I bought a shoe from the store but they didn't have my size so it was shipped. I bought for an occasion, it said it will come before that date but then it came late and couldn't wear it. When I received it the shoe was damaged and the box was damaged too. When I opened it I just wore it to see if that fits me. I was busy in the summer with my summer class so I took it to the store after a month but as a policy I can change it within two months. The employee were very rude and they said oh it's Woren We can change it she is lying right in front of me.
This is not how customer service should look like. I called about my shoe and the district manager should contact me but they didn't it's been two months I have been trying to reach customer service but The call doesn't g transferee to an online agent. Their service is so so so bad. It's the worst Store and service I have ever experienced. And I want it to be resolved. I am a student and the shoes were not cheap. I spend $78 on this shoe...

I was at the Aldo in west Edmonton mall in Canada, I was shopping there and the manager with the name Judit was working there and basically screaming about how she's racist, I am a Muslim women, I accidentally left a shopping bag there, and when I get back an employee gave me the bag and told me that the manager Judit made a joke about there being a bomb in there. This incedent happened to me in Al Bahar center in kuwait .I' m complaining about the company policy.I'm a mother with two kids four and three years .My kids where standing out the store with their maid, but they where going in and out of the store while me where buying a bag..The salsewoman ; her name's Beberly told me to keep my kids either out of the store or in the stores due to the company policy that check the number of people who comes to the store .I told her, howcome ? they are only kids, it's their nature to move around."Do you want me to make a scene like shouting at them or to chain them .They are only kids and I'm sure you would have cameras showing you the people checking in whether they are kids or adults .What is the harm for the them to mcome in and out as long as they are not. missing things or ruining the products .This policy tells me as a mother with young kids to not come with my babies again and that I'm not welcomed .It's rude and i felt insulted .Your store is the only one with such insulting policy. . .Is this policy for real ?

I have bought this pair of shoes online on May 28 2017 by order number [protected], and make payment through Paypal.
I have worn this shoes not more then 5 times, and inner sole of this is come out. I was out of country for 2 weeks, so could not complain earlier.
Yesterday, i went to your store at Newport mall, Jersey city NJ., cashier was not at all helpful and asked me to call on [protected].
I called on this number yesterday and representative has asked me to send pictures of the shoes damaged.
This kind of quality, after sales service in not expected from Aldo company.
If, i buy through Pay pal, i can not replace in store policy is not customer friendly.
Please look in to the picture and arrange to replace this in your store at Newport mall earliest.

This is to bring your attention to the pathetic quality of the two footwear I purchased from the ALDO outlet at R-City Mall in Mumbai. The two footwear I purchased on 10 June 2017 costed me INR 6474/- (bill attached) at a discount being offered at the outlet (the full price for both was INR 9998/-).
Both the footwear have precisely been worn twice and the V – Strap of one has cracked at multiple places with pieces chipping off (pictures attached). The pasting of the second piece is giving way at multiple places (pictures attached). Both these footwear are from current stock and being sold at the various outlets as I write this email.
Such serious quality defects in merchandise being sold by an international brand like ALDO at a significant price are not acceptable! To top it when we reported the issue to the outlet, the store manager (Mr. Nasir Shaikh ) expressed his inability to deal with the quality issues (even though he agreed that there was a quality issue with both the pieces) and gave us your email id as the authority who has the power to address this concern. There were other buyers at the outlet who saw the condition of new footwear and were shocked at the lack of customer service attitude being shown by your store manager!
Please collect the footwear from my address as I do not wish to keep them (address in signature below). I have lost faith in your brand and want a full refund of the amount paid at the time of purchase.
I trust as the authority to deal with such issues and the custodian of the ALDO brand in the region you will address this concern of mine at the earliest. I look forward to hearing from you on the redressal measures within the next 48hours.

Hello there, on May 13, 2017 I bought a leather sandals at Maisonville Mall at London, canada. I wore them to travel but when I was at the airport after walking for about 30 minutes my right foot shoe appeared to be a burn and my feet starting getting black like you have a dirty feet. I couldn't wear them anymore. When I came back from my vacation I went to return or exchange them but they didn't accept them letting me know sorry but we can't do anything about it. I am very disappointed with this customer service.

We were at the store today, my husband was looking for a flip flop, he saw one in the window which was not blocked, and reachable, so he picked it up, one shop staff shouted:"you cannot take it from the window", so my husband realised it was not right to pick it up, so said sorry to him twice and put the shoe back. But that was not the end of the story, the staff then keep on saying in a unfriendly tone: " look what you have done to the window, blah blah blah..." I wasn't quite happy about his attitude so I said to him :" my husband already said he was sorry twice, shall that end the issue?" And he then started shouting:" of course that's not end of it, looked what you have done to the window..." then I repeated myself:" my husband already said sorry to you twice." And then he started to say to me:" can you stop shouting!" I was shocked as he was the one shouting since the beginning and he is telling me off, I really don't understand what kind of attitude this was to treat a customer, I said to him:" can I have your staff number please, I wanted to file a formal complaint to Aldo." And he shouted to us:" get out, just get out!" I really felt the way he treated a customer was ridiculous, and he then threatened to call the police if we don't leave, I totally did not understand what we have done to deserve this kind of treatment! Since him seems to be losing control and I could not communicate to him at all, I then asked another store staff on how can I file a formal complaint to Aldo, he told me just go to Aldoshoes.com, but I couldn't find a link on their website to file a complaint, so I write the experience here, just to express my feelings, hope I am not the only one think this was not the right attitude to treat customers.

Hello there! I bought leather open toe shoes on a block heel for 80€. I wore them at home for a little bit just to make sure they are comfy before I went out wearing them in the street. After walking to town for 10minutes I've realized that I have to turn back as the seam at the front was cutting my toes.
After I got home hardly able to walk I found that my skin on my toes was cut, when I took a picture after few days I had a blister too.
Next day I went to return them as obviously I won't be able to wear them. I've been told that I can't return them as I've already walked in them.
Do I have a right to return shoes that were not made for walking?

I bought these heels at Galleria Houston on May 26, 2017. I didn't check my shoes until i got home because i was in a rush. i looked at my left foot shoe and seen what appeared to be a burn. not a scrap or scratch but a small hole on the front of the left shoe. there is no way my shoe could have gotten burned from walking around at a graduation ceremony in a school gym. i want to seek an inquiry on a possible repair or replacement. if it comes to it, a money back. thanks !

On the day of Wednesday (May 17 ) I made a purchase in the Aldo of Cherry Hill Mall (New Jersey). My purchase came up to $143.48 so I knew I had enough to apply a specific coupon. The coupon stated if I bought a $75 gift card & used it, I would receive $25 off of my next purchase. The manager of the store was very disregarding after I presented the coupon. First I was told the promotion was over. I showed her the fine print which stated that the promotion ended in June. Next she told me the store didnt have anymore "special" $25 gift cards there was nothing she could do. She also told me to make another full purchase next month so I can get the gift card on the following purchase after that one which would be irrelevant to this matter. The reason I specifically went to the Aldo store that day was to take part in the current promotion.
Not being accommodated for a promo that Aldo is advertising online was a big disappointment. Over the years Aldo has been one of the main shoe stores Ive purchased through, as well as recommended to others. I know this manager's bad service does not represent the company as a whole & would appreciate your assistance. Im attaching the promotion along with my receipt.

I took my return items to my local UPS Store to be shipped out 4/25/17. Today is 5/11/17 & I still hadn't received my refund money in my account. I called Aldo & they said they received my package on 4/28/17! I asked why my money wasn't put back in my account the day they received my order & the lady on the phone said "I don't know". If I never would of called, I never would of received my money! This is ridiculous.
Same happened to me. Sent shoes and waited about two weeks before call and agent said that it was processed but never push for return. they are very easy on taking your money but never give back. Awfulllll!

I have ordered two bags from Aldo in the past 6 months and both of them have broke the same way about each a month in and I'm honestly pissed, the long over the shoulder strap .the rings you attach it too have come off the stitching has come undone and hey just break off there's is no way of fixing it and I want my money back or a new bag, fix your design.i will no longer be purchasing from also for purses

Walked in today May 9, 2017 Tuesday. Saw a blonde lady running back and forth to the back and glanced at me 2x and then greeted me, she paid no attention to me until she went to the front when another employee came in. The blonde was dressed inappropriately and was showing off her belly and see that she has a tattoo. I felt like I wasn't welcomed and pretty much been ignored I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager so I kept to myself and felt like she was very rude and disrespectful! Poor service
the poor service received regarding my vip card
[protected] MS Dlamini i applied for a VIP CARD and was success and I went to Cresta mall for activation a week ago on 01 May 2017 when I got to the store i was told to shop around and come back later for my card and contract. When I later got back to the store i was told that the contract was not available and I will be called on my phone as soon as it was available. Till today no response until I called the store and was again told it's still not available and that I could go to clearwater they will definitely help me. Today I went to clearwater and was told they could not help me as my card was activated at cresta, I told the lady helping me I will not go there and she suggested they will make means of getting the card to me. She was very helpful. I am very disappointed at how the matter was handled by creasta store. The fact that I wasted petrol for nothing, driving almost 60km is very unfair. Maybe when they looked at me at aldo cresta mall they just saw stupid who don't deserve to be issued an account.

On 4th of February, 2017 I bought a pair of boots in Aldo (item: 23-05-01-Gerrade) for € 93, 98. On 24th of FebruaryI had to return the item, once that after a few uses the boot was completely damaged (photos attached) and I exchanged for the same model (the salesperson told me that it wouldn't happen again). On 8th of April I returned it again for the same problem - and I had to go to the store with the boots on my feet because I didn’t have another pair of boot to use. I exchanged for another model for € 83, 98 - they refunded me the €10, 00 in Aldo voucher (and I put the new boot in the store as you can see In the photo - I was talking with the salesperson and the manager without shoes, because I was wearing the only boot that I had at the time - the damaged Aldo boot) but after a few uses I couldn’t use it again because it hurts my foot (on the top of toe). I tried to have my money back today (28th of April) but the manager told me that I couldn’t return the item for the reason that I gave: because it hurts my foot. I am extremely disappointed with Aldo. For two times I had to exchange a pair of boot for damages and for the third time I tried to have my money back because I just can’t use the other model of boot once that I hurts my foot so badly that I just can’t use it! It was the worse experience that I ever had in a store: with the product and then with the customer care that the salesperson and the manager gave to me. I really want my money back (€83, 98) because is not fair that I can’t use an item for the simply reason that it hurts so much my foot. I would like to have a feedback of Aldo because is not fair that I am being injured several times for a product that I am not even using!
refuse to refund shoes with ripped tongue

I have bought a pair of shoes from Aldo store (address: 550 Terminal Ave b14, Ottawa, ON ).
I wore it just twice. Suddenly I noticed that one tongue has been detached.
From the pictures attached, you can see that they are still in new conditions.
I took the shoes to the same store, and the sales person refused to take the shoes and refund my money.
I asked to talk to her manager, and she said that she was the acting manager.
She told me to call the customer service, and she refused to do it herself.
I called them and they told me to send an email to the company with the pictures, and that they cannot assist on the line!
I took time to take a lot of pictures and send them an email.
4 days have passed and I have got no response. My wife also sends them an email from her own account, but they did not reply either.
So I have tried to go to store, to call, and to send an email. I have received no response.
Aldo has sold me a piece of crap and now they don't take any responsibility for that.
Customers should not be treated this way. It should be very easy to return a crappy product and get the money back.
If I don't bring the shoes to the same store from which I have bought, what else can I do?
I would request a full refund on my credit card ($62.12).
I would never recommend Aldo to anybody.
Beware, even if it is on 70% sales, don't buy from them! It's not worth the time and money.

I have purchased many times from Aldo and never had any trouble with them. Unfortunately Aldo changed a lot and they are not so good as they used to be. Customer service is highly unprofessional and useless, they can't help me with my issue. I bought a pair of shoes and received the wrong size, so I contacted them in order to get a replacement, but their rep claimed they that they don't accept returns!
As I said before this wasn't my first time with Aldo and I know that they do accept return. But for some reason that person tried to assure me to keep the shoes. What happened to Aldo? They are horrible!
It was 100% their fault and they don't want to do anything to help me. I will not use them again!

I have purchased a pair of shoes from Aldo and received a payment confirmation message. They did not give me a tracking number and after 4 days of waiting I decided to ask Aldo if everything was fine with my order. Their rep said that my order was not available and they cancelled it. I asked for some explanation, because there was no information about that on their website. They said they were sorry for all the difficulties they caused me and offered a discount on my next order. I refused because I will not buy from them again, I hate wasting my time.
Now I'm waiting for a refund but it takes longer than I expected.

On Nov.26, I found a cute but defective clutch at Aldo store in Great mall Milpitas California and the clerk said I could order and receive it on my address. At first, I told i would buy online but he said it's free shipping if I buy at the store. So I paid with my credit card and got the receipt with the order confirmation email soon after the purchase. For two weeks, I waited for the product to arrive until I found the email delivered on November 29 saying it's out of stock and I have to go to the store with the receipt and present this email to get a refund.
Right after that, I emailed Aldo customer service to ask why I have to waste my time when it's not my fault and get me a refund without a visit. For 3days there was no answer so I went to the store today (Dec.8) around 12:40pm.
There was a woman on the counter and I tried to explain the brief story. But she just cut my words saying she cant give me a refund because she did not receive any email about refund from Aldo. At first, I didnt get it because I did everything I was told to do. So the conversation was the following:
Me: I have the receipt and email saying i need to present this to the store for a refund. So why...
She:(Again cutting my word) I know, I know but I can't. I will be in trouble.
Me: Then what should I do? It's not my fault. I already sent email to them.
She : (Looking at other customer) are you looking for another size? Contact the customer service.
Me: I already emailed and no reply for three days.
She: Call them.
Me: What's the phone number?
She: it's on the bottom of your receipt.
me:(trying to find the number from email and Aldo website) i cant see in in my email. Can you give me the number?
She: it's on the bottom on your original receipt.
Me: okay. Then i will call them. Can i have your name?
She: why do you need my name?
Me: To explain them who said to me to do what?
She: I don't have to give you my name under the law.
Me: (To another clerk)she's saying she cant give me her name. Can I see the manager?
She: (LAUGHING not smiling) I am the manager. Just call them.
That was the end of it. I felt humiliated and even felt discriminated by her attitude. There was no apology but rudeness and laughing. And I have never heard of the law not to give their names to customers. Then who will take responsibility if things go wrong?
So I didn't get my clutch, and my credit card was already charged, i brought the receipt and email required and she still did not do anything, of course no "sorry." If the store manager whose name is in secret had had the apologetic attitude for the problem caused by the company or was just a bit more cooperative, I would have not been upset as much as I am now.
I've checked Yelp and of course it has only 2stars out of 5. I do not understand why Aldo does not do anything to solve these issues.
I am not going to let this go and i will write to consumer protection agency and BBB. I want face to face apology from the store manager who was the rudest sales associate I've ever met and expect better service from the store.

Ordered two pairs of shoes. My order arrived in a timely manner and I was very impressed with that. One pair was ok, I liked it a lot, but the other one was too small. So I contacted Aldo customer service and asked for a replacement for a bigger size, but they said that was the last size in stock. Then I asked for my money back but they claimed that was not possible. Tried to get some reasonable explanation but they just stopped replying. Never again!
