American Lube Fast review: The service that I received

I went to get my oil changed at 2413 Sylvester Hwy Albany, Ga. When I got the re there was another car in the Bay Area. The man came to my car and asked what am I getting he lifted my hood and came and got my sticker from the window. He went and got in the other car behind the wheel and then came back to get an oil thing from the wall . All this stuff that is on the receipt he did not do. He pulled the dip stick and brought it to the window and I asked why is the oil so dark he said “you have a GFI and it’s gonna be dark” He proceeded back to the other people’s car laughing and talking to them. I never saw him check no fluid levels or add anything to my car not even pull the hose over to put the oil in. I sit in the car so I can see all that. He asked me my mileage and closed the other people hood down brought them and me a sticker out . He began to direct them out of the bay hollering over to me 86.34. When he came to the car I asked what happened to all of the codes and things you guys normally call out when changing oil he stated “oh it’s too hot for that” that response was very unprofessional and I really don’t even think my oil was changed .
