Returned from Las Vegas on Sunday Jan 28 2024to Kalispell Montana and ticket agent at the airport charged me for 1 checked bag !

I told her that I has already paid for the return bag and she was vert rude and said no and that I had to pay $75.00

I have been trying to contact Allegiant since my return and on February 2 202i spoke to someone explained my situation and found the discrepancy that I prepaid at the time of booking and said I would be refunded within 2 weeks.

That has now been over a month ago, Please refund this over charge to my American Express card ASAP.

I am very disappointed in your customer service and the rudeness of your ticket agent, Also upon our departure from Kalispell to Las Vegas the ticket agent there also rude and charged me for overweight which was only 3 pounds over and I further said the luggage was for 2 people and charged a further $50.00.

I look forward to your REPLY ASAP. in addition have a tried call you about this for the past month. Thanking you in advance got yiur cooperation in the matter.
