Poorest service this time. It seems u shouldnt place big order to awok. One order got available then other item was unavailable. Useless service. They dont have any solutions. I had been waiting for my order for almost 1month now. They spoiled everything. Worst service ever.. Ultimately I have cancelled the order. All thanks to the great service for which I have been waiting since a month.

Web site quotes and charges for SMSA delivery but Awok using Emirates Post.
Delivery is always very lond due to this.
Delivery charge is a rip-off
Poor service and no pertinent response from Customer service.
If they wish to use Emirates Post at least give the option in the shipping section and charge accordingly.
Currently everything on the site has a quote for SMSA shipping and this is charged at check out.

Recently i place 3 separate order and got a first call from a driver at night with the number [protected], He was very rude and was adamant when i tried to explain i cant receive the order at night and that i work night shift and am only at home in the day. He just told me he will cancel my order and a few Minuits later i got a message saying my order was cancelled. Same thing happened again today w my second delivery. Same driver called me up and was still rude and cancelled my second order. I need to know if the customers right is not cared by awok for this poorly behaved worker to work in your company. Hardware not checked by them before shipping.I bought I-phone 7 plus the screen was replaced with after market brand which always hangs.and when you complain, They want me to send it back to them which will cost me than the new one after shipping cost and tax.

I have ordered five items, one was a blender, which after I took out to check is in working condition, happened to be dirty, guessing was used by a previous customer and returned, awok didn't care to check the item and sent it to me!
Rest were made of some cheap plastic, like usb charger, I was afraid to even use, think it will mess up my house plugs and my electronic devices.
The supervisor and the agents on the phone are useless, unprofessional, instead of doing smth to rectify the issue, just ignored it and lied, saying the driver would come and pick up the items the next day.
I don't wanna know anything about this disgusting and cheap company and its unprofessional employees.
If I don't get my refund, I will make this a much bigger issue. And this company should be closed.
bluetooth headset charger
I purchased a bluetooth headset (with charger) dated 27th of april. (reference order #913-573-451-0) yesterday the charger got burnt, I was just charging only for 10 minutes here in our office. I charged it in my desktop computer and I smelled something was burning. I went to the pantry to check and I came back to my working area and got shocked and I screamed when I saw a smoke coming from the small charger. (please see attached photos).
Your product is very dangerous, I almost burned my computer, and my hands because it was already burning when I immediately pulled the usb out of my pc. I dont need any replacement or reimbursement from you guyz! I will just never ever buy from you again and will never ever tell my friends and relatives to patronize your company!

Awok is the worst than worst company ever in UAE with worst customer service ever, once i did mistake of purchasing by placing order mid night and to my surprise the item came next day afternoon, how they can arrange the product but later when i used the mobile for single day it got shut down and never get on. Second day only i complained to them but all in vain after 8 days they sent the person to collect the faulty mobile and that guy was asking for original packing, but it was not with me and i threw away, i was ready to pay 40AED but he didnt collected the damage piece and later after 2-3 days i called they told the guy will come to pick the mobile, once i received a call that i am coming for pick up but he didnt came and i called him many time but the guy never answered my call. So i request to you all please don't purchase anything from them as all the items they are selling are duplicate, faulty and damage, you will never get your money back because next what they do they will ignore your calls, ignore your email, i had lost AED 400/-
Whoever is the owner of this company if has a little faith in god than he will return the hard earned money of all the customers who are facing problems due to faulty products they sold.
I advise to all of you never purchase any thing from this online fraud companies. This company is a scam they sell damaged items to you and used phones with bunch of other fake stuff and pricless stuff.

not supplying the product that accepted and paid
I have placed 10 products as group in 19th April 2018 and settle the bill in order. Following a week my order was split into two due to delay in supplier fault and part of item was delivered. The remaining 3 products were not delivered. After two weeks finished i did ask through a follow up call and says delays. After a week i received call stating that the ordered product was not available and AWOK cant supply.
I have requested them to adhere their trade deal with customer to supply the product that being paid by customer. Until today the product was not supplied and call request from a Manager /Owner was not done.

But still it is not delivered to me and when I contact the customer care person they said they don't know when it can be delivered, they said whenever they are receiving the material they will deliver.
