I went to the river road arbys 35 Silver lane, eugene 97402 drive thru at 5:28pm on 7/26/2023. I under a #3 double meat French dip for myself and a French dip with sliced cheddar for my wife. When I got home they put the melted cheddar that is used for the bedder cheddar. She is picky and went back to get it corrected (30 mins round trip there and back) when she went in to get it corrected the kid working the front counter was so stoned he couldn’t understand what was wrong. The manager was rude and on something besides weed (more like meth) but corrected the food when she got home they throw the sandwich together and ripped it not cut it like it should be done. I would like a full refund on this meal and then regional manger to UA them all or get a crew that will do their job correctly. They also are making the aujus in the cups because I still had the powder mix in my cup and so did my wife. I included pictures.

Chicken Sandwich
7/1/2023. 2:00 p.m. I decided to try the chicken sandwich for the first time and was extremely disappointed. First the girl making it only had one glove on for some reason. The bun was all mashed up, there was very little to almost no lettuce on it, and the chicken was very small and greasy. Not crispy in any way, shape, or form. I will never make the mistake of ordering that sandwich again, I assure you! This was at the Blairs Ferry RD location in Cedar Rapids Iowa.
Your 5 for 5 tried to redeem it didn’t work I got charged 538 for one damn sandwich and it tasted like [censored]

I received an e-mail about you guys running an offer on regular roast beef sandwiches. It said you could get 5 regular roast beef sandwiches for5 dollars. I live about 45 minutes from the nearest Arbys. NO where in the email did it say you had to order these on !ine. I went to an Arbys in Vestal NY and inquired about them. They told me that I had to order them on line. I was more than a little ticked off. If your going to send out emails like this than it should be on there you have to order them online. Needless to say I spent 10.00 in gas and didn't get the sandwiches! I am very disgusted with your advertising and your company. Thank you for your time.

Order number DT359 Date 06/20/23 Time 7:26 PM I ordered a Classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries w/cheese sauce. The top bun was burned as if it was left under a heat lamp too long. The curly fries were also very over done and there were no actual curly fries, just little bits of fry pieces not even big enough to dip in the cheese sauce. The only flavor I could taste was grease.

I love these milkshakes. Why do you only have them in the summer?
Why can't you have them year around?
I live in Olympia Washington and there is no other place that has them.
Please keep them on the menu year around.
It would be cool if you had something like an Orange Julius too.
Also, you had the best onion rings I've ever tasted in my life and I'm 70 years
old, so I've eaten a lot of onion rings, then you took them off the menu.
Can you put them back on the menu?

Poor food quality - supposed to have been a reuben sandwich
My letter of complaint was ret'd. Ruben sandwich purchased on 3-17-23. There was barely any beef on it, about 1/4 teaspoon sauerkraut,& some kind of dressing. I am not happy to pay $ 6 for a couple slices of bread. Big disappointment so just had to throw it away for the birds. I have the sales slip. I do not expect to frequent this particular Arby's again. I have no complaint with the other locations of Arby's.

For a total of 174.56, This cost me overdraft fees totaling $60.00 minutes before my SSA check got processed that night.

I walked into the arbys in marion il on wednesday april 26th 2023. There was a line and the cashier was doing her hair not taking orders but doing her hair. My husband and I went inside to order lunch. Stood at the counter almost 5 minutes with no contact. While waiting we watched the workers, they were moving slow and acting like they had no idea what they were supposed to do. One young woman was trying to keep them all moving in the right direction. She looked at me and said I’ll be with you shortly. They were all catering to the drive up window orders. Most of them acted like they were on weed and very grungy looking. Long hair no hair nets. We decided our time & money can be spent elsewhere. Will not be going back.

Entering the store, wanted to place an order, one person was waiting to place an order, I notice there was bickering and telling at each other in the kitchen area, we went to the restrooms then came back, the person was still waiting for her order, we were waiting at the counter to place our order waiting for approximately 4 minutes, associated was in the back with another associate talking about something , the associated seen us but took no mind to us. Then the associate came to the counter and started to take our order {there was another associate with her in training) first order was repeated 3 times to the associate #3 French dip with Swiss cheese and replace the fries with a large order of poppers, associate couldn't get the order right, and we can see the fascial expression the associate was making not very friendly 2nd order #2 sandwich only, associate was to fast with the order and made it a combo., I told the associate sandwich only and I notice that expression of discontent with me about my order. When our order finale came associate kind of threw them on the counter at us, looking to make sure that that our order was right, notice that the Bronco berry sauce was missing, asked the associated if we can get some sauce associate got the sauce kind of threw them in the bag.
Sat at the table to eat the food, All of the food was dried, to almost where we couldn't eat it. There was no use of complain to any one they were bickering/yelling at each other. The new associate that was in training was not being trained right, the lead associate was very unprofessional at the job and should of not been there. This was the worst experience We have ever encounter with Arby's. { order #795)
Desired outcome: I am not looking for anything, but I believe that this store should be looked into.Knowing what We went through, and thinking how many customer have left without ordering.

Westerville Facility In Terrible State
we ate at the Westerville, Ohio restaurant on January 5, 2023, after lunch time. i am informing the corporation, the state of the building should be condemned. i would think the Arby corp. would be infuriated of the physical state of the facility. the exterior paint is peeling to the bare wood, the walkway is in poor shape. the day we were there the roof leaked in the hallway between the tables and the service counter. we walked around, the 6 buckets on the floor collecting the dripping water. the exterior of the building has been like this for years.
what are corporates reply to why this owner a part of your brand? the place discourages customers in my opinion. i would not be pleased with this if i was part of Arby's management.
