The much awaited day after getting my UAE license.
Booking my own, The Toyota Prado 2023!
It took 30 min drive to reach at Toyota al Futtaim Mussafah from Yas Island, With my wife and my daughter. We reached there around 3.30 PM and I saw my dream car. the showroom was very organised, and its huge. I was very happy!
Unfortunately tr is only one staff on the ground floor to assist the customers because of Sunday, at that moment we reached he was not tr but he went to the wash room. and he came back after 2 min.
And it starts, he completely ignore me when I wish him.
So I went directly to the cars to check and explain everything to my family. after that we waited for some response from him. may be after 10 mints we went to the 1st floor to check if there is some one to help me out. and I find one guy who said he is handling the B2B section not the personal cars and asked me to go to the ground floor. So we went back to the ground floor again and check some other random cars to time pass.
Again waited for 5 mints, But no response.
The sales executive was really busy with some other person, Looks like some known person. so that he can completely ignore 3 other group of customers.
Since I don't have enough time. I went to him to check if tr is any other executive to help me out (I have asked very politely). But the answer which I got from the executive was
Futtaim Executive : "I am the only one executive here today, you can come in the morning if you want"
Me : You could have mention this when I reached here.
Futtaim Executive : You didn't asked me.
Me : Brother, I am the customer here.
Futtaim Executive : Then you should wait for 10 mints, or come in the morning
Me : Alright.
So I left from the showroom and saw Mitsubishi next door, and we went tr. They were very welcoming and the service is also very nice. Even with limited employee.
Also I have seen the other 2 group of customers and when I checked with them, Even they are saying the Futtain sales executive got some attitude issues.
Later I left Mitsubishi after checking Pajero, Because my dream car is Toyota Prado not Mitsubishi Pajero.
We dont expect this from you Futtaim, The experiance was really bad.
We dont need to respect us, atleast dont ignore.

Car servicing at Sheik Zayed Rd
October 28th at 930am. I made an appointment to have a basic service for 50000k. As I proceeded to go through the necessary steps to have it done, I was told it would take 4 hours to have it completed. This is highly absurd! I told the agent I needed my car for school pickup and two hours for this service should be adequate. The agent said we can do it in two hours without cleaning your car. I took my car and left. The amount that has to be paid for services is ridiculous. And fricking 4 hours for this is not appropriate when the customer relies on one car. Something should be done about this and not to book appointments every 10 minutes because you are money hungry!
Desired outcome: A reasonable wait time and service prices to be lowered

Kindly inform that i was interesting to buy Toyota Rush and i contact customer service since one month ago to check the availability to go to showroom and see the car and buy it.
Every time i contact customer service through the app or phone call , they advice me that sharjah showroom sales team will contact me and send me SMS .
I'm waiting now more than one month , no one contact me .
Is it means that Sales team don't care about the new customers ?

Repair diagnosis
I took my Toyota Fortuner for 150k service on Friday, 7 th Oct and 9:30 am. I requested to check the faulty fuel gauge. Car had stalled on 1/4 tank of fuel twice previously due to ti lack of fuel.
Tech had diagnosed both the components in the system as faulty, the sender unit and the Instrument gauge… how is this possible that both would fail at the same time?.

Toyota fortuner
I had Purchased a pre-owned toyota fortuner 2019 ( on July 2022 ) from Sharjah Automall near Lulu & while purchasing I had specifically asked them to change the battery as my friend had a bad experience & the sales person ensured everything is checked & you will not face an issue for next 10000 KM . As I had purchased it from a reputed company , i accepted the delivery . One day my car stopped on the way , luckily near parking & with out much traffic . I contacted the sales person & he asked me to visit workshop & everything will be solved. I some how got help & jump start the car. Later on I visit the workshop & I was told the battery has to be replaced & I have to a full amount irrespective on the purchase date & KM driven ( 2 months & less than 4000 Km) , I was upset & told them I had always reminded the sale person to check on the battery as I was buying from a reputed company paying 35 % extra than the local market believing everything will be Ok. The service advisor said their is no guarantee or warrantee for battery due to some chemical content. Even the manger was not supportive & tried to justify the workshop personnel . I paid the full amount & got the battery replaced paying almost double than the normal workshop , as I was not sure if something happens to order parts , they will not entertain.
But here | felt cheated as I was expecting Toyota as a reputed company will be checking the vehicle thoroughly before the delivery or should have the courtesy to change the battery with out any payment , as it was I changing the battery for the first time after purchase from them.
I don't think Toyoto or agent will come back on this
But I want the customers how ever is reading is aware & are alert, before any purchase from showroom believing them blindly

Hello To Al Futtaim customer service team
I want to submit an official complaint about your team in DIP branch for my request to buy and trade in a car via your website and DIP branch
It was handle very badly, unprofessional team, no following up or giving accurate information about the car, careless, slow, I have selected & pay booking fee on 28 Sep 2022 (order number 5008473) and till today 6 October 2022, I did not see the car or test drive as promise to be in 24 hours in your website, the car was removed from the website after I have paid booking fee, no one have called me to explain what happened, I had to call and follow with the team, who have informed that the car was not fully checked before posting and they have a doubts that something wrong with it then they have send it back to maintenance team, who did not provide the staff or me with any info about it till now and I have no idea when the car will be ready to test drive
No one from the DIP team is following with me I have to call them and check on what is happen on this every time, and every time no useful info
this is very poor customer service and care standards, very disappointed, the Al Futtaim is big name and brand in UAE and around the world and this is the way your team is handling such a small issue, I will not recommend any one to go through this experience
I hope some one can call me back and explain it cause the DIP team is careless and unprofessional

I have a toyota landcruiser prado 2022 model new. I just took the car for servicing at al badia service center dubai for 20000 km. My car s just 10 months old. Upon inspection they notified me there s a minor scratch mark on my brake disk which requires some work and it would cost me nearly 600 dhs.
This is not right for a brand new car. If there is a scratch mark on the car wich is 10 months old nd 20K driven then its about the low standard manufacturing of the car . Upon speaking with the manager the reason provided for the happening of disk scrath is due to moisture, dust and heat or else long standing of the car unattended. Toyota car is manufactured for GCC specs whoch is humid heat and dusty. My car is a daily usage car. These are a sub level mediocre reasons provided by the manager. The reason for buying toyota is for its reliability and long lasting. If the disk brake cannot withstand 10 months how am i expected to run the car for years. I have a service contract for 80K and a warranty for the car and yet they have to charge me to fix a substandard manufacturing. The manager is even comparing the toyota with other car companies saying they also face the same issues, why should he even compare i didnt buy that car i brought a toyota. If ur selling me a manufacturing default car and then charging for everyting during servicing is not fair. The car is just 10 months old and it should not have such issues .

Hi not sure if anyone actually reads these complaints but here goes.
I purchased a car from Al Futtaim a while back in good faith as they are supposed to be a reputable company that people can trust, how wrong was I?
When I purchased the car I was told that the vehicle had not been in any accidents and had no damage or re-paint. Obviously with no vehicle damage a cars value is a lot higher than a vehicle with damage so I paid the premium price thinking all was good.
I'm due to change my car now and was so surprised when the perspective person purchasing my car told me the car had been in an accident. I didn't believe the person as I thought maybe he was trying to offer me less for the car.
The buyer then sent me images of the car taken from the MOI vehicle check and to my shock and horror I could not believe what I was looking at!
He obviously pulled out of the sale and now I am left with a vehicle I cannot sell. If I would have known about this damage prior to me purchasing the car then obviously I would have pulled out of the sale.
The company sold me this vehicle knowing about the damage but failed to tell me and probably glad to get rid of a damaged car.
I spent lots of money having the vehicle serviced at the main dealer to keep up the value and keep the car in tiptop condition when in reality I could have taken it to some seedy garage in Sharjah and saved money.
I will be opening a case against these people for some kind compensation as I feel cheated and let down by a company who say they care about their customers but in reality don't care one bit! I went to see the manager at the Auto Mall in Festival City and they said they would call me back but as I expected nobody called back!
Don't trust anyone when buying a car! make sure you do a vehicle check and pre sale check before the sale! You might be surprised what they are trying to sell you!
My Vehicle purchased from Automall DIP
I stay in Dubai Industrial city, and I have purchased a preowned vehicle (AED from DIP Automall (since it is a reputed company and near to my residence) Ranault, Symbol 2017, white, Saloon car, KM117000 at the time of purchase and collected the vehicle of the payment and all formalities done in the Month of May 2022. within 2 months of purchase in July 2022, the vehicle suddenly does not start totally, dashboard shows no display. complained to the Alfuttaim Autoservice and they took the vehicle and after a month they called and said to collect the vehicle from Umm Ramool, Rashidya, I had to pay AED 180.00 (for no fault of mine) again within a month the same issue accrued, the vehicle suddenly doesn't start and no display on the dashboard. Again i have to call the service centre, on the 8th of September 2022, who have taken the vehicle to DIP Service center, I was called from service centre at DIP, saying they dont know the exact fault, and I have to pay additional if required, (Can you tell me why?) it means the Vehicle was not properly repaied before selling the vehicle. and till date no proper response from the service center, I am going to office paying for Rent pick up...
Being a reputed firm, I was assured that at least the vehicle will be hassle free for a year and was very much surprised that you sell like this vehicle.
I dont have the confidence to drive this vehicle, cause it mwill break down any time on the road while driving or while taking my relatives and friends ...
I would request for a complete refund of the payment or I still believe AL Futtaim and would request for another vehicle instead of this.

Booking of Rav4 - Delivery commitment not met
Visit TOYOTA showroom in Sharjah om 18th June.
Sales team explained in details about the trim , features , price etc.
It was told by the sales teamthat the waiting period is 3 months. Agreed and made advance payment of AED 2000.
Did the followup in between as well . After completion of three months the sales team and the manager are unable to give the delivery date.
Now they say it may take some more time and noo aware what is going come in the next shipment.
I had lot of expectations from Al Futtaim on the quality and delivery. But a big disappointment. If the team would have told me that it is going to take six months, I would not have placed the order and would have gone with some other option / brand.
I sincerely request the management to look into this matter and a give firm commitment.
Al Futtaim has very good name in the market and it should not be impacted with such incidents and loose its name. I need to think twice to stay

Fitted old tyre
In 2021 July we bought a Toyota corolla 2021 model from Sharjah showroom .
About 10,000 kilometres have been used now. In the meantime ,it happened to do the water service and it was seen as a big mistake that 2019 model tyres were fitted to the 2021 model car .
Complained through e mail and customer care but still got no reply .
Service maintenance
I purchased a used chevrolet cruze from Al-futtaim auto mall since 2 weeks and suddenly the car has a problem in engine
I call al futtaim to get appiontment for this problem I provide the car to maintenance service autocenter DIP in Dubai
They got the car and left it 3 hours without doing the first inspection
They asked me to drop the car and leave it and no way to go anywhere without a car
Who will handle the cost of transportation and maintenance
It is to bad service
Starting from the purchasing from there showrooms and all fake promises I had gotten from them till the bad after sales support
Nobody care about people time this is shame and it cause a bad reputation for this company

I have reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Mall. As they said in website and as per the agent I should get the car within 48 hours. It’s been 12 days they are saying different excuses like driver is not available, car is not starting and paper work delay. Paying 16-20 thousand extra from the market price and this is the service they are providing. Really pathetic.

Delivery of Toyota Highlander
I had booked a Toyota Highlander on 22nd May 2022 from the Fujairah showroom.
Its now 3 months and till now there is no news of the delivery. I want to know the tentative date for the delivery of the vehicle. I am driving a rent a car now and if the delivery is very delayed then I will go for another car.
When I talk to the showroom, all they say is very soon, since the day I booked the car.
All I am asking is for the tentative delivery date. If it is soon I will wait , otherwise I will buy another car.

I have purchased a car last May, I paid immediately cash after being pressured a lot by Mr. Ahmad Alhaiji who gave me ultimatum deadline to pay otherwise the price would have increased. I paid the full amount the same day, and when I came to collect the car the second key was missing. I don’t know here but I’m my country is not even legal to sell a car without the second key. Anyway since then on a weekly bases I get excuses for not giving me the second key. Mr. Ahmad Alhaiji disappeared and Mr. Mohammed Maher took over. He acted as if he would sort it out in no time, but again many excuses and no results. He has sent someone to my place that supposedly was able to register the new key but unfortunately he came with the wrong key. We rearranged for another visti yesterday between 8 and 9 pm but nobody showed up.
After 3 month nobody has been able to give me MY second key which I paid for!
Honestly this is becoming ridiculous!, I want the second key and I also want to renegotiate the benefit as I have to be somehow compensated for the bad service and the stress caused to be by it.
My next letter would be from my lawyer.

I went to buy a Toyota Corolla cross from Toyota Mussafah showroom August 2021 and requested to have car tint with heat isolation 70-100 percent and nanoceram protection,I didn't notice that the heat protection was not like I recommend, I talked to the salemasman sameh,he said it will get more dark in colour,I complain since June 3,2022 till today ,only recievng emails,we will respond,I call the call center and at the end no action,more than two month,their supervisor said because you are Egyptian ,they thought you will not pay,although I payed cash for the car and took extra Toyota insurance for the car paying more money.dont trust the salesman Sameh.

Toyota Rush 2023 model car
We bought our car from Al futtaim Festival city showroom on June 24th. After making down payment we started facing problems from sales person Ahmed. He stopped responding mails, calls and even very rude while talking. We filed several complaints against them by calling call centre. While taking the car he told that the car’s Number plate frame & even key chain is not available. He put the ordinary plat and promised us to call back after a month to fix this however he didn’t call. On 28th July we put a mail to him but as usual no response. I called twice to the contact centre and they assured that showroom’s manager will call back but till now no response. I’m really regretting to buy a car from Toyota as I’m getting worst service from everywhere
