Service
Vehicle No. 34140 has a problem with mixing engine oil and coolant.
First, it happened at 40k, when the radiator was cleaned and repaired, then at 80k, when the same problem occurred, it was again cleaned and fixed,
and now it has happened at 100062km. Moreover, the vehicle was serviced by your workshop three times after the repair work was performed: 1000km after the repair, 90k Regular Service (26.July2021), and 100k Intermediate Service (14.Sept.2021).
According to Toyota standards, all checkpoints should be carried out as per your service contract and Toyota standards, this isn't happening. Can you please provide a solution for this?
Maintenance service.
My wife was told there was a leak, rear wash wipe. It was working perfectly. The water supply cable is now hanging loose and it looks like the plastic attachment is sheared.
The service book was left on the centre console, not stamped.
The engine bay plastic cover was not properly clipped into place on the right side.
We have spent nearly 11000 and on 2 services on a car we have owned from new. I'm tired of poor service, no help when I lodge a legitimate complaint. Someone has broken the rear wash wipe investigating a problem which was not there as far as I am concerned. This was something the service said was an issue? It worked perfectly when I brought it in, now it doesn't work at all. Really not interested in the continual lack of responsibility no one will take. It would be really refreshing for one honesty. Imagine the concept of customer service and a "sorry Mike we messed up". Maybe in the next life? Keep up the very expensive poor service. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from your group of companies. Sales centre and service centre
I brought the car back in April. The service from the sales centre was awful. I was told the car had full service history requested for it and was it wasn't provided it. Since having the car I am having issue after issue the service centre do not call back. Abdallah the service manager ignores all calls and text messages. The dealership is a mess!

I am Dr. MALIK Weld-Ali, I have scheduled a meeting for a road test in dealershop Abu Dhabi Airport road. From my first seconds inside Toyota, a girl named Aziza who wore a badge of different name was rude with me.
My complaint is because I schedule to try RJ car and she was sarcastic that there was no such car in this branch and then she gave me the worst experience I could expect as potentially I was interested in leasing a car from you but it seems that you need to check with your staff how to respect people.
She talked to her manager who was looking at me from distance but I don't know his name and all I can do is to report my bad experience and to share with my connection who I wish they don't have same experience as mine

Dear all,
I have been servicing my car in Toyota (RAV 4 plate no. H79885) in Sheikh Zayed AL Quoz Branch but the last few times the service was really unacceptable :
1- I had my regular service in July and there as a sound coming from the roof I asked for the service provider to check and she said that their is a part which needs to be ordered and replaced but it will take around 40 days so I place the order.
2- I had my next service a week ago and I asked to replace the above part (rubber) in addition I had an issue with my AC (it stopped couple of times)
The report came back after checking as per the following:
1- AC needs gas!(although the cooling was excellent but it was only disconnecting) I asked are u sure they said this is the only issue.
2- Brake pads needs change
3- One of the belts
5- there was leakage by one of the tires
The above costs me almost 3700 AED which I agreed on and paid.
As per the above I should receive my care after the inspection road check as they mentioned in a perfect condition...
Unfortunately the sound still there from the roof, A lot of sound coming from the care in general as if it is not assembled together in addition that the AC is stopping again and making huge sound now!
I don't think this is considered a god service as I am wasting time and money renting other car. In addition they are putting us in an unsafe situation..
I called the service provider and she advised to bring the car again... I will but this is not a solution every time I have to come back for the same reason and pay huge amount cause the people are not checking it right.

I took my car functioning perfectly for aesthetic purpose Diamond brite in body shop mussafah branch last September 22, 2021and all went good until they brought me back my car same day before 6pm, the buttons on the steering wheel was NOT working so iwaited a little bit more., no issue. next day 23rd evening a persistent pop outwarning says "SRS Airbag System Malfunction Visit your dealer".i called right away [protected] and unfortunately its out of working hours andnext day, friday limited staff are working and a service advisor called me and told me it's okay to drive the car for awhile and advised to bring my car next day and brought my car saturday in toyota wave musaffah at 11am.until now no calls are made for any single update. i even called before 2pm and 5 pm for an update.literally asking for any update. obviously my concern was totally disregarded i'm very disappointed because of the negligence in some part of the job, a simple service can cause all these.most importantly was they took my time, A PLANNED days off supposedly had something IMPORTANT to do since in the first place went to toyota to be in safe hands yet it is frustrating. i hope you look into the details and do something which is NEEDFUL. Land cruiser 2017
Recently purchased car with value 195000 aed from automall given with a bad condition tyre back in 2018 year model, tyre warning light appeared on the 4th day after delivery, even though taken the car to the service centre on the 3rd day for rectification. Tyre cracks appeared as well. Needs immediate attention from the management as the service centre staffs were not supportive and with strange attitude.
Denting painting service
I took my Car to body shop sharjah on 16/09 to get the quote for full body paint, one of your staff Yasir attended me and checked my car and advised me that he will call me asap but till today i have not received any call. Seems like he dont want to entertain my query. I am very disappointed with your customer service. Kindly look into this matter and revert with a feedback with the valid reason why my query was not been entertained.

I am complaining about the service and staff in Alain branch
I am sending to you this email complaining about the car service provided to my vehicle and service staff at Al Ain new Branch.
I booked for normal car service on Saturday 11th.Sep.2021 and requested the car to be be ready on the same day since I need it due to work nature and related issues access permits under my car, I delivered the car at 11:45 and your staff Mr.Ramesh Kumar completed the full inspection and informed that car will be ready by end of day
At 16:00, I received a call from Mr.Ramesh informing that they were not able to complete the service due Bonnet is not opening and suspected cable issue, I informed that am doing the car service at the agency only and no one opened the bonnet except Toyota team, he replied that maybe it the technical team on other branch causes the damage!
Note:
Since I bought the car I am only doing service at the agency to maintain the extraordinary service as known.
He advised to drive the car and bring it for service whenever suitable and will do the necessary
I brought the car again on Monday Evening and they informed that by Tuesday it will be ready
On Tuesday he informed that bonnet is open and service is done but cable need to be replaced and spare will arrive by end of day and informed that I can come and collect the car by Wednesday evening.
On Wednesday, I came to collect the car and I was advise to go and complete the payment cause cashier will close soon
I went and do the payment and I noticed that I was charged for the cable and the service 723AED.
When I highlighted my concerns he advised that I am suppose to pay for it not the agency
I clearly mentioned that I will complain regarding that.
Moreover, when I come to collect the car, I noticed that it was in washed and in the same condition when I brought it and (engine also not washed), I asked why, he tried to fool me and told me that care already washed before and for the engine it can't be washed cause it will cause damage
I convinced him with photos that Car never been washed wish prove (foot print, Papers inside and some dust) but still trying to convince me that am wrong
I called another staff (Mr.Kashif Ali) and he tried to convenience me that car is washed as well
(photos for car after service are there I can provide it to you as an evidence that car never been washed)
The he took the car inside and instead of washing it again he tried to fool me and only clean it with wipes from outside... 😓😓

During my recent service, I was told about additional works which I do not agree to i.e. Replace Tie rod end & Replace 4x4 center oil seal. If oil seal is failing within such short time for such an expensive car, is not acceptable.
I strongly believe that it either due to bad quality material or bad workmanship. Expecting positive response pl.

Car Service at Al Futtaim Automall Service Centre
I have been customer with Automall since 2017 bought my first car from Al Futtaim Auto mall and again i bought my 2nd car from Auto Mall, after the second purchase i had in December 2021 some parts missing in my Toyota Rav4 2017, so i was ask to visit service center, visited in January 2021 and informed we will order the items and call back, never received any call made a followup after a month was told 01 part has been received but another 01 is still pending again waited for a month no call, almost after 03 months had a flat tire and visited for replacement, work was done again followed on my parts replacement now this time i was told as my service of 80k KM is near better i get an appointment and parts will be replaced same time, so i followed and made an appointment for service on 07/08/21 after almost 8 months of my purchase, finally parts were replaced and service was done, took my car came back home noticed Bluetooth is not being connected, contacted 6 times to call center to get in touch with someone or a call back from service center for guidance no call back, after N no of tries i received a call back took another appointment handed over my car, waited for almost 03 hrs and was told have to leave the music system as their are some problem and has to be sent to service center, came back received another call after 03 days music system is fixed i should come back to get it installed, went back again on 30/09/21 at 11 am WOW had to wait until 14:30 pm and here my car comes back all good to go but how was that possible so i checked Bluetooth is connected but my voice isn't going to the caller or receiver hmm now what spoke to the service center staff was told no worries may be some fault in the mic, again service started and WOW they discover MIC is missing, so their was no MIC in my car after the service. staff said he will order new MIC and come to install at my place to avoid me traveling and spending my whole OFF day on this work, here i am waiting for the replacement and no call until date and finally my frustration brought me on this page to write this story and spend another minutes of my life with Al Futtaim Auto Mall!

I had already purchased and registered a car (Nissan X trail) from Automall Ajman but not yet taken the delivery because of the false commitments made by the staff.
From the day I came to the showroom I made it very clear that I need the car on urgent basis as I have commitments that need to be fulfilled on urgent basis.
So far 4 times the day of delivery had changed, it's very upsetting and frustrating too.

I walked in with a dislocated shoulder without appointment and because it was the only clinic having orthopedic this time as per the advice from my insurance.
Been now waiting for almost 2 hours without even seeing the dr noting that when i walked in he told me there's only 2 or 3 patients ahead of me and this will be my waiting time .
And after those two hours when i asked again the nurse told me there's another 5 to 6 patients with appointments.
This's just ridiculous and the worst experience ever,
Am in severe pain while writing this feedback right now wishing to find any help

I purchased a car four weeks ago from Mussafah branch and nothing but problems. Parts are not fixed, DVD devices in head rests don't work, AC not working properly, remote start no longer working.
I returned the car for repairs but have been without any vehicle or 2 weeks. I asked for a courtesy car as a goodwill gesture while the car is repaired and am yet to receive a response.
Al-Futtaim took my old car in part exchange. I wished I had kept my old car rather than purchase a new one from Al-Futtaim.
Desired outcome: To get a car that functions or to get my money back.
Car service at al wahda service centre.
I have booked my car service on saturday 21.07.2021 at 10.10am and I have received a notification on 30.07.2021 stating my appointment time changed to 11.20am without checking with me. When i reached in service centre advisor asking me to keep the car there for 4 to 5 hrs (this is for 10k normal service) and I requested to meet the service manager but I still not success to meet the manager wasted my 1 hour for the reception manager. Totally I spent 2hrs at the centre and no action or no feedback or assist from the staff. This the very bad experience in my whole business with you.

Medical Insurance
Dear,
I have submitted my medical road accident documents on 24th January 2021 to Fisco. And I am getting reply on April that road accident claim is not eligible. Is their it is mentioned in Orient insurance contract that they have to inform customer after 3-4 months.
Why can't they inform earlier on the date of submission. I would go for another option.
