Crown
My husband received a crown. It fell of within the first month and when we tried to get it fixed they said we would have to pay full price again. His tooth became infected twice during the application of the crown and again once it fell off. Their services all together were horrible and we were over charged. We still 3 years later are dealing with the tooth getting infected.
Scare tactic and bullying to get teeth repaired
My son was having problems with his teeth they had broke off at the time and they needed to be taken out. When they examined him they said he had paridontal disease in his gums and he would need that taken care of immediately. We didn't have insurance so they told us that I might qualify for the care credit that I should apply because it was going to cost...

This was after I made payments All money was paid in full by payments. They wanted another 688.00 for my permanent dentures. I cried and said I dont have any more money. Had several teeth removed and had a temporary partial with obe less tooth than needed and will not get a permanent partial until I have a deep scaling done at an extra cost! I have not been back. I also would like to complain about the financing, if you are late with a payment for one there is no grace period and two they charge $ 38.00 every time you are late. So much for helping the less insured or people with no insurance.

Paid $2000 for a full set of dentures that I can not wear. I had them refitted several times with no results. The bottoms had broke in half twice with horrible result with the bottoms still broke. They put them back together and they were horrible. They looked like a piece of gum sticking out. My top denture fit at all, the teeth it's self are to big, the roof doesn't fit my palate at all. They were rude and very unprofessional. I can only wear the upper denture and I have to use too much polident to hold them in and as soon as I drink something or eat they fall out.
Unnecessary work-over charge-damage to teeth-stole my crown
You can find most of my info with the BBB where I sent in a formal complaint. Long story short Went in for partial Was told I had to have deep cleaning even though I had my regular cleaning a few weeks earlier at my dentist Dr Collins in Campbell Co Was told I needed a 150 toothbrush and other items Was told I had a cavity under a crown that has never...

I went to aspen dental because I broke a front tooth. They were very nice and got me a temporary bridge. They proceeded to tell me I had major dental problems and directed me to office and priced everything out, they then offered me the dental first cc. I believed in them, so I decided to do the work on my teeth. After root canals crowns and whatever over...

Joseph Bright 5/30/2019 (?) Client number [protected] I went in May of this year (2019) in severe pain wanting something done. They quickly signed me up for having teeth pulled and dentures. I was told my 'insurance' would not cover all, and they pulled up forms for me to sign for a 'no interest' loan to cover expenses. Original cost shocked and dismayed me...

I went to possibly get a tooth pulled and was told all of my teeth needed to be pulled. He did everything he could to convince me to get dentures and finally sold me. Worst mistake I ever made. A week later I came back for a "check up", and they didn't even examine me. I later realized that I had two dry sockets which untreated took about 6 months to heal...

After going to my previous dentist for 11 years every 6 months, I was informed by Aspen that I had gingivitis; needed a deep cleaning treatment plan, all fillings & a crown needed to be replaced. I only left my dentist because my new dental insurance after retirement wasn't in network with my former dentist. I do not agree with all the charges; however, I haven't had success with the explanation

In May 2019 I took my 17 year old son to the new Aspen location in Millington, Tn. His tooth broke and was infected and causing him some pain. The dentist came in and started him on antibiotics and explained that he would need a root canal. We were then taken to the finance office and she explained after insurance my cost would be $650 I paid that amount and scheduled his root canal for the following Tuesday at which I could not get off work and asked them if his girlfriend could bring him in for the procedure since he was only 17. I was informed that would be fine as long as I payed and signed the consent form for the root canal which I did that day. Tuesday came and my son called to inform me upon leaving the dentist office that they removed his tooth the dentist explained to him after it was removed that the tooth was in to bad shape to do a root canal and had to be removed. I was never contacted about them removing the tooth they then informed my son that they would put in an implant for $1500 to $2000. After calling up there and arguing I was I formed that they did what was medically neccesary to solve his problem and they would apply the balance after deducting $185 for the tooth removal towards the implant surgery. I had to argue with them a few weeks to get the remaining balance refunded explaining to them they would not touch my son again. I feel like I should not have had to pay for the tooth removal since it was not authorized by me. I would have much rather them contacted me and got a second opinion before removing the tooth. Aspen dental should be liable for the implant charges also. We only went to Aspen because my regular dentist could not get us in u till a later date and it was his High School graduation that night and I wanted him out of pain.
Fluoride treatment
I went to Aspen for a lost filling . They did an entire exam and said I could either have a root canal and crown or it could be pulled. I specifically said whatever they were to do I wanted to make sure it was 100% covered by insurance. So, the only choice was pulling it according to them. I agreed. While I was waiting they asked if I wanted to schedule a cleaning. I said sure. Well, they took me in for the tooth removal. Now, I've had teeth removed in the past, healthy ones for braces and so forth. I have never had anything like this! The dentist practically climbed on top of me yanking on my tooth and cutting my lip and mouth! He kept breaking piece after piece off! The Technician literally had to hold me down. After all was said and done they said they had an opening right away for the cleaning. I went into the hygenist and he said he was going to do a cleaning and a flouride treatment. I told him I didn't want a flouride treatment because it wasnt covered by my insurance. Plus I'm 67 years old and didn't feel like I needed it. I left with them saying everything was covered by insurance. Next thing I know Im getting a bill for the flouride treatment I never got. I called every number multiple times and was always told it would be taken care of. This is at least 6 months now and I now have a letter coming from a collection company.
Wisdom tooth removed
A few years back I went here to get my lower left wisdomm tooth removed. The tooth was infected when he removed it. I was told by a previous dentist who removed my lower right wisdom tooth that there should be no infection when removing a tooth. There is a very noticeable difference in my gums where they were removed. On the left side where I removed with...
