disconnected. What's the deal. Where can I purchase the extra stakes from? Does anyone know

May I make a suggestion. Before I would toss them out I would be a little inventive. At most hardware stores you can find tent stakes like you use to stake a tent guide rope. The kind I have in mind look like a long nail about 12 inches long with a plastic clip at the head of the nail. I think they come four in a pack about $5.00 a pack. You could use them as a fix and attache the candy canes to them with a little thinking. A small piece of would with two holes drilled into it one for the nail to go through and one for the cane. Keep the block up off the ground about two inches. If you have the stake from one that has broken (the tube that the cane fits into) size the tube to the same as the original tube and fab one up. Or take one of the broken original stakes and if the tube portion is intact just tape it to the nail tent stake I mention above and that should do it. Another one is look at the diameter of one of the canes and see it it will fit in a PVC 1/2 inch water line. You can get a 10 foot length at Home Depot or Lowe's and cut to length for a good stake to hold the cane say about 12 inches long and drill a hole about 2 inches down from the top of the PVC stake and put a screw in or a wooden dowel to give the cane something to stop against when you push the PVC tube in the ground first then the cane can set into the tube and stop at the screw or dowel. Just few ways to make it better. Just think about it. Good luck. EM
