As I am facing an issue related signal at particular home address (PLOT NO 119,GROUND FLOOR SRIDHAM HILLS ROAD NO 4 SRI KRISHNA NILIYAM BANDAMKOMMU,HYDERABAD PIN-502032).As I am facing an issue inside the home but when I am coming out of my house I am getting signal and from one week I am not even getting a single point of signal and before I used to get a signal but now I am not even getting a signal of one point of signal .
As I am giving complaint to customer support by calling 121 the agents are playing Games with us they are saying that the issue we are escalating it on priority basis I spoke to agents still now with 6 agents they are saying that they are taking this issue in an priority but the ticket is getting closed without my acknowledgement and confirmation as they are stating that the technician had contacted you and he stated that your issue was resolved. So that’s the reason the ticket got y they are mentioning the false statement without talking to me. Y they are playing with the customers are they thinking that I am bluff to listen all this [censored] things and I am talking to agents to almost 30 minutes and 40 minutes, but issue was not getting resolved
