Ticket Cancellation
I paid extra for their "Customer Service Package" in which they agent told me I could cancel if needed with refund by paying this extra amount. Now they are giving me the complete run around and asking me to book another date for additional cost. I've told them all I would like is to cancel and refund. The flight booked isn't until Aug 29th. If you read below on what I submitted for the Travel package it clearly states, " Cancellation of Flight". I'm trying to do this with refund but just keep getting the run around.

Last January 20,2022 we went home to the philippines for family emergency (My dad passed away). And my flight back to Canada supposedly on March 3,2022, I have to cancel it coz my travel documents is still on process, so I need to re-book my flight. I called ASAP ticket about my situation and I asked the customer agent to re-book my flight but they kept me transferring to the other agent and end up hanging. I went to PAL airlines and I opened up my situation, they asked my ITN No. and Ticket No. and it showed to their computer that my ticket is open anytime I can book my ticket but they said I need to contact ASAP ticket coz they're the only one can open/book my flight back to Canada. So, I called again ASAP ticket but still the same issue they kept me waiting then they'll hang the phone. Until such time I decided to buy a new ticket because it's cause a lot of stressed on my side. When I got back here in Canada I called them again to request for a refund of my ticket and they refused it. Every agent they have different scenarios. I called last 2weeks ago the PAL airlines and asked about the refund they said my ticket is unused and I can refund it. They advised me to call ASAP ticket to coordinate with them about the refund. But ASAP ticket is kept telling me that I can't refund it until now still waiting for the update.
Air Fare/Hotel Package in Praugue
Several months ago I contacted ASAP Tickets regarding purchasing a round trip ticket to Prague for Aug 29th thru Sept 25. They quoted me a price and I said I'd get back to them. The rep called me the next day with a lower price that was a package for hotel and air fare. I told her I'd be staying at an Air B&B with family but might use the hotel room for the 1st night since my family was arriving later than me.
The night before my flight I tried to check in on line. When the site kept telling me that there was something wrong with my ticket I called Luftansa. They told me the flight to Frankfort and the connection to Prague didn't allow enough time. They wanted to charge me $798 to correct the problem. Luftansa is powered by United. I called United. I was on the phone with them for over 2 hours but they got me checked in and sent my boarding passes without any extra charge.
When I got to Frankfort the plane was late and I would have missed my connection if it hadn't been late. I made it to Prague but my luggage didn't. I took a cab to the hotel that was supposedly included in the package to sleep for a few hours until my family arrived but they had no record of a reservation.
Luttansa delivered my suitcase to the Air B&B late that night. ASAP scheduled a flight too close to the connection and told me I had a hotel reservation I didn't have. I tried contacting them before I left on my trip but the phone number they gave me on my confirmation email wasn't in service.
Desired outcome: Just to warn people not to use ASAP.

I paid for a ticket from havana to Nicaragua and due to Panama request a visa my nephiew couldn't travel, I paid 3940.95 including the representative comission, and I have called several times asking for my refund and the answer is "the airline is not authorize the refund yet", I purchased the ticket through ASAP not the airline, so when asked to speak to a supervisor the representative told me she didnt have a supervisor and everything must be through email, where in the world an employee have not a supervisor? No answer, no calls, nothing a total SCAM! People do not purchase a ticket from ASAP tickets they are scamming.
No basic sense - unable to understand what is really important for customer in booking
Completely frustrated with ASAP Tickets and I would like to share my worst experience about this travel desk company.
When I started my search through ASAP Tickets, I was very specific about my requirements. I had clearly mentioned the date/time (18th June morning) and luggage (2 baggage per passenger for check in) which is important for me. I contacted Mr. Arnav (arnav. [protected]@asaptickets.com) on 21st Feb 2022 and he has confirmed that both requirements are meeting the criteria with airlines he suggested. I made the booking on 22nd Feb through Arnav. I had also paid extra protection (ITN Travel Care Services) $479.80 for this so that I would be covered with all the requirements that I was looking for.
Customer care from ASAP Ticket has said that Flight has been changed and asked to change the option from morning to evening on 21st Feb as flight. I agreed to change as I did not have other options.
Another major problem I found is that I am carrying 2 baggage per passenger which is allowed in Air Canada while travelling from one way, but the return flight is changed with Lufthansa airline which is allowing only 1 baggage per person. Not able to understand the point of booking. If I am going one way with 2 baggage each person (8 baggage with 4 passengers) then how come I will have only 4 baggage allowed in return.
I have tried to reach many people in ASAP Tickets and no one is giving a response on this problem and they hung up the connection on me without any excuse. What is the point of paying extra protection (ITN Travel Care Services) costs $479.80 if you can't handle my most required basic baggage request. I am regretting why I booked the tickets 4 months back with ASAP Tickets almost 4 months back and did not go with another option.
Please change my flight which can provide 2 bags for each passenger for check in. I don't want to pay anything extra now. Let me know If something can be done here.

In 2021 during the hard of the covid19 pandemic, I was to fly with my mother to the Cameroon. On November the 6 I paid for 2 tickets at a total cost of $2501.
Agent name SLIM LOCATOR # [protected]. Ticket ITN number WTXLS4 and Q50RPY. Both tickets was covered by a travel protections plans.
On the day of travel, my mother tested positive for COVID and was unable to travel despite the fact that she tested negative a day before. United Airline canceled the flight.
A refund was issued for my mother ticket and for my ticket also. i told them to keep the monies for further travels arrangement. I called United Airlines to rebook my flight using the credits I had with your companied. Its has been a night mere.
A representative by name Alehandro use his authority to book me a flight costing $3124.13 moving me for economy into first class which was not requested by me. he used the credit that he was not giving permission to used. After numerous attempt to regulate the matter. i was told they cannot fine a ticket for me. I requested a REFUND s i was told to do. Mrs. WANWAN IS NOT RETURNING. I WILL GO TO COURTIF THAT WILL SLOVE THE PROBLEM.

was searching for airlines tickets on the web when I was contacted by ASAP Tickets agent that was very kind and helpful and she offered to help me get tickets for a good price, she called me about 100 times a day and seemed like someone that's really trying to help. all that until I purchased the airlines tickets {not before I asked her about their policy} even at that point she was kind and emailed me a policy that clearly States that incase of illness I will receive 100% money back, with some bad luck the next day my mother and daughter also passengers on this purchase got diagnosed with covid.
from that moment on my nightmare begins, the agent that was very kind and understood that I have to cancel my tickets due to sickness didn't take my calls anymore, I have tried many times. at this point every call I made and asked for the agent
I'm placed on hold for 30min at the time then calls drops or I get transfers to a different-agent at the company that keeps me on hold or promise that someone will call me back which never happened.

On 3/14/22, I started to check on flight to Manila online.
On 3/15/22, I started getting offers from AsapTickets agent: Stojan E.
On 3/16/22, I called him and stated that we are retired on fixed income, looking for good deals with some travel comfort. After several offers, I told the offer for mixed economy is acceptable because the longer trip both ways will be on premium economy. Later he emailed me an Authorization Form-Flight to Manila-USD 3,348.00 (attached) and also suggested to include item 7-Travel Care Service for $339.90. I ask if he can send the details and his said “ can view the details by clicking the link below or by logging in to Customer Support using my last name and confirm. no. after authorizing the payment over the phone and ipad. As instructed trying to click the bottom link or logging in did not work.
I called him a few times unsuccessfully as he also promised to assist me in seat
selection.
On 3/18/22 at 12:48 pm - Emailed to please cancel Travel Care Service on the above referenced reservation or cancel the reservation totally.
His supervisor responded at 16:15:41, Unfortunately, we can’t cancel the reservation totally, since it’s only possible to do so in 24h (attached)
I noticed between my request and his response time, elapsed is 3h-27m-41sec.
which put it over the Singapore Airlines cancellation policy.
On 3/21/22 AsapTickets emailed Travel Care Services confirmation no. 2814505 (attached)
On 3/24/22 American Express notified me that my dispute D-[protected] is closed. AsapTickets ITN sent AE a copy of Travel Care Services details (attached) that I have never seen before.
Desired outcome: I just want the refund for “Travel Care Service” fee of $339.90 or refund to cancel reservation totally as requested in my email on 3/18/22.

I will try to escalate this matter to a proper government bureau if this matter will not be settled.
It was not my fault when I found out directly from the airlines that MQTGF were cancelled without my knowledge by ASAPTicket agency and no one could explain & assure me when I called.I was scared of being scammed.It involved a large amt. hi! my fully paid ticket from Asap was suddenly & illegally cancelled by Asap with Asap asking for d refund from Asiana airlines of the unused portion of my ticket without my knowledge and without notifying me. I came to know my ticket's cancellation when I checked in at d Manila international airport for my return flight to SFO. I had no choice but to buy a new ticket to avoid being stranded.I have several email exchanges with Adrik of Asap but I am being given the runaround.
BBB should downgrade ASAP's registration with all those complaints about Asap's illegal actons on fully paid tickets and the stress being suffered by travelers who trusted Asap.
Poor customer service
I purchased a ticket to tbs on february 20, 22. After almost three weeks, my agent zinger wrote me that my ticket was canceled and dates changed. I wrote him to give me another option, but did not even bother to reply. Asap tickets has some really nice agents, but a number of them are jerks and lack customer service skills. Train your workers for better performance.
Two customer service agents hang up on me just like that. No apology, no nothing. This a terrible company to do business with.
I purchased a ticket last April 29,2022 from OKC to Dallas, Dallas to Tokyoy(Narita) then transfer airport from Narita to Haneda still in Japan, that the agent didn’t even notify me that airport transfers is currently not allowed in Japan. I only find out right after I booked, and he told me to call the japan embassy and work with them with necessary travel documents. But unfortunately everything is closed in Japan. I bought a flight ticket on Feb 8, 2022, with ASAPTickets from IAD to CDG, travel date Apr 3, 2022, with the agent name Lanna. Everything was ok from the direct flight to the costs, travel dates... I thought about paying it after I check with my schedule, my health situation, etc... but the agent insisted to pay now and offered help to walk me through the payment process. But she didn't tell me about 24 hours cancellation policy and this ticket is a non-refundable ticket. She only emphasized and insisted I buy insurance to cover this trip, which cost $69.
I called her back on Feb 10, then I learned from her, I didn't call her within 24 hours, so I can not cancel it, however, this is a non-refundable ticket. If I have known this is the case, I would call her sooner to cancel it, and not to buy this deal, non-refundable ticket. How do get the refund from ASAPtickets? I don't know yet. But I want whoever reads this message, please ask two things: cancellation policy and is it is a refundable ticket. However, an honest agent would tell you voluntarily.
Desired outcome: You can keep $69 as insurance, but please refund the cost of my ticket and refund the 'tip' to the agent. She doesn't deserve to have my tip.

I am Evelyn Norris I purchased the ticket here ASAP on March 11, 2021 traveling from Los Angeles to Davao. I cancelled it due to Covid last May 5, 2021.
