I ordered your Avast security this week. When it came to down loading, it would not download. you said I have problems but you could repair them for $119.00 for a one time fix or I could get it fixed today and continue the service for one year for $179.00. I did the one time fix last year although it took three different repairmen to get it to operate as it should to as this would have been my third year with your premier service and free service before that. I don't feel that I should have to pay for repairs since it was your Avast security that should be protecting my computer from any problems. I am asking for a refund of $173.16 that you charge my Discover credit card for a download that doesn't work. My name is A Bruce Gourley, my email address is I had to talk to several people at your support office. None of them were able to help me, they would just refer me to a different phone number. After speaking with three different people the last one referred me to this There are over twenty sites this website list including some I had already been to. I've already talked with Discover credit card company, they told me to call you and explain the problem and they would take over after two weeks if I hadn't received my refund.
Thank you,
A Bruce Gourley YES I DO AGREE WITH MY COMPLAINT - IF YOUR SERVICE DOESN'T WORK, I SHOULD GET A REFUND.

I received a charge on my credit card for 04/17/16 in the amount of $37.44 . For AVAST Software GC1660201710055343. I have no idea what this is and how it got on my charge account. I tried to call AVAST and got a technical support person. After much aggravation he told my computer was corrupted. I told him I had a person who clean it up and he wanted to know how much they charged. If I told him he would take off the charge, when I refused and told him that was black mail he hung up. The next day I got a message to reopen my computer and follow the instructions, when I did this i got a box asking for a password., needless to say there is no pass work. I took my computer to my service center and he said the only way to get rid of this pass word request was to wipe the computer clean. The person in technical support had "hosed" me. I am very upset that there is no way to contact A VAST billing direct and then get stuck with someone in technical support who wants to blackmail customers. Please deduct this charge from my account and take me off your list of customers immediately. I will no longer be using any AVAST products.
I recently received a charge on my credit card for AVAST soft ware GC16602017100553543 in the amount of $37.44. I have no idea what this is or how it got on my credit card. I tried to call AVAST and instead someone in technical support. After much aggravation he informed me the my lap top was corrupted. I told him I had someone who could clean up my lap top and did not want him to do anything but get this charge off my account. He stated the he would take the charge off if I told him how much my computer company charge . I told him it was none of his business, he then said to me this favor and I will do you the favor. I told him that was black mail and he hung up. The next morning I could not use my computer as there was a message the I had to restart my system after following the instructions there was box asking for a password Needless there was no password. I took my computer to my service company and was told the only to clear this up was to wipe the lap top clean.
Please take this charge off my account. Respond to Carol Theismann as e-mail arthurtheismann332@yahoo.com
