Hi I ordered a 4 in 1 tassel tote bag. In your ad it clearly mentioned 4 in 1 bag but I received oly 2bag. So I want to return that item. I make order last Thursday at 11 July and till now 15 July not received and when call your call center give me shipment company number to be called by me which is not professional and this company told me that will deliver my shipment by 18 July which is NOT accepted at all, then called back your call center more than 4 times without any solution.
Call centre told me that they couldn't do anything for me and when requested to speak with supervisor told me that no supervisor here and not allowed to call you.
Really very bad feedback and negative experience for me, I will spread every where this bad experience.

I am so much frustrated about you awful unethical customer service. I requested for a refund of order 917792-64I-1 and 2 amount 33.5 more than 15 days now no positive response even though I call several time to the customer care. Every time new agent pick the call and says I will raise a request and the money will be refunded within 3 days and this continues. Now I spend more than 15dh over phone to get the 33.5 but no use. I believe you should learn professionalisms form other online webstores

Its simple they do not care about customer. You can't get refund even if they failed to deliver your order and in there app or website you don't have an option to file a complaint if your item is still not delivered.
I placed an order and then they sent it with a creepy corier company that has not contacted me and my order was sent back to the seller and now I am stuck in this order I can't request a refund and when send them email the same apology written text (they have written a general performa for everyone) is being sent. Now I dont know where to complaint against this careless company. They received back my order and now they don't want to ship it again that why "they are cheater"

I ordered last May 12, emailed them 2x for follow-up. I t was clearly stated that my items will be delivered in 3-5 working days. But as of this date June 2, none arrived. And the answer I got is when they receive the item from abroad they will deliver it immediately BUT they don't know when this items will arrive in Dubai...what a lame answer, plus I cannot wait forever lol! This review is real and currently happening to me right now, which is the worst of the worst of the worst experience to awok.com.
We consumers are using online portals to make our shopping life more convenient and easier however just for aed 52.00 i'm in hell.
Will go deeper to the details to make sure everyone will not have the same experience plus to avoid the same situation for your future transactions to awok.
April 20 - I ordered the item, game box 400 in 1 games 3.0 inch pocket handheld game console, red. 858-291-99a-1.
April 21 - I received the item, however i'm not happy of it because some of the games are not working so I decided to file a complaint and request a replacement for it. Complaint number [protected], they close the complaint without resolving my problem.
April 24 - courier from awok calls me and saying we cannot collect after 18:00hrs, however they sent fetcher (another courier service) who collected the item to me and send it to awok ware house. After that all broke down to pieces and the nightmare starts.
April 27 - [protected], I file a complaint again and none of them respond to it, I called awok daily customer service, awok claims who is not helpful at all, then supervisor called me his name is hassan (I hope i'm correct recalling his name), same conversation occurred they keep telling me the item is deliver which is correct however there is no replacement is received. I explained to him giving the courier deliver man number +971 52 1136789, company number [protected], he confirmed to me that their warehouse received the item, hope is on my head already I though it is resolved but not, nightmare stage 2 is going to happen which unexpected. He commit that since it is thursday we cannot process
And you will receive the replacement next week. So I agree I will wait and I hope this time it will come.
May 2 - weekend passed enjoyed my time, however still the item did not arrived. So I started calling same customer service, awok claims again who is not helpful at all + no one is answering. I felt abandoned already. However so many options to reach them emails like support@awok com or sales@awok com or even facebook page, through chat with help center none of them responding at all. Daily I am sending emails for follow ups, phone calls to get my item but not my luck.
May 4- I received the text message to awok saying [protected] has been assigned to our driver for pick-up. I said this is it, so I waited again.
May 5- nothing is receive.
May 6 - anurag finally responded back to my email, I replied a very big email he did not even reply anymore and it is an automated email which is just keep saying the below email, I responded back
With the screen shot of the number of the complaint, reference number of my order, the shipment number. Then after 2 hours reply to my email "we are now processing your complaint [protected]) ' I should be thankful because it was attended again but stage 3 nightmare is on the way.

May 6 - I received a call from fetcher a filipino guy and confirmed to me to deliver my item on wednesday between 6 to 9, more than 4 people is calling me for the confirmation of pick-up /delivery which is also confirmed. I told to the filipino guy, finally I will receive it and very thankful.
May 8 - I waited for calls and fetcher guy called me but he do not speak / understand english and don't understand anything what I say, another falls hope wait my delivery and still nothing up to today.
May 9 - currently calling fetchr or awok, all representatives no one is answering my call and even emails no one is attending it.
In general in my own opinion I will not do shopping with awok/fetcher anymore, they wasted my money, my time, my effort, my energy, my phone credits, my patience and hanging me in the middle of nowhere. The online portal is really pushing us to buy their cheap items however my trust to them broke down to pieces. This gives me a impression that the item you buy on a lesser price is the worst service you will received.

I purchase some items from Awok.com on 10-4-19 it has been 20 days my items not yet delver to me.
even after 15 days they removed items from my list saying it is not in stock. my concern is if it not in stock why they keep displaying it. and why they charge first.
I don't find such poor shopping experience (long delivery time and items removed from perches list ) in any of the online portal.

I have placed an order with AWOK on 14th of April and they have split my order and was just the shipping fee for that, ok but the remaining items are yet to be delivered and it was majority of my orders which was on sale. I dont want to think that they were purposely splitting the orders and no way you could really get those sale items. If that is the case then it's false advertisement and platform they are doing. They should be stop from operating here in UAE then as I see so many compaints on undelivered and other stuff from them.
waxing strips
I have ordered 2 box of waxing strips, bag and cleaning materials. 2 box of waxing strips is empty, the bag was totally trash. I have filed complain and they get back to me morethan a month. They told they check the cctv for the empty box and all was fine 😂😂😂 but then they cant show me that footage to proof that it was fine...funny..so the will close the complain by force without any resolution.
Awok is not a reliable online seller they will take money and run.
Please before using their service read the reviews so you wont get cheated. Lots of after sales issue.
