On 12/9, I asked Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram to cancel my gap coverage. I filled out the necessary paperwork and was told it was sent to *** to be canceled. However, I haven't heard anything back from Antioch cdjr, so I reached out to partners alliance to cancel through them instead. Unfortunately, Antioch is the one who needs to issue the refund check. I've called them multiple times to inquire about my money, but I never receive a response. On 12/23, I confirmed with partners that my coverage was indeed canceled. I've made several attempts to retrieve my money, but it seems like they're playing games with it, which I'm familiar with since I used to work there. They should consider themselves lucky that I haven't reported them. All I want is my money, plain and simple.

I gave them all the documents they needed to cancel. I called at the end of November to ask about the refund, and they said it takes 6-8 weeks, so it should come soon. I called again in December, and they said they might be behind because of COVID. I called again in January, and they admitted that they sent the paperwork to the wrong GAP insurance company. They sent it to the right company and said I would get the money before February 20. I have called many times since then, and they keep saying the same thing - that the money is coming. But today, the sales manager got confused and thought I cashed the check. It's been 6 months since I canceled, and I still haven't received my money. The dealership won't give me a check. I want my money right away.

The financing agent assured me that the numbers were the same. It was only when I got home and reviewed the documents on a thumb drive that I noticed the discrepancy.
The next business day, I called and the agent admitted the mistake. They promised to send the full amount to Chrysler Capital for a refund to my account. I made another call on 2.5.20 and was informed that these things take time. When I called on 3.26, they mentioned that things were taking longer due to COVID and assured me not to worry. Even if the check arrived after I had paid off the loan, Chrysler Capital would send it to me.
On 6.16, I called again and the agent said he would investigate and call me back. However, he had made similar promises in the past, but never followed through with a return call. I made several more calls on 9.9, 9.10, 9.11, 9.17, and 9.24, but each time he claimed to be "busy" and promised to call back.
Finally, on the 24th, I spoke to the manager who assured me that the full amount would be returned. He was aware that the loan had been fully paid, including the disputed $1985.05. Since then, I haven't heard anything, and my account with Chrysler has been closed.

I saw the vehicle advertised on their website (February 5, 2022) for $36,400, MSRP minus $2,250 Savings, Sale price $34,150. The salesman said that the incentive was through rebates. I qualified for 3 rebates, bringing the price to $33,555. This price was approved by management. I trusted the salesman and thought the financial office would have the agreed sale price on the contract. Because of an emergency at home, I made the BIG mistake of not checking the documents I signed. At home, I discovered that the Sale Price on the contract was inflated to $40,631; $4,231 over the advertised price. The next business day, I went to dispute the contract and met with the Sales Manager. Besides inflating the sale/cash price, they also added to the contract an extended warranty and other services that I never asked for. I also got double charged for an undercoating service. Total overcharges were $10,627. I canceled the extended warranty and other services for which they sent a check to the financial bank for $7,000, this included the $1,000 double charge for undercoating. The refund should have been $6,500 but the manager added $500 to shut me off from refunding me the remaining $3,627. The dealership offered me another $1,000 but I didn't accept. I said I would settle for at least $3000, which he refused. After getting the run-around and not getting my calls returned by the dealership and the owner, it is obvious that they don't intend to pay me back. Shame on them! I strongly believe they take advantage of any person they can. Their practices are deceptive and they need to stop. I am asking that they send a check for $3,000 (which is not the full amount they owe me but the amount I told the dealership I will agree to settle) to the financing entity as a credit to my loan.

We bought a new Jeep from them in 2012 and also purchased a lifetime warranty for the vehicle. We thought it was a smart investment since we planned on keeping the Jeep for a long time. The warranty was in effect and we used it, but there was a change. Once the vehicle reached *** miles, we had to pay for a rental instead of getting one for free. We've had most of our service done at the dealership's service department, and the service manager knows us and our vehicle well.
Fast forward to 2021, we bought a second Jeep from the same dealership. We also bought an extended warranty, but the lifetime warranty was no longer available. In April , my husband took our 2011 Jeep to the service department for some repairs. When the service manager entered the claim, he informed us that our lifetime warranty had been canceled. He made a few phone calls and told us to contact the warranty company ourselves to resolve the situation. We were all confused, including the service manager, as the only way the contract could be canceled is if we canceled it ourselves. I have attached condensed notes from various pieces of paper. To this day, we haven't received a valid reason for the cancellation of our warranty or any proof that it was canceled, except for the service department's computer marking it as such. We have already paid over $1800 for repairs that should have been covered by the warranty. We have made multiple calls to the warranty company and visited the dealership, but we're not getting any answers. Now, they're not even returning our calls. We sought help from an attorney, who suggested filing this complaint. Thank you.

I bought a used car from this business. Within weeks of the purchase, the check engine light came on. I called the business and they told me to bring it in. The salesman brought out the general manager, who gave me a document about the "As is" sales. However, he said he would pay for the diagnostic, but only after I complained. There was a nearby service center in Antioch, but the general manager didn't want me to take it there. I didn't understand why, but I wanted to follow their instructions, so I took it all the way to the service center in ***. The general manager said he used to work there and they would take care of it. When I arrived, they had no idea what I was talking about and said the general manager didn't even call as he said he would. I called him back and he said he didn't call because he thought I would go the next day. This was already a series of lies. The service center manager told me to bring the car around. My friend and I were there when the service team did the diagnostic. They relayed the codes to us, which indicated that the motor was shot and needed to be replaced. However, they assured me that it was covered under a recall. I called Antioch Chrysler to inform them of the situation. The very next day, the service center called back and said my vehicle had no oil in it. They refused to do any work on it and said it now needed a new knock sensor. I was confused because I was told the day before that the motor was shot. They apologized and said sorry. I called Antioch Chrysler again, but received no response. I didn't give up until I spoke to the general manager, who told me he was very busy. He instructed me to bring the car back to the Antioch ***. However, when I did, the service center said they couldn't do any work on it because the codes from the diagnostic were cleared. After all this, Antioch Chrysler offered to buy the vehicle back, but at a much lower price than what I paid, only if I bought another vehicle from them.
