Im so disappointed and unsatisfied with the service by the workers. Never friendly and never smile even once. Plus, we waited for long time for chicken set order because they said we need to wait for the chicken to be done in 15 minutes. Later, we saw the chicken they cooked was transferred to their station, but unfortunately even after 10 minutes, no one send it to us. You know what happen, we go the cashier and ask it for ourselves and no sorry came out from their mouth. Like wtf dude. They just pretend like nothing happened and I believe you didn't train your staffs well and lack of common sense to their customer. Lack of hospitality and poor human being interaction. Im so disappointed because all of them seems to be like that. Plus, all of them talk so loud and I believe that is unnecessary because leads to other customers gets annoyed while eating and enjoying our meals. Thank you, please improve. Totally disappointed. Oh ya, even I said "thank you" also the girl cashier didnt reply and didnt look back at me. Wtf and please improve because I believe there is always a space for improvement. There is an A&W restaurant in St Catherine At East near St Denis St. in Montreal. There is a black female working there, looks to be in her 20s or 30s, 5ft 4inches max. She is a [censored] and very rude. She dislikes English white people and refuses to speak English. I came in to order a truffle burger and she asked me in French if I'm paying cash or debit. I said cash. She then said in French to go to the cash next to me. At first I did go to that cash but she called me over to hers. She was jerking me around and this is a form of violent aggressive behaviour. I walked out without ordering. That is among one of the worst customer services I ever had. Why do you employ her? I can sue your restaurant for this treatment and refusing to speak English to me. This is not the first time she did this. I think she used to work at your restaurant in Beaubien At in Montreal. Again she refused to speak English and was acting very hostile. She must have a behaviour disorder. She probably picks on women alone because she's afraid to pick on men. She is DISGUSTING PLUS! I want feedback on this matter or I'm taking legal action against her and A&W. Why should I not be able to get a hamburger at your restaurant because of this woman! She sounds like a psychopath.
on may 2 2021 i went to A&W on lasalle boulevard in sudbury ontario. i went in to place my order. unorganized and they were to busy answering the phone for people ordering than to take orders of customers that were in the store. after 10 minutes i left and went to mcdonald's restaurant. also i want to know why is it that when customers order two bacon egger combo with teas when the cashier enters it on the cash it says 15.00 and some change while in reality the price should only be 14.00 and some change. you might say well it is only a 1.00 but how much money do A&W make in one day with these mistakes. at the end of the month those 1.00 become thousands of dollars . some customers don't notice it while others do and speak their mind and voila they are charged the right price which is 14.00 and some change. i know times are hard but over pricing customers at the cash is not the right way to go. someone who put the price on the cash knew what they were doiverng because in sudbury ontario alone one family owns 5 of these restaurants and they all have these so called mistakes. i don't believe they are mistakes and that is irritating to me. your food isn't getting better, your service is lousy and now you are overcharging innocent customers. what will be next. shame on you. shame on me for going there. this will stop. i will go elsewhere.

A & W # 4636 on May 1, 2020 at 9:48 am Order # 442, Cashier # 300. Ordered 1 eng sausage cheddar and 1 leg coffee.
Sausage was so greasy that it had permeated 3 napkins and bag when I got home, 5 minutes away. Coffee was very bitter I had to water it down to be able to drink it.
In the past I always enjoyed the above breakfast selection, but today was not a good choice.
They were not clean, they did not serve me the way I want

Good evening, first of all, consider the fact that the date and time provided above are just random because I am a frequent customer of your A&W restuarant but the facts that I am going to provide you are factual and real. My one of the close friends is working on 490 Bayfield Street, Barrie restuarant and I am feeling so obnoxious while sharing the experience with you and it is quite shameful as well. I am not supposed to do this because of my friend who is working in restuarant told me not to do anything but as a regular customer of your restuarant it is my duty to inform you that your Manager in that restaurant which is Mrs/Miss Varuna is completely an unethical, immoral, unprincipled, arrogant, commanding, corrupt, unscruplous and dishonorable person I ever have seen. She is so dominating on the staff member that she forcefully orders staff members to clock out and do overtime for free. She does not how to talk with team members. I think she must have a habit to hear the only word, Yes and word No does not exist in her dictionary. My friend literally is in depression now days just because of the attitude shown by the manager towards staff members. Every staff member is so scared from Varuna and they didn't even want to complain about rude, arrogant and bossy behavior towards them and even Varuna gave every one of them a warning that whoever complain against her will be kicked out from the job on the very next day Actually I was supposed to complain Labour Program Officer or to call them at [protected] but then results will be not good for you and for me as well because I have to a certain distance to buy your beyond meat burger. rude & poor customer service
Dear Sir / Mdm,
I m writing in to feedback about a negative experience in the Ang Mo Kio branch (Singapore).
A & W staff Zul (possibly the Team Supervisor) was very rude towards a 70 year old elderly woman who is trying to look for a seat while the elderly's daughter & grandson was queueing up in the Long queue waiting for their turn to order.
Staff Zul could have better handle the situation by directing the elderly to the 3 empty seats at the waiting area, explain politely to the elderly customer or seek help from his colleagues to explain if there is any language barrier instead of raisIng his voice rudely at the elderly and sent the elderly customer out of the store.
The elderly was very upset and angry, thus the store Manager Florence was being invited to handle this negative experience.
When store manager Florence leave the elderly after understanding the situation from the elderly, Florence promised the elderly that she will return with an outcome.
For 15 minutes the elderly waited, still nil return of any staff or outcome. Thus the elderly's daughter approach one staff in the store to help look for Florence to tell her that the elderly is waiting for her return of an outcome. Meanwhile Staff Zul was notice hiding behind the line near the cashier.
The daughter and elderly waited for another 5 minutes for the return of store manager Florence without avail, thus approached a 2nd staff name Hafiz to locate Florence again telling her that the elderly is still waiting for her.
After a few minutes, the store manager Florence & staff Zul appear before the elderly talked it out and apologised to the elderly.
I am Joey, the daughter of this 70 years old elderly women.
I think this negative experience could be avoided and the service recovery is poorly handle.

papa burger
I ordered a Papa Burger with light papa sauce. The cashier typed "add papa sauce"into the register. I repeated that I only wanted a little papa sauce. She said that she knows that. . I got back to work and opened the wrapper. The burger was swimming in a puddle of papa sauce. I was impossible to pick up and eat. I actually had to get a knife and fork, and removed the burger and tomato and lettuce from the bun, and eat it that way.
extreme amount of margarine on my breakfast sandwich ruined my brand new top!
I am a regular customer if this A&W in Ancaster ON. I went there is morning to get breakfast for myself and friend.
I ordered 2 egg sandwich combos. I took my sandwich out of the main and when I sent to take the sandwich out of it paper wrapping the excess grease dripped all over my new top that I had been wearing all of 20 minutes!
I immediately called and spoke to the owner and told him my story. He acknowledge me being there and my order but said " the lady that made the sandwich is a long time employee of the store" I said that great but she over buttered our sandwiches and he his reply we " we use margarine"!
I said I wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of my top approx 35.00 and he sad no he couldn't do it. So now I'm out the cost of my top and the food I couldn't eat!
So what can be done about replacing my top?
