Refused to accept return
I bought a hearing aid for my grandmother from this website www.americahears.com. Order arrived in time and it was nice. But unfortunately my grandmother wasn't excited about it. She said it wasn't comfortable to wear and that after using the aid she had a terrible headache. Well, she's very old and there was nothing I could do to change her mind. She refused to use the aid.
After that I contacted Americahears customer service and explained the situation. They refused to refund my money and accept the aid back! They said that I was supposed to think about that before ordering. Are you kidding me? How could I know how a 92 year old woman would react to that?
Very poor service, they simply did not care. I would not recommend this company!
Bad-quality and the services are the worst
I bought hearing aids for my grandfather from the website www.americahears.com. The quality was horrible and the customer services also. After the hearing aids broke, I immediately contacted the seller and asked to change them. The seller refused and started to avoid my emails, but once he replied and it was horrible. A lot of mistakes and horrible words. Not recommended website and better avoid them or you will lose money.
