My brother in law and his wife and pet dog were denied boarding because the zipper was stuck on her dog carrier and they desk attendant said the dog needed to turn around in her carrier on command...this is his service dog and she is trained to turn around in a carrier and that is NOT LISTED AS A MANDATORY POINT ON YOUR PET PAGES!
His wife became angry and she speaks broken English, they then told her SHE COULD NOT FLY!
