1-Purchased a Airtel prepaid sim card on 10.01.11
2-I have submitted all the necessary documents on 10.01.11.
3-My sevices got disconnected on 30.01.11 and my service provider has asked me to submit all the documents again.
4-I had to submit all the documents on 08.02.11 for the second time.

Last month i posted about the issue that i m facing i m unable to locate the url ... I recd call again from airtel saying that there is a case on me and tomo is hearing i don't understand is that my fault loosing a bill for which i paid and thy are asking me to pay for that. (Who will update it)
Actual : I m the customer of Airtel and i have shifted to different place where airtel connection is not available ...i didnt paid the bill for 2 months and later airtel executive came to collect the bill i cleared the dues and closed the connection, . the mistake i did is i didnt saved that receipt and i didnt contacted back airtel.
After a year + i recd call on dec 8th 2010 saying that i didnt paid the bill and there was a case on me some one called from delhi highcourt sec 6 --- i don't understand that as its been a year + I posted the same thing here on jan and recd a reply from airtel saying that issues has been closed and today again i recd a call from below mentioned no and same thing again ... i dont understand why it was happening

They given offer as airtel to airtel -20ps/minute, airtel to others 30ps/min and 100 sms free/daily while porting from other service provaiders on 24/01/2011 at shimoga airtel office([protected] and [protected]) to below numbers

They r not given the above offer and they giving falls commitment daily saying, It will be done in 24Hrs,
Pls solve immediately.

I am an airtel prepaid customer, Ther airtel mobile number [protected] was being used by my son and copy of his passport was given as address proof. Last week the services were disconnected
with out any notice and when I approached the customer service, they informed us that it was for security reasons and we need to resubmit new application and address proof. The application, copy of his passport and photograph was again submitted on 12th of this month. They did not provide any acknowledgment for the same. We were told that the services will be activated by 14th morning. However till today it was not activated and when we contacted the customer service centre, they informed that the connection is cancelled and cannot be activated as there was no response from
the phone when called for verification. We have not received any such calls and there was no missed calls recorded on the phone. We are put to lot of
inconvenience by this irresponsible act from airtel. Complaints to their nodel officer were of no use.

Since 28th February 2011 airel has been charging me Re. 1 for local sms and Rs. 1.50 for national sms whereas my normal tariffs were 10p for local and 30p for national. So this suggests they changed my tariffs without any consent and I feel very unhappy and cheated. Also, I had activated a sms plan of 95 Rs which provides 500 sms per day for a month which has been deactivated 6 days prior to its actual expiry. I called up customer care and they said it'll be resolved but the problem persists and now the customer care wont patch me through to an executive. I am forced to post online complaints on account of this. The only reason why I used airtel was the cheap sms tariff but since that has been changed there is no reason to use airtel. I sincerely hope they revert back to my old tariffs or I shall be forced to discontinue the use of their sloppy service

I am the Airtel customer since last 5 years. on monday (Feb 7) at around 11.56 am, i got a SMS from airtel (AD-54321) stating that "Thanks for downloading Hungama content Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10". But I didn't downloaded anything or accessed anything from that site. After 1 hour (ie. around 1.30 pm), I had contacted Airtel CSE Manohar. Its reference number is CBDOV20307312678. But that CS Executive told me that he didn't have any data and ask me to call after 2 hr. I had contacted CSE at around night 8 pm regards to this and Mr. Iqbal picked my call. He is so arrogant that he is not in a position to listen my problem and telling that I only downloaded that game and without solving my problem, he disconnected my call. I facing this problem earlier also. But I didn't get any solution. And I trying to contact CSE from last 3-4 days, but I unable to reach executive. Please take action against that arrogant Iqbal and one more Lokesha.

one prepaid mobile bearing No. [protected] was purchased by me from local retailer, furnishing required documents as sought by him. My SIM activated and after 2 days, message received by me to provide with documents. After discussions with the retailer, I furnished the same. My mobile deactivated after a few days. On inquiry with the retailer, he requested me to furnish the documents again and I did so. My mobile not yet activated since last about three months. I am totally frustrated with the service of Airtel. But due to the reason that it has got advantage of network in remote country area, I have no option but to opt for Airtel. Please help me activate my SIM.

I shifted from prepaid to postpaid in the month of Oct 10.I had taken the Rs 249 plan and Airtel had provided 200 free sms, 600mts free to local gsm and when my bill came I was charged even though I had not exceeded the limit.On communicating with them they came up with only ### and bull stories.Thank God number portability came and I finally ported out of the Airtel work on March 1st 2011 to BSNL.I have been using BSNL Prepaid and am really happy with their service and it has really led to savings in money by using their BSNL Mitra where 5 numbers to whom i register and call am being charged at a concessional rate.
One of my relatives who had Airtel prepaid got Rs 200/-knocked off in Feb 11 without any reason.A total of 6 connections of Airtel of my relatives have migrated to BSNL and have informed Airtel that I would never want to deal with any product of theirs in future.

My messages are not sent from my airtel number since last night and when today in the morning I tried to call customer care several times, the call gets cut at the moment when the computerized voice says the call is bring transfered to customer care executive. This is annoying and moreover it said I have exceeded the number of trial to the customer care. to connect to call somebody I have to dial at least 5 times before its connected. why do they have customer care service if they are not willing to serve people?

From 555630 sms are transmitted to prepaid mobile connections unauthorizedly. It is surprising that Airtel is associated with such money-looters.
Even Airtel's responses are dubious. They give assurance and meanwhile let the marketing company continue with their business of looting prepaid money.
People like me hate such sms, bollywood celebrities and their stupid faces. Then somebody from Airtelpresence calls u and mechanically assures u to resolve the issue and everytime asks the person to give details of sms received. I understand hundres of airtel prepaid mobile holders are complaining but do not know what to do. Poor people. Airtel must stop such business direct or indirect. Its a reputable company...!

I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection. I have internet package balance and SMS pack as well. When I am sending messages from SMS pack, main balance is not supposed to be reduced. Every day I charge and immediately my charged amount is being coming to zero when I am using the SMS services. I do not have any other services active.
First of all, getting the customer care executive online is a tough job on AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE which is worst in the country. With most difficulty, I could catch them after my continuous trails of 2 hrs and she admitted that and my main balance is getting deducted even without using calls. As she can't do, call was transfered to her supervisor and for the next 20 min he did not come online. Then I had to cut the call.
This is one type of cheating and AIRTEL has started a bad practice of looting people. If any AIRTEL executive can verify my complaint of ( [protected]) fom Hyderabad.
I would be grateful if any one can solve this issue as I am unable to reach to AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER

I do not have internet in my mobile...Airtel live is not active... i never subscribed to yahoo zone... Air tel gives me yahoo zone(they mention so in the sms which they send) which i have never seen on my mobile...when ever i try to open the URL it always says -Error. retry...yahoo zone is never available, yet Rs.10 is added to my bill every week for the past 4 months...how do i unsubscribe?even when i try opening the URL given by airtel to unsubscribe it says 'retry'...My mobile no. is [protected]. Continuously I am having problem with this airtel network. I have been charged 20rs on last week when a called customer care on198 they told for using internet u have been charged. But I dint used internet on my phone. They accepted the mistake and they credited 20rs on my amount. Once again after five days I have been charged again on may3rd morning. I just called 198 they told money will be credited on ur account. But they failed to do it. After that they dint attending my call and I have tried from three airtel numbers but they are not all attending call more than one time. The how I can get my money. Airtel customer care not all replying well.
I made a complaint in airtel show room near abirami theatre in purusawalkam. They told that money will be credited on or before may9th. Yesterday may 5th I made easy recharge with 50 rs. I had a balance of 39rs on my account on that day night. Again on 6th morning they charged 20rs. After then I called customer care but there is no reply from them.

As a retailer i know that at the time of activation Airtel company gets your alternate number. It is just to delay the matters. i want to show this is the work airtel is doing .

Do you know how is it doing so ? What is the secret?

Do you know how many Value Added Services(VAS) are fixed on your mobile number by mobile company without your consent ?
Airtel Mobile company is fixing/applying unwanted VAS on your mobiles & you may or may not know.
This is one of the secrets of above question.
Many customers including senior citizens visit my shop daily to get their mobile recharged. They have been complaining always about deductions by the mobile companies. Among all of these I found a customer (Age 70 Years) of Airtel on whose mobile Airtel Company has applied a record number of SIX VAS such as Facts 55382, Job Alerts, Airtel Call Manager, Karwa Chauth Pack, Kareena Kapoor, All Cricket Pack.
Airtel company has been deducting a huge amount from his credit balance every month mercilessly. ( For proof I have images of his screen)
*Suppose for example you or any of your friend/known have an Airtel mobile connection.
You can check it like this.
1. Send ' STOP' to 121
(HAVE YOU SENT)...OKAY
You will get back a message like this if their is a VAS on you mobile.
"The following services are active on your mobile. To reply type the serial number of the service that you wish to 'STOP' "

4...
5...
6...& so on
You can know from above message that how many VAS are applied on your mobile by the company. If you want to STOP these services then follow the steps.

You will get one more message from the company to confirm again.

Wrong Bill
Phone number [protected], My April bill is generated for 7000+ Rs, out of which 5900 is for value added services.
The services is used from 7th March (11:00pm) till 8th March (6:30 am).
I confirm that my phone is very basic and does not have Facebook facility and neither Airtel live is used.
I have checked that these services are not used by any other member of my family.
I have made repeated complained at email address "nodalofficer.del@airtel.in", nodalofficer@airtel.in
and nodalofficer.upw@airtel.in I always get acknowledge mail and SMS at my cell phone but still no resolution.

i also insert the airtel sim at first but this service is not activated automatically. I complain this in customar care many time and then this is activated only for one month (27th march to 27th april ) and then automatic deactivated

Do you know how many Value Added Services(VAS) are fixed on your mobile number by mobile company without your consent ?
Airtel Mobile company is fixing/applying unwanted VAS on your mobiles & you may or may not know.
This is one of the secrets of above question.
Many customers including senior citizens visit my shop daily to get their mobile recharged. They have been complaining always about deductions by the mobile companies. Among all of these I found a customer (Age 70 Years) of Airtel on whose mobile Airtel Company has applied a record number of SIX VAS such as Facts 55382, Job Alerts, Airtel Call Manager, Karwa Chauth Pack, Kareena Kapoor, All Cricket Pack.
Airtel company has been deducting a huge amount from his credit balance every month mercilessly. ( For proof I have images of his screen)
*Suppose for example you or any of your friend/known have an Airtel mobile connection.
You can check it like this.
1. Send ' STOP' to 121
(HAVE YOU SENT)...OKAY
You will get back a message like this if their is a VAS on you mobile.
"The following services are active on your mobile. To reply type the serial number of the service that you wish to 'STOP' "

You can know from above message that how many VAS are applied on your mobile by the company. If you want to STOP these services then follow the steps.

But my balance become 0 in the morning dated 11may. I have talked customer care for several days .on 18 may 50 rupeees was refund.Ihave talked to neha, joyti, chandan, malkeet & many more...no action has been taken till date. now they are not responding to call. even they are not taking the calls

Last month i posted about the issue that i m facing i m unable to locate the url ... I recd call again from airtel saying that there is a case on me and tomo is hearing i don't understand is that my fault loosing a bill for which i paid and thy are asking me to pay for that. (Who will update it)
Actual : I m the customer of Airtel and i have shifted to different place where airtel connection is not available ...i didnt paid the bill for 2 months and later airtel executive came to collect the bill i cleared the dues and closed the connection, . the mistake i did is i didnt saved that receipt and i didnt contacted back airtel.
After a year + i recd call on dec 8th 2010 saying that i didnt paid the bill and there was a case on me some one called from delhi highcourt sec 6 --- i don't understand that as its been a year + I posted the same thing here on jan and recd a reply from airtel saying that issues has been closed and today again i recd a call from below mentioned no and same thing again ... i dont understand why it was happening

But stil now my problem has not been solved, you have not even reimbursed the amount and my gprs connection is not properly working error message communication failure check operator settings.
They given offer as airtel to airtel -20ps/minute, airtel to others 30ps/min and 100 sms free/daily while porting from other service provaiders on 24/01/2011 at shimoga airtel office([protected] and [protected]) to below numbers

Please ensure, that no more of disconnections happen to this no, and i do not have to face business losses because of your bad services.
I am an airtel prepaid customer, Ther airtel mobile number [protected] was being used by my son and copy of his passport was given as address proof. Last week the services were disconnected
with out any notice and when I approached the customer service, they informed us that it was for security reasons and we need to resubmit new application and address proof. The application, copy of his passport and photograph was again submitted on 12th of this month. They did not provide any acknowledgment for the same. We were told that the services will be activated by 14th morning. However till today it was not activated and when we contacted the customer service centre, they informed that the connection is cancelled and cannot be activated as there was no response from
the phone when called for verification. We have not received any such calls and there was no missed calls recorded on the phone. We are put to lot of
inconvenience by this irresponsible act from airtel. Complaints to their nodel officer were of no use.
in my airtel no a service called port folio manager and "did you know facts has been activated and they are getting renewed and its charging 25rs per week and ive lost more than 100 bucks...even after calling customer care and sending stop to 121 it didnt work and they say that there is no service that is activated...so pls reply to my msg and pls stop those services which are getting renewed in my no [protected].n i want my deducted money of 100 rs back...pls
Since 28th February 2011 airel has been charging me Re. 1 for local sms and Rs. 1.50 for national sms whereas my normal tariffs were 10p for local and 30p for national. So this suggests they changed my tariffs without any consent and I feel very unhappy and cheated. Also, I had activated a sms plan of 95 Rs which provides 500 sms per day for a month which has been deactivated 6 days prior to its actual expiry. I called up customer care and they said it'll be resolved but the problem persists and now the customer care wont patch me through to an executive. I am forced to post online complaints on account of this. The only reason why I used airtel was the cheap sms tariff but since that has been changed there is no reason to use airtel. I sincerely hope they revert back to my old tariffs or I shall be forced to discontinue the use of their sloppy service

I am the Airtel customer since last 5 years. on monday (Feb 7) at around 11.56 am, i got a SMS from airtel (AD-54321) stating that "Thanks for downloading Hungama content Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10". But I didn't downloaded anything or accessed anything from that site. After 1 hour (ie. around 1.30 pm), I had contacted Airtel CSE Manohar. Its reference number is CBDOV20307312678. But that CS Executive told me that he didn't have any data and ask me to call after 2 hr. I had contacted CSE at around night 8 pm regards to this and Mr. Iqbal picked my call. He is so arrogant that he is not in a position to listen my problem and telling that I only downloaded that game and without solving my problem, he disconnected my call. I facing this problem earlier also. But I didn't get any solution. And I trying to contact CSE from last 3-4 days, but I unable to reach executive. Please take action against that arrogant Iqbal and one more Lokesha.

one prepaid mobile bearing No. [protected] was purchased by me from local retailer, furnishing required documents as sought by him. My SIM activated and after 2 days, message received by me to provide with documents. After discussions with the retailer, I furnished the same. My mobile deactivated after a few days. On inquiry with the retailer, he requested me to furnish the documents again and I did so. My mobile not yet activated since last about three months. I am totally frustrated with the service of Airtel. But due to the reason that it has got advantage of network in remote country area, I have no option but to opt for Airtel. I shifted from prepaid to postpaid in the month of Oct 10.I had taken the Rs 249 plan and Airtel had provided 200 free sms, 600mts free to local gsm and when my bill came I was charged even though I had not exceeded the limit.On communicating with them they came up with only ### and bull stories.Thank God number portability came and I finally ported out of the Airtel work on March 1st 2011 to BSNL.I have been using BSNL Prepaid and am really happy with their service and it has really led to savings in money by using their BSNL Mitra where 5 numbers to whom i register and call am being charged at a concessional rate.
One of my relatives who had Airtel prepaid got Rs 200/-knocked off in Feb 11 without any reason.A total of 6 connections of Airtel of my relatives have migrated to BSNL and have informed Airtel that I would never want to deal with any product of theirs in future.
Hi This is Kumar my [protected] when we are calling Airtel Prepaid customer care number 121 this people are charging for us, apart from this network nobody is charging for a customer care number i tried in all network even i tried in Airtel Postpaid customer care number 121 only in prepaid they charging and customer care executive people are talking like rowdies.
My messages are not sent from my airtel number since last night and when today in the morning I tried to call customer care several times, the call gets cut at the moment when the computerized voice says the call is bring transfered to customer care executive. This is annoying and moreover it said I have exceeded the number of trial to the customer care. to connect to call somebody I have to dial at least 5 times before its connected. why do they have customer care service if they are not willing to serve people?
From 555630 sms are transmitted to prepaid mobile connections unauthorizedly. It is surprising that Airtel is associated with such money-looters.
Even Airtel's responses are dubious. They give assurance and meanwhile let the marketing company continue with their business of looting prepaid money.
People like me hate such sms, bollywood celebrities and their stupid faces. Then somebody from Airtelpresence calls u and mechanically assures u to resolve the issue and everytime asks the person to give details of sms received. I understand hundres of airtel prepaid mobile holders are complaining but do not know what to do. Poor people. Airtel must stop such business direct or indirect. Its a reputable company...!

This is to inform you that the above mentioned line has been inactive since last Sunday dated 3rd April 2011 without any prior information. It is a post paid connection and for your kind information there is no due till date.
My father has also a separate connection no:[protected] which shows a due.But his address and my address are totally different and I have no connection with that address.I am not related in any way to this due amount, yet my connection has been suspended.
I therefore request you please take suitable steps and activate my line as soon as possible.

On 27.03.11 between 9am-11.30am rs 215 has been debited from account of my cell no [protected] for no services. same day i have contacted superviser customer care, but i have not been given complain no., though i was assured to look into the matter by 31.3.11, no action was taken. Again i contacted on 2.04.11, I was asked to contact on 121 when i dialled 198 and on 198 when i called up 121 which was done 12 times. i request to general concern to be aware of this cell company.
I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection. I have internet package balance and SMS pack as well. When I am sending messages from SMS pack, main balance is not supposed to be reduced. Every day I charge and immediately my charged amount is being coming to zero when I am using the SMS services. I do not have any other services active.
First of all, getting the customer care executive online is a tough job on AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE which is worst in the country. With most difficulty, I could catch them after my continuous trails of 2 hrs and she admitted that and my main balance is getting deducted even without using calls. As she can't do, call was transfered to her supervisor and for the next 20 min he did not come online. Then I had to cut the call.
This is one type of cheating and AIRTEL has started a bad practice of looting people. If any AIRTEL executive can verify my complaint of ( [protected]) fom Hyderabad.
I would be grateful if any one can solve this issue as I am unable to reach to AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER

I am from VIZAG. my mobile no is [protected]. on 02/04/2011. i made a easy rechage of rs 125, after getting my balance, I got a message saying cricket pack has been activated in your account and Rs 50 has been deducted from your account for the same. then at the same time i called to customer care then they deactivated that cricket pack and assured me that your money will be refunded in 01 hour. Air tel gives me yahoo zone(they mention so in the sms which they send) which i have never seen on my mobile...when ever i try to open the URL it always says -Error. retry...yahoo zone is never available, yet Rs.10 is added to my bill every week for the past 4 months...how do i unsubscribe?even when i try opening the URL given by airtel to unsubscribe it says 'retry'...My mobile no. is [protected]. Continuously I am having problem with this airtel network. I have been charged 20rs on last week when a called customer care on198 they told for using internet u have been charged. But I dint used internet on my phone. They accepted the mistake and they credited 20rs on my amount. Once again after five days I have been charged again on may3rd morning. I just called 198 they told money will be credited on ur account. But they failed to do it. After that they dint attending my call and I have tried from three airtel numbers but they are not all attending call more than one time. The how I can get my money. Airtel customer care not all replying well.
I made a complaint in airtel show room near abirami theatre in purusawalkam. They told that money will be credited on or before may9th. Yesterday may 5th I made easy recharge with 50 rs. I had a balance of 39rs on my account on that day night. Again on 6th morning they charged 20rs. After then I called customer care but there is no reply from them.
I want to convert my airtel postpaid connection to prepaid but airtel officer rejection this my approvel fron last month in 3 times, everytime they are giving me diffrent reaseon, 1st time they say you need to brin colour photograf of your driving licence, 2nd time they say we cant convert because this is your bill generation date and as per company rule we cant convert post to pre before and after 4 days of bill generation date, and 3rd time they say our company change rule before 2 days the new rule is no one can convere this post to pre in 6 months. this is time westing reason i am going to throw this airtel card dont trust on AIRTEL. this is 3rd class service.

You can see the way Airtel company delays. Its executive replied that they are not having your other contact number. He is a big lier. As a retailer i know that at the time of activation Airtel company gets your alternate number. It is just to delay the matters. You are requested to wait otherwise try to port from Airtel to other company.

In the early part of february I have ported from AIRTEL to BSNL and after the period of three months unsatisfied with the services of BSNL have changed to AIRTEL ten days ago, but the services haven't been activated on my sim...
Iam suffering with no incoming and outgoing calls... and unable to deliver messages even...
the only service Iam possesing now is the incoming of messages.
I have submitted this number in all my RESUMES and please make it soon...

Phone number [protected], My April bill is generated for 7000+ Rs, out of which 5900 is for value added services.
The services is used from 7th March (11:00pm) till 8th March (6:30 am).
I confirm that my phone is very basic and does not have Facebook facility and neither Airtel live is used.
I have checked that these services are not used by any other member of my family.
I have made repeated complained at email address "nodalofficer.del@airtel.in", nodalofficer@airtel.in
and nodalofficer.upw@airtel.in I always get acknowledge mail and SMS at my cell phone but still no resolution.

sir, i purchase nokia x2-01 handset in which 100mb/month gprs data free for one year from airtel
i also insert the airtel sim at first but this service is not activated automatically. I complain this in customar care many time and then this is activated only for one month (27th march to 27th april ) and then automatic deactivated

Airtel Mobile company is fixing/applying unwanted VAS on your mobiles & you may or may not know.
This is one of the secrets of above question.
Many customers including senior citizens visit my shop daily to get their mobile recharged. They have been complaining always about deductions by the mobile companies. Among all of these I found a customer (Age 70 Years) of Airtel on whose mobile Airtel Company has applied a record number of SIX VAS such as Facts 55382, Job Alerts, Airtel Call Manager, Karwa Chauth Pack, Kareena Kapoor, All Cricket Pack.
Airtel company has been deducting a huge amount from his credit balance every month mercilessly. ( For proof I have images of his screen)
*Suppose for example you or any of your friend/known have an Airtel mobile connection.
You can check it like this.
1. Send ' STOP' to 121
(HAVE YOU SENT)...OKAY
You will get back a message like this if their is a VAS on you mobile.
"The following services are active on your mobile. To reply type the serial number of the service that you wish to 'STOP' "

3...
4...
5...
6...& so on
You can know from above message that how many VAS are applied on your mobile by the company. If you want to STOP these services then follow the steps.

You will get one more message from the company to confirm again.

Follow these steps untill you get a message that.
" Kindly note there are no services active on your Airtel number."
*After this send one more message to activate DND like this
'START space 0 to 1909'
You will get a message to confirm

on 10may, i asked customer care to start net for recharge of 5rupees . My balance befose recharge is 196 & after recharge is 191. iused net for 14.55 rupees for download . But my balance become 0 in the morning dated 11may. I have talked customer care for several days .on 18 may 50 rupeees was refund.Ihave talked to neha, joyti, chandan, malkeet & many more...no action has been taken till date. now they are not responding to call. even they are not taking the calls
