Land rover discovery
I bought the Discovery last September 2021 & after 6 months this broke down. I contacted Al Futtaim to ring the recovery truck as I was very disappointed how this could happen after paying so much money!
It turned out it was a fuel pump issue that the power went. After fixing this between the fuel pump they covered, I have to pay for 2k+ for the battery replacement and spark plug as they told me it was not covered anymore by Automall. Apart from that they identified another issue and this time from the engine. It’s been 5 weeks and my jeep is still not fixed because they are waiting for the actual part which is very disappointing.
The first two weeks I rented a car & booked taxis which I forked out from my own pocket as Al Futtaim couldn’t cover it for me neither the insurance they sold it to me. I got the small rental car eventually and this is what I am using up to this point.
Much appreciated for your support as between unreliable transport they sold to me & now the delay in fixing my jeep, I am looking for your guidance for the next course of action. Thank you.
Desired outcome: I would like to return this to Al Futtaim due stressful events they put me through. My mental health is suffering because of this & very unhealthy that impacts my physical health too.
Al Futtaim showroom sold us a faulty car

brought the Rav 4 2019 model from Sharjah Al Futtaim showroom in Nov 2021 which had 42k mileage. At the time of purchase, they claimed the car is in mint condition and 99 checks were done. After a 10000km run, I gave the car for service at Ajam Toyota and they gave us a report of 6.5k Aed with recommendations to change the battery, tires, wiper, breaks, engine flushing, etc. I wonder what checks were done before they sold it to me. It's either the Toyota showroom that sold us a faulty car or the Toyota service center recommending false fixes. The reason I bought the car from Toyota is due to the credibility of the company however I am not sure I believe that anymore.
We have complained to the Sharjah showroom and we haven't received any response. I have tried calling the showroom manager, and they don't connect.
Though you mentioned 99 checks were done on the car that we bought from you, Toyota service center advises multiple issues that need to be addressed now even though the car has run only 10000km after the purchase. If 99 checks were done accurately why is the service center recommending contradictorily to your claims? Considering it's your own company that is contradicting your claims is rather surprising. I have already sent you the report the service center provided which recommends tyre, battery, breaks, wiper, engine cleaning etc with the estimate cost of 6500AED.
We have serviced our other cars in the same Toyota Service center and we have always had a pleasant experience and we felt we never were taken for a ride. However, we do think you have not sold us a car that you claim to be in mint condition. The reason we chose to buy the car from the Toyota showroom is due to the credibility of your company and the report we received from the service centre is not helping us to believe the same.
Can you let us know what can be done regarding the same as all the changes and fixes recommended by the Toyota Service Centre cannot be borne by us. Please also be mindful of the fact that the car is still under warranty.
Also, no one has called us so far. Appreciate your quick response.

I suffer from constant malfunctions in my car since its purchase, as not a month passes without any breakdown. In my last conversation with the Director of the Maintenance Department, Sharjah Branch, Mr. Walid, the treatment was very bad from him personally. He has no way of dealing as he did not ask me what my problem is, he started in a rude manner. He said that the negligence that existed from the branches that you dealt with, you will not find it with me, and I am a legal person, and if you want any help, you have to come yourself and I am responsible for helping the dealers.
Desired outcome: I need a final solution to the problems of my car by presenting it to real specialists, not just maintenance personnel. I also hope to get rid of my dealings with you completely by selling my car if I can
Sharjah is the worst service and several time I fight with this people. we will complaint no repose also.

You serviced our car last week and after it was serviced, it stopped dead in the middle of a major intersection putting our lives at risk (and those of others for FOUR HOURS. Then your service team wants to quibble about who will pay for the tow truck (our car is in warranty) and threatened to abandon us and our car in the middle of a major intersection all night long.
Desired outcome: YOU NEED TO FIX OUR CAR THEN HIRE A BETTER TEAM and train them. I would also like a sincere apology
Brand new Honda Civic AC compressor
I would live to highlight my case.
Because I’m extremely disappointed with Al-Futtaim Honda showroom service.
My car is brand new 2019 model (Honda civic -70924) My AC compressor is stopped working and after give my car to the showroom Rashidiya branch - um ramol - they confirmed me that they have changed the AC compressor and after 2 days it’s stopped working- I believe your service people doing fraud or what- Because if they replaced a brand new compressor how it’s not working again. I’m so fed up and worse Decision that I bought Honda car.
Desired outcome: Replace my car to new car. Because I don’t feel like I’ve brought a brand new car. I’ve not even completely 50kms and so many problems coming in my car
Toyota Rav4 2022 Model - excessive brake dust coming

i bought a toyota rav4 car on 23rd Feb 2021 from Dubai, Deira showroom, and currently i have runned only 224km, and i have noticed there is excessive dust coming from the front wheel brakes.
its a serious complaint from the manufacturer. when in inquired with your team and understand that this problem is coming to all same model vehicles.

Bad Followups and Misguided info/service
Renault Duster 2017 was purchased last Jan'22 and was only driven for 9 days and a warning icon appeared on the dash, it was linked with Engine and also states that it needs to see the vendor. Automall team was called and they have arranged a recovery very next day. Since it was taken to Umm Ramool Workshop till now there is no respond upon calling them about its whereabouts. Every time they its waiting for the parts coming from Romania and 2nd Key was also requested to provide which they said in 2 days we will come and deliver but all in vain. They have given us and still giving a very bad service, where this has also addressed at their portal but no contact from them. Its a huge dissapointment and fraud kind treatment to us. Almost 23 days without a car and no apologies is bothered also. One of the worst services of all
Desired outcome: Please Provide us the secondary. Twice Taxi was used and 900Dhs were used borrowing car from a friend. Provide back the car as fast as you can or give a back up vehicle like rent a car
inadequate and unsatisfactory service
I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from AL-FUTTAIM service center.
On 25th Jan 2022, I dropped my car Nissan X Trail D27732 at AL-FUTTAIM Service Centre UM-Ramool for Routine Service (80000KM).
Mr. Zeeshan was my Service advisor.
I was charged AED 1695/- for the service performed. As per the Invoice AED 400 was charged for the replacement of SPARK Plug Quantity X 4.
Please refer the attached Proforma Invoice.
But later on I have noticed that none of the Igniter plug were replaced and also in the Maintenance checklist respective column of SPARK plug nothing is marked as replaced. I have taken the car for a Physical confirmation and came to know that none of the Plugs fitted are new.
I wonder if this is standard practice at your Service Centre or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you to.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of the Invoice, Maintenance Checklist .

I never experienced such a worse service in my life from honda service center- um ramool.
Unprofessionalism and zero customer satisfaction is only thier goal.
Because of them, my car got all the issues and theg even dnt care about their mistakes.

In their promotion, they state that they are doing 99 tests and also they have a 7-day money back guarantee. My car made noises on the very first day of purchase, which I immediately reported to the dealership and service center so that they could take care of it, but they said they will make an appointment to check it. Despite their promise to schedule an appointment, I have not heard from them for more than a month. They deliberately delayed to avoid a seven-day money back guarantee. Now i am driving a noisy car which is not worth for money.

Orient - scratch / alloy repair
Appalling service and care - I paid an extra 2600 dhs for cover. I tried to get my car in for repair before the policy ran out as I had never claimed in 2 years. They tol me to go to Al Futtaim local here in RAK. They first told me to go away and that they could not help, then another guy came out and said fine we can do it... ? I l left the car with them for 2 weeks and they had not even started the small scratch repairs ! I had to get my car back, i need it for work so the work was not done. On top of that they would not release my car until I signed that the work was concluded! I did not sign and almost had to consider calling the police to get my car back... eventually they released it and I drove home. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY... I will never use Orient or event buy a car related to Al Futtaim - absolute rubbish...

i took toyota land cruiser on last september 2021, during the purchase company suggested to take smart tyre and alloy, which i paid 2599 aed and 8 coupons, during the purchase itself sales person told about the policy and i enquired clearly that if scratch is more than 15 cm, whether it will be done or not .they assured me that if its more thn 15 cm next coupon will be used, in that guarantee i took the STP .
1 week before i send my car in alfuttaim mussafah 19/12/21 customer no221785784, , they were saying policy has changed it cannot be done and because its got rejected that it is more than 15 cm
It is very disappointing, and my first bad experience in UAE in this last 9 years .i paid the the money, and now i am begging behind the people for doing so. car is in alfuttaim for more than a week, no updates from the team, even contacted the sales person he also does nt have any clear answere for the same .
i suggest every one not to take any of their products like paint protection, all of them are to fool the customer .

Fake Warranty & Useless Customer Service
This is the first time and the last time i will get anything from them. From the day i have bought the car there were minor faults and they said they will repair that once we take it to the service center. Its been 7 months now and nothing. However during the 7 months period we keep experiencing various issues with the car and this was also addressed to them. The car as per them is driven only 60, 000 KMS problem we are facing as if its been driven more than 150, 000 KMS... They lied on top of don't want to repair it and killing time for the warranty to fade out.

This is with regard to my car PILOT M 59426, which was given about four months ago for servicing and Middle console somehow while servicing they removed I informed them they said when u come next time for service we will fix it, then next service they fixed it but it has cracks on it, I asked them to replace it because this is not the condition I had given to them, now I dont trust these people as they play with customers, I NEED COMPLETE MONEY FOR THE CONSOLE
and second incident happens yesterday as I have given my car for accidental fixing about a week ago until now it has not been fixed n somehow my parking card for my building entrance in the car I asked them I need the card from my car so can I come and collect they said u can come and collect anytime 24hours, when I went there security did not allow me to get in, Honda Serviing centre they play with customers I had left my office all the way to collect my card they did not allow me person name SARUN had harsh discussion he said whoever u want to complaint you can go and complaint.
then my employee went there around 1030 he got the card why wasnt I allowed to get the card this is absurd, annoying and unacceptable
NOW I NEED COMPENSATION FOR MY wasted time about 2 hours, secondly petrol compensation I had spent going to honda show room to get the card and employee had spent also and lastly I need the amount to be paid for the console I DONT NEED FIXING BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEATERS they lie a lot about the services.

I just buy Honda Odyssey 2020 model just 3 month before. And now that car have issues with engine and meter. When I come to Honda service center al futtaim. So they said they will check and they need one day for that. I said okay take one day. After 2 days I'come back and one of person said you car still not in progress bcz it's in service clam and they need one more days to start checking. This is the service we get when we come here. When I buys this car from al futtaim in my mind is that they are very good for service and fast. Butt it's fully wrong. I did not accepted that.
