left me with no money
Went to asda and spent £80 on groceries, payed with my card and entered my number. pulled my card from the reader a second before i possibly should have by accident. The woman serving me then told me my transaction hadnt gone through. With £80 worth of shopping bagged, i went outside to withdraw the cash from the ATM. The ATM would only let me withdraw £50 when i was certain i had £130 in my bank. Decided to take it up with my bank, I withdrew the last £50 from my account and borrowed £30 from a good friend and payed for my groceries. Got home and called the bank.. ASDA had taken the £80 in the first place. So now i have payed twice for my food. Bank are not able to refund me without asda telling them to. I went back into asda this morning to ask them to return the cash to my card. Was told by an uninterested employee that there was no way they could have done that without me signing for it. i explained that the shop she works in uses chip and pin so there was no need to sign. Also explained that i needed the money back. She then told me that the money had not been taken by asda but that the bank had it in limbo and that it would be returned to my bank account within 48 hours. She didnt check my receipt or search to find the transaction to confirm this. when i asked for it to be looked into further she called a collegue and asked her to come and see me also. She then explained to her colleague my situation and what she had told me and then said '' the lady doesnt understand what im telling her ''. I understood her perfectly yet without her looking at my receipt and with her appearing very disinterested at the fact that i have been left penniless i felt that speaking with someone else would help ( given that she didnt even remember people stopped signing for goods with their card years ago). Speaking with someone else did not however help. The supervisor did not look at my receipt and told me exactly the same thing that the money would be returned. I explained the bank had given me a transaction number and she said it didnt matter that the bank will be refunding the money. I also told her that the bank had advised me that it had gone through. She called her manager who appeared to just reiterate the same thing down the phone to her. she then turned to me and said all we can do is apologise and theres nothing at all we can do... nobody once looked at my receipt to check anything and to locate the transaction and confirm it. As i left i was told all we can do is apologise... i dont beleive thats all they could have done. I didnt feel like i was taken seriously at all, I told them that i had had to cancel plans for yesterday evening and thisevening because of the mistake. She didnt even offer me a £5 voucher so i could get myself a bottle of wine for the night in il have to have because of them.
haha that doesnt make so much sense either, It was declined so i went outside, checked my balance and it said i can only withdraw £50. i thought perhaps a direct debit had came out that i was unaware of . Im not too fantastic with money normally lol so just assumed it was my fault.
I did call asda's call customer service call center yesterday spent another 10 mins explaining what had happened and was told a managerv from the call center would call me back within 2 hours, 3 and a half hours later a manager called me back and told me he would look into everything fully ( including the customer service) and get back to me before 5.30. I didnt get a call back. Today i waited until 4pm for him to call and eventually gave up waiting and called back again. I was told that the manager in question had called in sick and that was why he hadnt contacted me today. This doesnt explain why he didnt call me back yesterday.. or make sure that somebody else would look into it in his absence. ( I'd understand if it was just a fiver and he got back to me on monday next week~ but its £80 and ive made asda aware that they are currently holding all the money i have, I explained to him that without the money back i cant get to work.)
So anyway Ive spoken to someone new today who has been good enough to get someone in store to call me back . The store have said they will now do what i initially asked and fax my bank telling them to refund my money. I questioned what would now happen with regards to the terrible customer service ive received from both the instore employee's and the lack of contact from the call center. She replyed by asking me if i had taken the card from the reader too quickly? I said i may have and she then explained that it would not be asdas fault but my own that all this had happened. I put it to her that the customer service i received was terrible and that even if i had pulled the card too quickly and i had contributed to the inital problem, there would still be no excuse for the way in which i was spoken to in the store and that if there is a possibility that this can happen because the asdsa card operating system has faults then as a customer i should be made aware of the danger. I have since spoken to a few friends in retail that have said that if a card is pulled to early from their chip and pin reader then the transaction is automatically voided and there is no possibilty money can be taken until the transaction is fully complete. I am now awaiting a callback from the customer services manager who i will now have to explain all this to AGAIN. Im so sick of telling this story and even more sick of fighting with asdsa. I think they think il get bored and just go away.. not likely.. not until i get a full apology and they let me know what they are going to do to rectify the issues ive raised. I suggest some rethink of the asda payment system or perhaps train employees so they are aware of the procedure to follow to make sure any money taken is replaced within 24 hours without customers jumping through hoops to get whats theirs back, ... also think il be shopping with morrisons from now on...
My card was declined in store when i tryed it again, i only had £50 remaining in my bank that i took out and my friend gave me another 30 so i could pay in cash. I wasnt sure at the time if it was a problem with my bank . didnt think asda could do that .
rude staff
My elderly mum who gets around with the aid of a sholley trolley asked where the baskets where as there were none at the entrance to the store two members of staff said oh they are all at the end of the tills but neither of them offered to fetch her a basket Apparently this happens a lot

optician
we went in to asda to get my mams eyes tested as we have done for the last few years, today however the optician says they only have the equipment to deal with able bodied people, my mam is wheelchair bound and is a big lady, the sign in the store had a disabled sign, clearly visible on the reception desk, the optician says her eye tests from previous visits wouldn't of got an accurate reading, but all her glasses have been fine and working as they should, my mam as to have a yearly appointment as she is a diabetic, the optician advised we contact 'the outside clinic' so she could her eyes seen to at home, i just dont understand why this would be any different as she would still be in her wheelchair, on the whole the visit was very distressing to my mam and she was embarressed cos the optician was so rude, he advised she go for the previous years prescription to go on with, till we make an appointment with the outside clinic, overall we just think he could not be bothered to see to my mam, just cos she is in a wheelchair and a big lady
Stock availability
I have been shopping at Asda now for many years, due to the friendly nature of their staff and their price conciouss marketing strategy. However, like many other customers of theirs that I speak to there is an issue with both quality and the disappearance of popular goods, ie... Where the hell has the Chocolate Brownie cake gone ! I want it back, even for a few pennies more... please Asda, please...
lowestoft store
ASDA Lowestoft security, well you will never believe it. Went in today with a friend (2 customers) 1 wanted 2 pkt's Ibruprofen and my friend wanted 1 pkt. But because we walked in together they would only sell us 2 pkts even though friend purchased them separately. I challenged the way they were interrupting the law. Security (James Smith) was extremely rude and said we are not welcome in this store anymore. Talk about people abusing the power they are given!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We are not allowed by law to sell multiple packs of Ibruprofen to anybody. The operator was only doing his/her job and complying with what the law dictates. The same goes for alcohol...if a group of young people come into the store and want to buy beer but they haven't ALL got their ID, then we aren't allowed to sell it. The law is there to protect people. It wasn't their interpretation of the law, as with the checkout operator, they were only doing their job and could have been sacked or face a disciplinary for doing otherwise.
Incidentally, if you'd been abusive or threatening towards any of the colleagues at the time, security are within their rights to ask you to leave ...
WORST customer service and misleading
We wanted to take out a ASDA online carinsurance and found the following website: http://www.asdafinance.com/insurance/car-insurance. Both ASDA online exclusive car insurance and ASDA car insurance can be found on this website. Because we had a question about the No Claims Discount we phoned ASDA car insurance where they said that as lond as the NCD was less than 3 years they could accept us. Therefore we took the ASDA online exclusive car insurance out and assumed we would we accepted without any problems.
When ASDA online told us that a 2, 5 year old NCD would not be accepted, we found out that ASDA car insurance is a totally different company than ASDA online exclusive car insurance. Either our NCD would go to zero years (which means paying about 400 pounds extra) or they would cancel us for a penalty fee of 75 pounds. Communication with them is very very difficult because you cannot phone them, they ignore emails, they do not answer questions and different people are working on the case without knowing what another person has said before.
Because of their terrible customer service we cancelled the policy for a penalty fee of 75 pound and had to pay the rate for a zero year NCD for the amount of time the policy had been running. They say they will return the money they owe us after a month and we are still waiting for them to return us the money, they've got about 10 days left...
Do NOT take this insurance out, they are the WORST company I've ever had to deal with.
I recently had an accident and had to make a claim. They voided my complaint telling me I did not tell them about some points on my licence. They were informed. I even told them to check with DVLA as I could not locate my licence. They sent me an email telling me that licence was validated. As far as I can tell not only did I tell them but they replied to my email validating my licence. I received an email from the Validation Team! What did they validate? Then they send me back and forth to this other company Eldon Insurance saying I have to speak to them while they tell me to speak to Asda. I am a little lost as to what I am supposed to do? Any advise?
Rip off
We purchased car insurance from this company after entering our details into a comparison website. ASDA exclusive came up as one of the cheapest which also offered "the best deal". No problem setting the policy up. Paid for the full year up front. A week or so later we recieved a letter asking us to submit our license details and proof of NCD. We could send by email, fax or post.
We tried Emailing first but our emails just bounced back. We tried again the next day and zipped the scanned documents to reduce the size thinking this might have been the problem. Once again we recieved a failure notification. So I faxed them while at work.
3 days later another letter arrived threatening to cancel our policy as they had not recieved the relevant documentation, as well as this they will charge £75 to cancel plus discount any days used from the initial premium. They also state that once cancelled, we would have to disclose to the next insurer that we had been refused insurance which could see a rise in the premium.
One thing to bare in mind is that you simply cannot pick up a phone and call them.
So I faxed them the documents again, along with a covering letter stating that we were not happy with the way the whole thing was organised and that we felt we were trying to do all the things correctly but that their system was creating the means to make us default.
To be sure, I followed up by sending the documents by post.
Then I recieved an email a few days later saying that they had recieved the paperwork, but that there was a discrepancy which would cost £35 to ammend. The discrepancy?- I have a spent SP30 from November 2006 (more than 4 years previously) which I had declared, however, I had put down the 1st of November instead of the 2nd. What difference this makes to the policy I have no idea, and to be honest, I could have asked the DVLA for the points to be removed from my license but had not anticipated the anal attitude of these people.
Again I had the option of paying up or cancelling the policy and incurring the financial penalty.
I have subsequently read reivews of people having very similar problems as myself, until then I thought that I had been the victim of individual misfortune, I now feel I am the victim of a calculated "scam".
Reading the T&C's which I guess we all should do but rarely bother with, they make the point about every "i " dotted and "t "crossed, and they go out of their way to use this against you to the full.
They must make quite a lot of money with very little risk through selling policies then either saying they have not recieved documentation and collecting the cancellation fee or finding the smallest error and creating a large penalty charge.
I am not talking about people who fraudulently and knowingly attempt to get insurance by lying about their circumstances, but where a very minor error has been made and there is no difference to the risk rating of the proposer or the cost of the policy.
I am now awaiting the result of a letter to their customer complaints department before I pay them any more money, but as I am still on a time limit before they go ahead and cancel, it may be that my tenure with ASDA Exclusive is brief.
I would not encourage anyone to take out a policy with this company after my experiences and hope that the financial watchdogs take umbridge with them for not adhering to the spirit of the law, though they may be skating just on the edge of what is actually legal. It certainly does not make good customer service and I'm surprised a huge company like WalMart who owns ASDA allows it.
in a word [censored] i cant believe asda has put its name to this mess of exclusive insurance after me moving and buying a new car my licence was in the my other address so they sent me out a form to fill in i got this on the 23/12/11 i sent it back the same day i contacted asda insurance as it being over the holiday they confirmed that every thing would be o, k however i contacted them on the 5/1/12 and was told my insurance had been cancelled from the 30/12/11 because they didn't get it in tI'me which I'm not surprised as most of the UK were off due to the festive holidays now i get a letter which was dated the 4/1/12 which i got on the 11/1/12 saying my insurance had been cancelled on the same date the 4/1/12 and not the 30/12/11 and they have still tried to take this months on the 10/11/12 stay away or get ripped off
Im currently pursuing a complaint against this company my father has had the misfortune to deal with and he has just lost his wife. They gave him a quote and then said there was discrepancies with ncd as he had a previous mobility policy whilst mum was living they accepted whilst quoting his ncd with this then said they wouldnt and again the charges are mounting and mounting and also the same problems re documentation. Almost an antagonistic attitude from staff who appear to be delighting in mounting further charges on him. My dad is not sleeping and almost at breaking point and i ve never come across anything with such poor customer service. I will take legal advice and also will be considering taking this to the press. Disgusting.
slander
My Father was shopping at the local Asda store in Minworth and as usual a promotional offer did not go through at the checkout, instead of holding up the que he offered to go to the customer services desk which is what we as customers are ordered to do if they over charge us.
The woman at the desk instead of apologising and rectifying the problem demanded to know why my father had not noticed at the checkout, he replied that he had but as a shopper nothing pisses him off more than someone holding up the entire que with a query, the woman asked my father not to swear at her, he replied that he had not sworn at her but had used a mild swear word to express an emotion she asked if he spoke to his wife like that and he replied yes if something pisses him off he will tell her about it.
The woman again told my father not to swear and he asked to see a Manager, when they came my father suggested that swearing at somebody and using a mild swear word are very different things and the difference should be expained to the staff, the Manager agreed and said that he would sort it out.
Today I was at the store with my Father when he saw that again a promotional offer that we had both shopped was short changing people, while I understand that retailers get annoyed with customer complaints surely that is preferable to trading standards. My father was talking to a department manager about the pricing and I was standing behind the customer service desk while this woman complained to any staff member that came near her about my father, she even mentioned showing a photo of him to another staff member which is illegal. When my father returned she refused to serve him, humiliating him in front of several staff members my father challenged her and she walked away saying that she didnt want to talk about it & stood talking to a non staff member instead.
My suggestion to Asda Minworth is that if the female members of staff working on their "customer service" desk have an attack of the vapours over a mild swear word not aimed at them in any way then they need to be moved to the bakery because a majority of the customer base at that store are chavs who swear constantly and loudly.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was shopping early this morning at Asda minworth as I do most mornings around 5.45 am as I go to work at that time, I had an exchange to make with razor blades which are expensive, so I did my shopping first picked up the right razor blades to exchange with the wrong ones I bought yesterday and proceeded to the checkout around 6.00am. The cashiers were just coming off shift and one was still serving a customer but had her USE ANOTHER TILL sign up and would not serve me, I was told to use the self service checkout till which I would have normally but on this occassion could not due to my exchange. I was told I would have to come back at 8.00 to exchange the item and to use the self service till. I refused and asked for a Manager to sort it out, the off duty cashiers by now had turned their backs on me and left me standing there untill another cashier came on duty to my annoyance. I was just about to kick off with a manager when a girl called Debbie who was going onto the kiosk said she would help me, she served me did the exchange and was really nice and helpful. Even she said to me the staff are not suppossed to leave their cashier position until someone releives them. I was disgusted at this lack of helpful ness from cahiers and commend the lady called Debbie for her help, but I do think Asda should retrain their staff to realise without loyal customers they would not have a job! and we pay their wages!
theft
my dad went to order me a redkite pushchair over the internet. After putting in his card details ready to pay the amount of around £280 with delivery charge it came up error card not excepted so he put it in again. Again it said card declined so he used another card only to be told the same Error. he rang asda direct to place order over the phone instead after giving his card details again the assistant repeated that it came up with an error and to contact his bank. The funds were there as it was pay day. Ringing his bank they informed him Asda had taken out the amount 6 times one everytime he gave his card details even though it said his card had been declined. then he rang asda back only to be told there was no order made so just under 2000 pound so unaccounted for because of asdas systm error. Still four days later no money no pushchair no compensation for inconvenience no apology just numerous south african assistant saying they are not authorised to give any compensation. To add salt in the wound he then received a call from asda direct saying they were happy to try again and take payment for the pushchair, the cheek.
Rogue Trolleys
For years the residents of the Brighton Hill estate where Asda is situated, has had to endure the littering of Asda trolleys. After numerous complaints to the helpdesk, managers and phonecalls to collect the scattered trolleys, it appears that not only has the situation not been resolved it is in fact getting worse!
Why is it that every other estate in Basingstoke that has a Supermarket located near, does not suffer this problem? It is because the trolleys have to be paid for so hence are returned to the trolley park in that respective supermarket .
After taking my dog for a 5 minute walk today, I decided enough was enough after seeing numerous dumped trolleys again! Why should my local enviroment be continually disfigured by these metallic monstrosities?
Xmas Turkey
Ordered my turkey with my home delivery. Ordered one at approximately £25 but when I was unpacking the shopping found the one sent was £39 ! No way can I afford that for a Turkey so rang the helpline who were useless. They say if I don;t want it I have to take it back to the store, a round trip of 30 miles . It's their mistake they should put it right but they won't refund the difference between £25 I authorised and the £39 they have taken or send out a replacement. If I could get to the shop I wouldn't have home delivery in the first place. Went through all of this with the store concerned as well but they were just as unhelpful. Guess it's back to Tesco from now on.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Just Taken a turkey back to ASDA in Chorley it was a Bronze which was tasteless and tough so got my money back plus the same value again under the 100% guarantee which is good except it spoilt our christmas dinner.
online shopping
i ordered my shoppin on line on thursday evening to be delivered on saturday between 9am and 11am . I receved a call at 7.26am on saturday from the delivery driver saying the vans were strugglin in the snow, and could i meet him at the nearest pick up point, which he was saying was shaw, thats would cost me £6 to get there as i dont drive, my nearest asda is chadderton that didnt make sence to me. He told me he then couldnt come closer to me and if i wanted it ad have to go to shaw. Am a single parent and work part time so ad used my last money for my xmas shop, as alot of people have, the money has been taken out of my account and i have no shoppin and no money to go else were, the customer service team havent been helpful they have told me it can take ten days to go in my account. they wont even let me go to store to get my shoppin i think its disgusting the way they treat customers as am sure am not the only one i wont be shoppin the again either online or store, ,

I ordered my shopping to be delivered on Saturday between 13 & 15hrs. At 15.20 still nothing. I rang customer services asking where my shopping was. After being on the phone for the first 15mins giving my details as they couldn't find my order through the customer no. I was told they'd ring the store and that was it. I told her I wanted an answer how long it would be so eventually she said she'd ring me back. She rang back within 10mins & said they would be here shortly as 2 vans had broken down. I asked how long shortly is, 10 mins, an hour or what. She didn't know & that was it. Half hour later it arrived. Now an hour late on top of the time slot. When the driver left, went to put the shopping away, half was missing. Couldn't believe it. Rang them again & told them. He said they'd ring the store to see of the driver could bring it back, if not I'd get a refund. He was about to go when I said to him I want to know which of the two it will be. He said he'd ring back after contacting the store. He did ring back to say that no one at the store was answering so I'd have to have a refund. This is the 4 the disgusting experience I've had with them delivering in 6 months. Always late, always say their vans have broken down as an excuse, shopping missing, very rude & unhelpful delivery men, customer services useless. I try to use asda a little as possible, even then you have to be prepared for nothing but hassle. very disorganised, no customer care whatsoever.

customer service
did an online shop for delivery on sat 6/11/10.after delivery checking items, i had some missing.telephoned the customer service dept. i was on hold for 50 mins..person who answered the phone, the service i received was disgusting was not told how long i would have to wait to receive refund of aroun £30.00.on tuesday 9/11/10 i was out for lunch with a friend and i went to pay and my card to my horror was refused due to lack of funds. i then telephoned my bank to my dismay ASDA had taken 2 payments from my bank account...they were 2 different amounts? therfore i was overdrawn including my overdraft and to my horror iwas incurring bank charges...telephoned asda yet again the service was disgusting as they blamed the bank...the bank requested asda to fax over details of error... asda refused...i have spent all week with no MONEY...also going from bank-asda-bank-asda...the service from my bank THE HALIFAX has been OUTSTANDING... i have told asda after asking them to pay my charges...no response...STILL WAITING FOR A CALL FROM ASDA ABOUT REFUND MONEY AND TO PUT BACK THE FIRST AMOUNT TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT...I HAVE NOW BECOME UNWELL BECAUSE OF ALL THE STRESS CAUSED BY ASDA.COM IT IS NOW FRIDAY 12/11/10, IT WILL BE A WEEK TOMORROW WHEN ALL THIS STARTED, HOW LONG DOES ONE HAVE TO WAIT?i work in retail and in customer service and i cannot believe a company is run this way...
abuse from colleagues
would like to complain about the way i was treated at the store, i have work at this store for nearly 10years, for the last 5years ive been a supervisor in the cafe with the company eurest, i was wanting to buy a camera, which was nearly £150, i was not on shift so i was a normal customer, i went t0 the department and ask, d if i could buy the camera i wanted, (which was on display)firstly i was told be a member of staff, i dont no anythng about cameras, i then ask, d have you got one in, the colleague went to have a look, i was then told that they didnt have the one i wanted, i then ask when there were getting any more in, was told they didnt know, i then said you need to put a slip in to say out of stock, so that the next customer that wanted oneknew that it was out of stock, i was then told, dont say that, i was then left there with no clue if there were getting anymore and when, i ask this the collegue was rude and unhelpful, there was no manager or key colleague to help.just because i work at the store there was no need to be so unhelpful and rude, i have been a loyal colleague and customer in the last 10years to be treated like that, like i said the camera i wanted was £150, so it wasnt a cheap one, i could not begin tell you how much money i have spent in that store, if there treating me like that, what are the speaking to a normal customer like, the abuse the collegues on that department is unexceptable, i will now go else were for the camera, thank you for taking the time out to read this, i just hope you dont lose more customers this way.
I was then told, i then went, they then said, i then said...Maybe you should purchase some books on grammar!
asda special offer swindle
I went shopping at the ASDA store and was 2 special offers, 3 tubes of toothpaste for £3 and 12 Mullerlight Yoghurts for £3 which to my knowledge is a total of £6. However when I got home I checked my bill and ASDA has charges me the following
2 * Tubes of Toothpaste @ £2 each totalling £4
13 * Mullerlight Youghurts which is (12 for £3) and an invisible one for 61 pence Totalling £3.61
So instead of the £6 it should of cost me they actually charged me £7.61
This isn't the first time ASDA has overcharged me for so called special offers. Whenever you go back and complain they always says its the checkout persons fault etc, which is a load of rubbish. Its very strange they only make mistaked on special offers and out of all the other items I bought with the 2 special offers I mentioned above its amazing they only made a mistake with the special offers and none of the other normally priced products. As if anyone is going to buy 2 tubes of toothpaste for £4 when they can get 3 tubes for £3.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Trouble is, it probably was the operators fault. The yoghurt in particular may have been miscounted as it was scanned through the checkout. If you take your receipt back to the customer service desk, (may be worth phoning them first to let them know you're coming in), they may be able to refund the difference
wrongly treated
hi there, my name is emma and i have worked at the asda store in woodham for just over 2 years now . i would like to make a complaint on the way i have been treated as an employe.
i have had a marriage break down and now live on my own with 2 children aged 3 and 7 i have had alot of problems with child care which my boss of my dept was aware of, after struggling to find childcare and working early mornings it became impossible for me to keep my possition as a home shopper, so had to hand in notice to leave . after meeting with the GM and my dept manager they offered me to stay and change my shifts to suit them and myself, i then took two weeks unpaid to sort out proper childcare (which is allready sorted )and to change benifits etc as i was droping hours ... i was told by the GM and my boss to start my new shift this tues 9-2 . i have just recived a telephone call from the peoples manager there to say that she has withdrawn the offer and now cant find any other job in the whole store all i want is a tue and thur 9-2 WHAT I WAS OFFERED BY THE GM. i dont see how they can offer me new hours and then just take them away from me ...please could you help me i dont care what i do but i do need to be working .i tried to call the GM today and was thobbed off no one seems to want to help me ...what do i do
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i would try and get a babysitter and go into the store and see the gm and if he/she dosnt see u i would not go intill he see you
overcharged wrongly and got a ban from asda for it
Went to Asda in Dagenham, Essex. The Cashier charged me wrongly because I bought two items that weer similar, but they have different prices because they have slight variation.
The cashier just picked the first one which commands the higher price and multiply it by 2 thus overcharging me.
When I went to complain at the customer service, the person there said she would refer it to their manager and when the manager arrived as I started to talk to him, he told me to shut up and that he would only listen to his staff. I was surprised and ask why he would say that, he then started being aggressive and said he would not deal with the case if I say any word at all. Of course I continue to tell him my side of the story and then he walked off and asked the security to walk me off the store and said I was banned. I still could not believe it, especially when the mistake was theirs.
I then wrote to their head office to complaint, only to be told that whatever the branch manager decides is what they will stick to, so banning me from the store remains effective.
The fact is I have seen the same manager in the same store mistreated 2 other people in the past on two different occasions. I think Asda needs a COMPETITION in that area so that they can get their acts together and respect customer a bit more.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
or maybe you should stop thinking its ok to go in and shout your mouth off over a genuine mistake, well done to the store for banning you. theres clearly more to this story than your humble little poor old me explanation above! Stop being so rude!

Have they said when you will be refunded, you need to keep on top of this. I shop at Morrisons find it much better and not full of the local freaks, sorry but that seems the norm in my Asda.
Your post doesnt quite make sense, you say you paid by card and inserted your pin but Asda said it hadnt gone thru, so you took cash out and paid cash? Why didnt you try and pay again with the card, i find it often happens a card is not accepted but often works the second time. If its not back in your account within 48hrs i would be back there kicking some serious backsides.
