Purchased 2019 ford fusion in 2018 2,000 miles with platinum warranty up to 100,000 miles, 10/2024 smoke came out exhaust tail pipe on morning start up only then quickly evaporating, took up to dealership where it stayed for 4 weeks, they wanted me to pay non-refundable $875 to take pictures after telling me it was oil in the turbo valve sitting. I said I have extended warranty was told to produce maintenance receipts in which I produced the last 4 but they needed more so I produced 2 more where the last receipt where never submitted so I called service department they gave me an email to send the copies to, I did as told still not submitted called and text service rep (Ciara Hernadez) and her service manager I left messages no call back no text and the receipt still has not been submitted. I would like my receipts submitted and my car fixed as warranty stated was covered. I've Been with Autonation for years never had issues till now and would like to keep a good relationship with them, not sure what's going on. Since Steve left
Desired outcome: warranty granted car fixed
