purchased a ticket on May 22, 2023, including TripFlex. In September, I needed to reschedule trip. Used website, was unable to use, due to Allegiant. Called customer service, waited on line for an hour, no response. Tried several more days to contact. Sent an email, waited 10 days, no response. Found another number through a friend. Was told it would cost me $336.00 to reschedule. I was told TripFlex was for health insurance!. I asked for supervisor, his name was Eddie. Talked to him several times over several days to retify and he told me I needed to use website (which did not allow me) or go to nearest airport to talk to agent. I drove 1 1/2 hours to talk to agent. She informed me that they do not reschedule or help to purchase tickets there. I pushed it and she called a number and was on hold for a half hour, hung up and called a different number and finally I was helped to change ticket. Cost was $53.00! It took me 2 months, hours of incovenience and gas money to drive to airport, all because your website was not working correctly and your customer service did not know how to change it themselves. I am very unhappy with this process and would never recommend your airline to anyone.
Desired outcome: I would like someone to acknowledge my complaint and compensate me for all the time it took me to get this fixed.
